Around Christmas 2014 we purchased a used car with our college-aged son. Our son is picky, and we stated so. Being it was a used car, it had a few things our picky son wanted to look pretty. We had been to other lots, and found our salesman, Scott, to be very efficient, and matter of fact, but not pushy, and a can do kind of guy. We liked that fact. We would recommend him and this dealer to anyone. The sale and financing went through very smoothly. In April 2015 we purchased a brand new van, again using Scott. We went in looking at several different options, between used and new, and Scott was patient, and went through everything with us. I am a hands on type of person, and he gave me printouts and notes so we could compare. We decided upon a new van from a different lot as it had a factory installed hitch. They brought it over, and we did the paperwork and drove away fully satisfied. The sale and financing went through smoothly. This was our second new van purchase, five years earlier from a different lot and salesman. I must say, he went through everything with us, and even set up some of the technical gadgets with us. A good salesman makes all the difference!

My wife & I always like the way we are treated from when we walk in the door. The only reason I didn't rate 'quality of repairs' a 5 was that I had some problems with the initial 'fix' but they did rectify it when it was brought to their attention! I would recommend this to anyone who wants to have a good experience in purchasing either a new or used vehicle as the salesmen are knowledgeable and friendly(we especially like Scott) and you get a fair price both for trade-in and purchase price. This is the 3rd vehicle and the 1st Brand New one that we've bought from them and more than likely our next one will be too! We travel over 40 miles versus 3 miles to a local dealer just for the reasons I stated above and it is well worth the trip, both for purchase & for service!

They had a lot of people looking at/buying vehicles on a Friday afternoon and the whole crew worked together to take care of everyone. We were not rushed, they gave us a fair $ for our trade-in, and they installed some extras in a timely manner.

After about 6 Mounts of looking for a good used truck I found one online at Brickner Motors in (Littlle Chicago) in Marathon, WI. I saw my truck on line I called and Scott Baumann Took my call on Saturday September 29th 2012 I drove down from Eagle River, WI. Just to look I thought It was to good to be true I looked at the truck drove back home and Monday morning October 1st called Scott back. Monday night I was driving home in my new used truck. I feel Scott and everyone else at Brickner Motors went way out of there way to help get me into my new used truck. I am so very happy with all they did and I am very happy with my truck. We bought a new 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan and Brickner's is the place to shop. The salesperson was not pushy. He was very helpful and even helped us get better financing than our local financial institute offered. He went through all of the van's options and made sure we understood everything. The finance person was awesome too! Overall experience was great! We will definitely be return customers of Brickner's.

Drove up from Madison to inspect and purchase a van located at Brickner. Everything was as represented in photos and video provided by Brickner. We have been shopping for a mid-sized SUV for quite a long time and have seen several dealerships but nothing was like the quality cars that are located at Brickner Motors in Little Chicago. Other dealerships we browsed had dirty, filthy, and cars that were in poor shape but I have never seen a 2006 car looking absolutely brand new, no scratches or anything I swear it came fresh from the factory.We have purchased cars in the past from the dealership and we really appreciate the help our salesmen, Scott Baumann did to help us find the car we were looking for. If you or a family member are on the hunt for a quality car without the high price, Brickner Motors of Little Chicago is the best place to go, I highly recommend this dealership.

I was very pleased and satisfied with the service provided by my salesman Scott Baumann. It was like he knew exactly what I was looking for after I was unsure of getting the Avenger or 200. He surprised me by bringing out a Charger, something I dreamed of owning. Well with Scott's mind reading capabilities, lol, and the assistance of Darin Weiks making sure it was in the price budget, I can proudly and happily say im the owner of that Charger.
