This is the 6th car I have purchased in my life, and by far the most pleasant. I started by inquiring about a car on line and promptly received a call back. I set up a time to see the car and was greeted by the salesman John waiting in the car ready to go for test drive. After that we went in a crunched the numbers. Long story short I felt like I got a fair price for my trade in ( 12 year old car with 174, 000 miles) and a fair price for my used car purchase. The financial guy, Lou was very knowledgeable, easy going and worked with me to get the best set up. Since it was close to closing I wanted to pick my car up the following day, No problem. When I went to pick up my car everything went smoothly. The office and it's people were clean, easy going and pleasant to work with.

Loved my 2013 MKT, as I had the previous 2010 MKT, but the lease was 1 1/2 months away from ending, and it appeared doubtful that any 2016 models would be offered. I considered buying the 2013 car, but Domenick Babbo solved my dilemma by locating a leftover 2015 MKT exactly as I wished, and even put me in the new car within a few days. Excellent salesman and very well-run and professional dealership.

I have never been to this mazda to service my car but today's experience was great. they were able to put me in a loaner car and called to let me know they were running behind schedule which i found really customer service oriented - usually most dealerships keep you waiting all day.

The wonderful people in the service department are so friendly and have a complete understanding that needing service on a car can be stressful, so they do everything they can to remove that stress. I love my service rep, Darren. I love knowing that if I have a problem with my car I can depend on Bright Bay to have available appointments or, in real emergencies, to have me come right in. I know my car will be given the best service at Bright Bay. Ok, by now you know I really like the people there and can't imagine taking my car anywhere else.

Gary Novins . I was looking at cars on Labor Day . Gary approached and asked if I needed help . After 25 minutes of looking I asked to test drive a car . He explained that we would have to do that the following day because the dealership was closed . I was blown away that he spent all this time with me when he was on his way home on a holiday weekend ... Because of that and the excellent service he gave I bought the car .You just don't find that kind of dedication to service in many places .

Went in to buy a used Camaro they had a "Set" price and wouldn't negotiate at all even though I had research to back up my offer. They had me waiting for over a half an hour until the manager came out with an attitude and even said I would be wasting his time unless I gave in to his dictated price. I went to visit the car 3 times showing I was interested and they showed no interest in selling the car and the place was dead empty with dealers hanging around.

Gary Novins did not rush me or pressure me into making a decision. He devoted 2 1/2 hours of his time to answer questions about all the models and take me out on a test drive. Widows usually feel they have been taken advantage of. However, I feel like I have been taken care of by Gary.

I recently purchased a 2014 Mazda CX9. I have had the pleasure to have it serviced at Bright Bay Mazda. The Service manager Gary has been extremely helpful and friendly. The service team is efficient and also friendly. Today I met Tyler. He took my car immediately explained what he thought the problem was and said if you can wait I will take care of it right now. My problem was minor, but it was fixed immediately, I did not have to wait long and I was provided with a friendly explanation, smiles and a genuine feeling that they cared about my experience and also satisfying me. In todays time when people are rushed and not always kind, it was a breath of fresh air to be met by Gary and the service team at Bright Bay Mazda. They really walk the talk and I am so happy I purchased my car at Bright Bay and I will be dealing with people like Gary and Tyler and I am sure the rest of the service team for years to come

ok its been 8 months since purchase of my mazda 6, I wentinto the process knowing navigating the sales ppl would be unpleasant because its the nature of the business given they can write their paycheck based on your purchase. I went expecting to walk out from the table with multiple dealers and did. its a big investment for me. gave up on ford, online sales vigilant caring excellent , but on the floor the attitude was let a customer go another right behind them. mazda I picked from friends and family experiences, very pleased with mazda. I chose bright bay primarily because I dealt with regina, she understood I didn't want just a knew car but wanted my terms spelled out exactly and if I couldn't have that I wasn't wasted my time traveling to dealers to get worked in the show room. I made it through the sales people and got exactly what I asked. I traveled a distance past two other mazda dealers I was dealing with solely based on reginas responsiveness and respect for what I wanted in a new car purchase, made past the sales people to meet Ron the financial officer to explain the terms of my agreement. if you never purchased or understood this process, or wanted one of your children buying first car, you would want this gentleman at the table. polite, step by step, concise; all to make sure you understand your loan in terms you can appreciate. now my price, payments exactly as I agreed to, nothing else, as promised as I wanted. just finished with complimentary service check. I anticipated waiting quite a bit even though I requested a time that would get me in and out. again exactly as promised gary had me in and out like clock work, I love when things go smooth, thanks gary. now finally , anyone with any life experience or business sense will notice mazda is not playing around when they say they want to develop quality and loyalty. they monitor everything, they want you to continue to trust and purchase again, look around at the process, they are serious, they want a reputation you can trust, I do and that's a very hard thing to earn from me

I bought a used car from Bright Bay on June 12th this year. After my credit score was checked I was told I would receive a certain percentage point on the loan for the car for three years..this turned out to be untrue. Next the finance man was unhelpful, pushy, bullying with figures..including my trade allowance which only God knows was correct. When I took a few minutes to read the purchase agreement he stated "You gonna sign this today or tomorrow?" Even before I told him 4 times I was not interested in an extended warrenty I was exhausted! 40 years of car buying and this experience can only be summed up in two words..THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My son just got a free oil change coupon from Bright Bay with a two week window to use it. Big deal!. The delivery process they put my son through was a disaster!. First they set the time for 1:00 on a Saturday and when we arrived we were told that the person we needed would be with us "in a few minutes". After being told "in a few minutes" for an hour and fifteen minutes we finally got to sit with the business manager. After going over the paper work it was noted that they did not have the insurance cards even though salesman was given the request policy information the previous previous Monday. With luck my son was able to track down our agent and had the necessary documents in about two hours. During that time my son noticed a dealership paper word charge of $85 on the invoice. As he had request his quote to include all charges so he could compare prices during the purchasing process he was upset. I must admit it only took a week to convince Bright Bay to send him the refund. He did send a letter to the sales manager but never received a reply. He also sent a copy of the letter to Mazda USA. There he received a message on his cell phone but the message was not very clear so he could not figure who to call back. And now he gets free oil change. Big deal!!

After reading alot about the vehicle I went to Bright Bay Mazda and was pleased with the sales folks. Marino Gonzolez showed me the car and allowed for a good test drive. Lou Serra (Asst. Mgr) was extremely courteous, professional and low pressure in sealing the deal. Since the car was in stock I was promised it would be ready in two days which it was. Despite a delay in not having my insurance card ready, and a scuff mark on the rear fender cover, the car was ready to go and the replacement part was ordered. Salesman John Smith was absolutely terriric in explaining all of the cars functions and going through the checkout list. He was very professional, thorough, didn't rush me and this was very much appreciated considering he was not my salesperson. So now I'm just waiting for the parts to arrive. By the way, I love the CX-5 and would not hesistate to recommend Bright Bay Mazda.

Our salesman was Marino Gonzalez and we were very pleased with him. He was informative and more important, he wasn't pushy! We didn't feel like we were under pressure to buy a car. The car was ready for pick up when he said it would be and he explained to us the features on the car (wipers, lights, radio, cd, etc) in a pleasant and informative way. We would recommend him to family or friends.

Not a professional place. There may be bias toward African Americans. Used cars are not priced until you ask. Value marked up beyond Kelly book value. Warranty not totally honored.. Repair man drove my car for 23 miles after it took 4 hours to do the brakes. The ladies in service department on the Lincoln and Mazda side were rude. I would not take my car there for service or buy a car there again.
