I like to thank Carl and a big thanks to Miguel for the great service they provided for me. I love my new used car! It was in mint condition when I first saw it with minor issues. Thanks to Miguel he fixed the minor issues and the car runs and looks great. I would strongly recommend this dealership to my peers and family members. Great spot to represent Newark, NJ with. Once again thanks a thousand Carl and thanks a million Miguel.

This place is a joke. I was not granted the opportunity to test drive a used 2005 BMW until I had my credit run. Then they did no negotiating off the sticker price, but quickly asked what I wanted to pay each month and how much I had to put down. First of all, who said I was a payment buyer. Assumptions...very poor training. Being a former salesman myself, I found the salesman that dealt with me was inexperienced and no one came to assist. I walked out and never looked back.

I recently purchased a car from Brick City Motors, I was very impressed. The workers were patient and it was obvious that they were looking out for my best interest and not just to make a purchase. I am very happy with my vehicle. I purchased the vehicle in good condition in and out (and it is still in good running condition). I am very happy with my purchase price as well. The salesman I was working with (Josh) was very professional and treated me with the utmost respect. He was friendly, honest and showed that he was knowledgeable about the auto business throughout the entire process. I would recommend this company definitely, I will be referring others to him as well as the company. I was very pleased with the service I was provided with.

Purchased a Jeep liberty total lemon tried to get it fixed Miguel became a Ghost..please save yourself a headache and don't buy here..the warranty is something to look into "Help me Howard" has to take a look at this dealer.The car is still not fixed and Miguel hasn't showed any sign that he still exist. On my behalf and over 5000 FB freinds make me a believer Miguel and fix my car. I came to you recommended by good people who feel you have let them down..

I was desperately in need of a used car. I had my fears because, truthfully I am one of millions of women who are not mechanically inclined and can not even fake it. What I did was trust the opinions of some of my closet friends who are also women and who like me are also not car savvy, and who can only afford used cars. These all said the same thing to me: Audrey go to Brick City Motors. So I listened. I remember sitting in the waiting area, nervous, pondering just how it would all turn out. No one wants to admit when they are vulnerable. Suddenly I heard a kind voice say My name is Carl, come right into my office. I introduced myself and spoke frankly to him. I said: I am a single parent and I am looking for a safe car to drive for myself and my daughter. She is my only child and the ride must be safe. Besides that, this is all the money I have for a car, so it has to be a sure shot. To my surprise and amazement, Carl began to pull up different cars in my price range on his computer, he openly and honestly pointed out the faults as he knew them about each car I showed excitement over. No, he said: you dont want that one, it has been in three accidents. And again, No that one might need engine work. Carl then said that hed had his own sights set on this van in the yard, would I care to see it? We walked outside and I was shown a pristine Plymouth Voyage. He opened its doors and I fell in love. The previous owner had treated it immaculately, at least from all outward appearances. Then Carl stared its engine and I hear it purr. At that point I was sold, but that was not good enough for Carl. He took me back to his office and ran the CAR FACTS on that vehicle. I was amazed. It read like a good report card. No odometers roll back, no thief report, no flood damage, no fire damage..etc and it showed every year and date in which the Plymouth Voyager had gone through New Jersey Inspection. I said This is the one I want.Carl walked past a waiting area packed with people, took the keys and went back outside I saw him backing my chosen vehicle out, I wondered where he was going, so I asked him. He said: I am going to do a preliminary test drive for you myself. INCREDIBLE! Once Carl came back he handed the keys to his chief mechanic and ordered a diagnostic be run on the car. By that time I was jumping out of my set to drive it off the lot. A short time later Carl came up to me and said: The test came back excellent, but it revealed the radiator is leaking. He stated: We DONT do patch work here, so I have ordered you a new radiator. Come back Monday and pick up your new car. Then Carl drove my daughter and myself home. INCREDIBLE! When I left Brick City Motors that day, I felt so very, very special. Truthfully Carl had treated me like, welllike I was HIS DAUGHTER, someone he had seen saving up her pennies and he wasnt ABOUT to let me be ripped off. There are used car dealerships to the left and right of Brick City Motors. What makes people like me bypass the rest? Brick City Motors itself! Their reputation precedes them, all because of men like Carl. I now know why my friends wanted me to go to Brick City Motors. The used cars theyd purchased were still on the road. These vehicles like Carl and his wonderful staff had to have integrity. Carl is a champion to women like me. Carl is honest and kind. Unless I have a reversal of fortune, which is very unlikely, I foresee other used cars in my future, but NO TIME SOON!!! When my Plymouth Voyage is on its very last legs I will chug-a-lug it back to Brick City Motors and get me another great deal from Carl. I would highly recommend Brick City Motors to others because of the work ethic there. Which seemed to me to be, treat people with respect and give them what they pay for, and people will beat a path to your door. Everyone should go to Brick City Motors. I recommend it, before going anywhere else. I am a real person. This my real experience.

Had my truck for two months and I had to bring it back four times already.i traded my old car that was was giving me problems for another one.every time I bought it to them they kept it for a week making it hard for me to get to work.i really wish I didn't come here its was the biggest mistake I ever made...I really hate my car every time I get in I have to pray it won't turn off on me while I have my kids in the car..

Traded my old car with problems for another one got my truck in march and it's April I have bought it back to them four times already and they keep it for a week. Making it hard for me to get to work.its such a disappointment I wish I never came here.every other week there's a new service light on it turn off on me three times I hate my car!

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Brick City Motors. This is THE ONLY dealership I would recommend to my friends who are not car literate because BCM is soooo TRUSTWORTHY. I purchased a 1999 Toyota Corolla in great condition. Henry sold me my vehicle and took the time to lead me to cars that were not only with my budget but in great condition. Once i started the purchase process, Carl took over and offered excellent service. There was a minor isssue with my bank's authorization and Myra and Krystal were very patient and professional and worked out the issue. All in all I would say it was a great buying experience, just like it was the first time. More stars since they did a recent remodel. The offices look very nice. I would recommend this dealer to ANYONE looking to purchase a great used car for a great price.

I recently purchased a clean 2006 Volvo S40 from Brick City Motors in Newark, New Jersey. My salesman was Mr. Carl Nastazi and he was absolutely great throughout the entire process. Honest, knowledgable, helpful throughout the purchase he is a tremendous representative of a tremendous establishment! i recently went to buy a honda civic dx they had, they told me with a 600 deposit they would hold it for a month, i went got the money (10) minutes and the guy tells me that the car is no longer for sale. that he had another buyer. this was highly unacceptable. the way he said it was very brief and disrespectful.

My first purchase from Brick City Motors was that of a most pleasant one. I thought that I was not going to be able to get a car at all. The car that I had at the time suddenly clonked out on me and I had little money, nor did I have great credit. The major dealerships were either denying me for a loan or they were suggesting crappy cars with very high car payments for unbelievable finance terms. I was able to get approved in the matter of minutes at Brick City and I was also able to get a nice truck. In a few days I was driving off with me a Lexus SUV. Now I am in a similar situation as back then and no doubt am I going to go right back to Brick City so that I can purchase me another vehicle.

Brick City Motors stand by with there words. My credit isnt so good and my sales rep Danny broke it down for me and got me approved. He explained everything step by step with the whole process. Also mayra was very professional and had an great personality. I walked out the lot with a clean and beautiful 2005 Nissan Altima. So i highly recommend anyone to check out Brick City Motors. this place sells LEMONS and will fix them long enough for your warranty to run out, then try to scheme you into buying the car they want you to buy...the service is terrible and unprofessional to the max, and they dont even provide loaner cars if your car needs repair. i wish someone warned me about this place before i went!!!!

When I first walked in, I felt kind of nervous just because I thought that they weren't going to help me out in what I was looking for and just try to sell me anything. After a few days of going to the dealership I began to notice of how Joshua was always attentive and actually meeting my needs. He showed me cars and then he showed me one that he knew it was going to be suitable for me, which now Iam the owner of that car.. I can say that the staff was very attentive and so was Joshua ( he met my needs ) and I can say that I give the dealership and Joshua a Grade A+ :) very satisfied

I purchsed a beautiful Volkswageon, the entire process took an hour from start to finish. I was approved on the spot! Thanks to Carl for having everything set up for me. Ralph was great to work with and Mayra got me approved in 20 min! I will definetly come back to Brick City Motors. Best service I have ever recieved!

Having been to a few dealers I thought this was another case of false advertising. I never expected to get approved and I was wrong! First they had over 50 cars in my price range. Ralph, my salesman was very proffessional and even in the heat took his time showing me cars. The staff was very nice and made me feel comfortable. I'm not sure what Carl does but he spent a lot of time on the phone and emails to have it all arranged for me. I am very happy and will send anyone I know to brick city motors. Thanks, Jack

Although I had a minor issue just after the "30 day" warrantee, Brick City stood behind the repair, and not only did not charge me a dime, they extended the warrantee period and let me know that they would stand behind the issue if it were to pop-up again. The atmosphere is very friendly, and it is easy to process paperwork there. Overall the best service I've had buying a used car anywhere in the area.

When I walked on the lot to look for a car, someone was quick to ask me if I needed assistance. Since I had already seen what I wanted online, we went inside to get the information and keys to test drive the car. The service there is wonderful and everyone was nice, the only downsize to the dealer is that there website isn't always up to date but the car I wanted was sold and I had to look for a similar one in a different color.
