We recently bought a Highlander from Bredemann and it was a great experience. Honestly, it was the quickest and simplest car buying experience I've had. None of the back-and-forth for hours. Syed Hussain was a great salesman to work with. He's very patient and made it easy. I talked honestly and we got a great deal. Paperwork was fast and we were on our way. I rarely recommend car places, but this one is a good one. Excited for the years ahead of keeping this car great.

One of the best buying experiences I ever had. Was looking online for the best deal on a new 2017 Camry with the Xse trim and after much searching found that they had that car in stock at a great deal. After talking with sales rep Tom who was vary informed on the specs and permotins for the perticular car it was a no brainer but to sign on the doted line even took a few hundred off the price just in good faith. Would recommend anyone looking for a new and or used Toyota to give them a visit. From the time I walked in the door I was treated like family.

Salesman Dave was awesome! He was professional, engaging and thoroughly explained car features. He didn't push for a sale even though I had to bring my spouse back another day to see the car. Once we decided to purchase, he took the time to explain questions about the invoice and we didn't experience "games" back and forth between him and the finance department. We got a great deal and he spent plenty of time making sure I understood how to operate the car before I drove away. The only damper on the experience: the finance associate who had us sign the closing papers was very friendly until we declined the extended warranty, then he was a bit terse. If "Very Good" was an option I would have picked 4.5 stars for that reason. But overall, our customer service experience was great.

He explains what the car may need for maintenance and why. The entire staff of this dealership is outstanding; they work as a team. Joes recommendations have given me peace of mind in driving my car. The vestibule and waiting area isclean and goodies are free for clients who are waiting. From what I can see in the shop, the shop is very clean too, so consequently my car never has had any stains, etc.

I loved the no pressure approach to carbuying here. My husband and I walked around looking at the used cars, and after a few minutes, Jerry came outside and asked if we needed any help. I told him my needs and price range and she quickly show me few cars, after doing the math we and I buy new car. Toyotas hold good resale value so we figured this would be a better route to go. This was my first experience in a Toyota dealership and I don't think I'll ever need to visit another showroom. Jerry Giec has a pleasant non aggressive demeanor. He took the time to listen to what was important to me in the buying decision and delivered on every promise. I highly recommend this dealership. My daughter bought a Highlander from them and gave me great feedback. When I contacted them about my purchase, they were very accommodating. Their staff is awesome! Joe Sanchez, Dave Lurie and Jesus Padin were the best! You won't be treated beter or with more respect at any other dealership.
