The service manager that I worked with, David Jackson, could not have done a better job. I felt like he went over and beyond to help me solve a problem that came up with my carefree maintainence plan I had purchased at another dealership, when I had bought the car. He knew exactly what to expect and made several phone calls to rectify the situation. During the entire time he was professional, pleasant, and even took time out to talk to my two year old daughter who was with me. He is an exceptional service manager and my experience with him has made me recommend your services to anyone I know.

My husband and I were out shopping around for a car. We wanted something with good gas mileage, low miles and a little newer then our other 2 vehicles. I had looked around a little on line in Topeka and Lawrence. We wanted to look at one car at Briggs in Topeka. When we stopped in there was one gentleman that came out and greeted us. His attitude right away was very poor. I could tell he was annoyed with having to help a couple in their early stages of buying a car. He did answer our questions about the car we were there to look at. Then we had asked to get information on another car. He went in to look it up on the computer. He did not invite us in with him and sent someone else out to talk to us. His name is Tim McNeal. Tim had said the other gentleman that was helping us was busy with something else and he would be helping us with our questions. My husband told Tim what we were looking for and he took us in sat us down and got on the computer to see what they had. I felt like we were a bother right away. He kept saying he had to get out of his weather page to open their website. When he got to their web site he pulled a few cars up but really didnt show us till we asked specifically about them. He did 2 different searches and then told us we need to go home get on our computer and search their web site and then call him when we find a car to look at. I understand Briggs is a large car dealership and a car we might be interested might be somewhere other than their lot. I felt Tim did not know what was on his own lot and put no effort into helping us other than telling us to go home and search ourselves. We will not be going back to Briggs for our next vehicle.

Service people were cordial. I waited in the showroom but was not greeted or acknowledged by anyone there. I like that the driver's seat was covered with plastic and receiving a list of items that were checked on the car.

Briggs Subaru Topeka really sucks about their after sales costumer care and communication After getting their commission, they neglected me and never informed that my car tag is available already few days back. I have to call them yesterday just to know if it is available since my temporary tag is due today 1/6/2015, I called and informed my salesman that I will pick it up today. When I went there this afternoon, Unfortunately the salesman is off today and he never told manager and the person keeping the tags left early too. So, I left the dealership empty handed and I will be driving my car tomorrow with expired tag! They haven't paid my check after promising upon signing and turning over my previous car that they will pay for my car's residual value since November 2015 and now 2016. Rude staff's and very good in blaming and pointing their faults back to you.

I've been having problems with my car for a while and had taken it to two different garages for repairs, and nobody was able to fix the problem. So we decided to bring it here and the problem was fixed quickly and I wasn't charged very much for the repairs.

We moved to the Holton area and were searching for shops for an oil change. With Briggs in Topeka being the closest we thought we would drive the hour rather than take our chances with Walmart. I had an appointment this morning at briggs Subaru in Topika kansas and have never experienced better customer service from David wiliams and Tim. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. Top notch in my book.

We purchased a new Subaru Crosstrek from Briggs Subaru, knowing that's what we wanted to buy and ended up spending about six hours at the dealership just making the purchase. We have bought several cars and never has it taken so long. Once we had it, we started noticing hesitation/stall issue when we drove it at highway speeds. I called the service department and made an appointment, and specifically asked them to take it on the highway to see if they could tell me what was happening. They called me midmorning and told me I could pick it up and they found nothing. I asked if they drove it on the highway? No, they didn't. They did drive it down a 30 mph side street. I told him the problem only occurred at highway speeds. I found them to be condescending and difficult to to work with. We kept the Crosstrek for less than 6 months and traded it off and I will not deal with them again for any kind of vehicle service. There are too many better options here. Very Disappointing as I'd worked with the sales staff and service department at Briggs Kia and found them to be great people to work with, simple and expedient car buying process and friendly attentive service from the service department.

I doubt I will ever buy a car from another dealership. I was and am continually amazed at how incredibly wonderful customers are treated. These guys go way above and beyond the call of duty to keep happy customers. This is my first Subaru and will not be the last! Don't even shop around-they are the real deal!!!

Walking into Briggs Subrau was my last step in a very frustrating search for a first car. I had been tossed around and treated poorly at other dealerships and was, quite frankly, agrivated with the whole process. Will B. and the whole team at Briggs Subaru made me feel incredibly comfortable from the start and helped me find the car that was right for me. I purchased my Chevy Equinox a little over two weeks ago and am incredibly happy with my purchase. Going into this purchase as a complete novice, I can say that the team at Briggs, and especially Will, made me feel confident in my decision and more knowledgeable about the whole process.

So I want to start off by saying this dealership is amazing!!! Theyre not just a group of commission based guys they seem like a family...their vechicles are amazing and their team is great....I want to make a shout out to Will Blankenship he was so great....I have very far from perfect credit and had recently went thru a dramatic car buying experience...I just needed a fresh start and for someone to take a chance on me and briggs subaru did just that!!Will not only made the process pain less but actually enjoyable!! I walked away with a 2013 Chrysler 200 touring that I absolutely love:) the finance guy was also amazing and everyone was so helpful....thanks again guys im in love with my new car!!!!

Just bought our first Subaru and we're very happy customers! Jesse Hansen, our salesman, has been sincere and helpful. Impressed with how well he listened and followed through. Tim also gave knowledgable input to aid in our decision. There was a mix-up in the beginning with Randy, the GM, but we now feel satisfied that he desired to work with us & value us as local and loyal customers! Appreciate how the Briggs philosophy was integrated into the whole process from start, Jesse, to finish, Roger, who helped us out with finance & excellent warranty. Jesse is currently making timely arrangements for our leather upgrade, and introduced us to the Service Manager, Mike, who welcomed us to the Subaru family. As we drove off the lot, we turned on the stereo to find that Jesse had already programmed in our favorite radio station!
