We had Steven as our sales representative and he was absolutely amazing. Steven helped us buy the perfect car for us but he did not push us, force us, or pressure us to buy this car. Steven was very communicative and made small chit chat with us while we played the waiting game! Steven was very knowledgeable about it and made our experience so much better at Briggs. If you go to Briggs, we would highly recommend Steven!! 😊

Always have a great experience with the service staff. They were able to get me in while in was in town visiting for a transmission service. I had called the day prior and my vehicle was ready within 24 hours. You cannot beat that kind of service.

We’ve had our car looked at by 3 different mechanics before brining it to Brigg’s. It was driving unusual, and I could feel the “misfire”. The first mechanic told us it needed an oil change, (which we do regularly) and they said the codes meant nothing. The second mechanic told us to get the transmission checked out. We took it to a friend the third time and he told us about the codes, walked us through the issues, and told us Brigg’s was the best in town. He wasn’t wrong and Brigg’s did not disappoint. We thought with it being a dealership mechanic we’d get screwed over, but it was just the opposite. The guys were kind and helpful and gave us a great experience. 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely be back for all our future needs!

Everyone was so helpful and had great ideas and I had a very good process involved in buying a new vehicle. Everyone was very attentive, helpful, friendly and knew the goal we were working for. They continued that approach and attitude afterwards with those finishing up issues that are always there. A very good experience.

Service was quick! The staff were friendly and I appreciated them thoroughly explaining things to keep an eye out for until the next service.
