Overall good, I would of left 5 stars but they did forget to wash my car and clean the interior. These extras was supposed to be included in my service today but they forgot to do it. I notice when I was ready to pick my car up, it wasn’t washed and cleaned. I know it’s a free courtesy service that they’re providing but at least honor what’s advertised.

This dealership was honest and followed through on everything they said they would. We asked for no run around with all the crazy financing pricing that is so misleading these days, and they complied without missing a beat. I’ve had such a great experience with this dealer, from leasing my car with Manny to the service center. I had an issue with the cover hanging off the bottom of my car after hitting a puddle with a bit too much speed. I drove it right to the dealer after work and Kevin, one of the mechanics actually stayed late to check it out and remove the piece that was dragging on the ground. The gentleman behind the desk (unfortunately I can’t remember his name) took care of everything for the repair, got me a great price, and even had the car inspected while it was there. Everyone was so nice on top of it, and the facility is so clean and even feels a little fancy. I can’t say enough about this place and will always be returning here!

Just picked up my second Mazda from Bright Bay! My second time working with Chris Lico who is hands down the BEST salesman. Chris called me up, told me he could get me the newer version of my car with a package in my price range. How could I say no?! This was all done over a few days! He is knowledgeable & cares about his customers! No one else I would rather work with there! Bright Bay Mazda is awesome, so glad to be leasing a second vehicle from them. Thank you Chris!!!!

Bright Bay Mazda has always been a place we stop by when buying a car. We do our research and shop around, but the team at Bright Bay really is the best. He then had the perfect car for me in preowned I found my dream car and I was out of there in 2 hours and I was elated. Thank you so much. I was interested in a used Nissan pick up on their lot. Knowing what the truck was worth... The price I was quoted was beyond the book value. The sales person ,john.. Told me.. Come inside, let's see what I can do. While sitting at johns desk... I saw a promotion leaflet stating family pricing for police officers. I and my 3 children are all police officers. John came back and lowered his inflated price down $1000. As I inquired about "the family price for police"he stated he wasn't aware of the dozen or so fliers that were on his desk. I left the dealer... Shaking my head. I returned 3 days later and made a reasonable offer on the vehicle to john, which in turn he brought to his manager, jimmy. John returned and told me jimmy would like to speak to me... We went to the cubicle where jimmy was and I was told he overpaid for the truck when he bought it at auction in New Jersey and he was losing money already. At this time bright bay owned this truck sitting on their lot for 163 days with no sale on it. I told jimmy because he overpaided for it doesn't mean I'm going to over pay for it. Once again jimmy lowered the inflated price slightly and we couldn't agree. Now I started getting regular e- mails and phone calls from bright bay asking about my intrest in the pick up. A manger ... Kevin e-mailed me and said call me... We'll work something out. I called and left a message on voicemail with Kevin. Got a call back from Scotty telling me his boss Kevin told him to call me. After briefly tell Scotty about what was happening and about the family pricing for police officers...which BTW...they all had amnesia about... He said he would talk to Kevin and call me back. At this point we were $2000 apart on a deal... I called john and told him .... I'll come up $1000 and you come down $1000 and we'll make the deal happen. Then I got a call back from Scotty... Who said Kevin told him a rock bottom price ...WHICH WAS $1000MORE THAN JIMMY TOLD ME !!!! These guys all sitting in the same area... DONT EVEN SPEAK TO EACH OTHER!!! Well, needless to say... The truck is still sitting on bright bays lot... They own it over 5 months and will continue to BC it's overpriced. Never heard back from salesman john.... Scotty... Kevin... Jimmy...ect... And the all seem to have no memory of the promotional fliers at the dealership they had printed up for family pricing for police officers. This place is the worst .... And the attitudes displayed by them were horrible. They just couldn't pull off their con this time around... Just beware of these guys.

I recently purchased a car from Bright Bay Mazda. It was a Certified Pre-owned CX-9. The Price was great for CPO car, so I made the decision to go for it. Based on what I had seen online of the car and what I was told, it looked like an excellent deal. I planned my 6 hour (each way) trip to get the car. At the end of the day, the car had a decent amount of damage (scrapes and bad touch-up paint) that was never disclosed along with some other cosmetic issues. Most of the paperwork was done prior to my arrival and I ended up spending 2x the amount of time I was told Id be at the dealer. I wasnt really given any documentation on the car, explanation of services performed before delivery and the wrong warranty booklet. The car only had a half of tank of gas and considering the $379 vehicle prep fee, the car was horribly detailed. I later reached out the dealer who I worked with via email and met in person and told him about the experience above and that the car was missing the power tailgate feature that was in the listing. I mentioned that I wanted to let them know rather than leaving a review on a website like this, but after not hearing back about my concerns, I figured Id share my experience.

i must say billy the salesman was the best and easiest to deal with made my mom so comfy he even called her his mom put us in thecar we wanted even upgraded for same deal i went to about 4 other dealers and the salesman were rude pushy and didnt want to help exactly opposite of billy he is def. a major benifet to your dealer im gonna tell all my friend and family to see him hes just so funny and if i was single he could have been lucky with me dont go nowhere else see billy and thats it

Mazda Service Dept-I had no problem making this appointment. The person on the phone was more than accommodating. When I arrived they broke down all the cost of repair before they started. The person in the parts department was very friendly and professional. He helped me order everything I needed and even showed me where the parts are on the car. I waited at the dealership and they have a comfortable waiting room with TV and coffee. They changed my oil to Castrol magnetic oil which I later looked up and its pretty cool stuff. The mechanics are very friendly people who always greet me when I bring my car there. I got my car back in no time. I decided I will even bring my Nissan there to be fixed from now on. Definitely recommend this dealership over others on Long Island.

Walter, the Service Manager at Bright Bay Mazda proved to be exceptional in the manner in which he treated me yesterday. He was extremely courteous and thoughtful in assisting me with a problem I was having getting my 2004 Suzuki Verona ready to pass NY State inspection. This is a person who is willing to go out of his way to treat the customers as they deserve to be treated. This company should realize what a gem they have working for them and should give him every benefit. Let it be known that I am in no way related to this man and never met before yesterday. Had a great experience with the dealership in general, and John in particular. No hard sell or pressure, just a relaxed and informative atmosphere. He knew the car in detail, answered all of our questions, and followed up with us when we needed additional info. We could have saved a few bucks at another local dealership, but chose to buy here at Bright Bay because of the buying experience.

First time I talk to Jonathan of Bright Bay Mazda was first week of August 2013. Price for "2014 Mazda CX-5 Sport (2.0L 4-cyl. AWD 6-speed Automatic) with Bluetooth Audio Package" was finalized for $24,112.00 (including Destination Charges), but does not including Taxes of 8.625% - $2,079.66, Registration $75.00, Tire deposit $12.50 and $10.00 Inspection fee.I was very happy that I'm getting a good price and the dealership people were okay at that time. Finally I picked up the CX-5 today (8/12/2013) and the Business Manager Lou Serra charged me $338.96 extra over the price I was told by Jonathan the sales person.After quickly showing me the invoice Lou Serra ran out of the room. As I was prepared with all the charges, Lous figures didnt look correct. There was charge of $190, which Lou misleads me and said it is the Plates. And charge of $148.96 was under Reconditioning. Could anyone tell me what is reconditioning charge, because Lou didn't tell me?

i requested a qoute on a 2014 mazda cx5 lease.within 5 mins i got a call from john smith asking what my preferences were.he was able to find what i wanted at a fair price and set up an appointment for the following day.i picked up the car a few days later.there were no surprises or add on fees.the price quoted was what i paid.very satisfied.

John Smith was very good to deal with. He was knowledgeable. There was no pressure to make a purchase. The finance department was aalso a pleasure to work with. No hard sell for extended warranties.

My experience with Bright Bay Mazda was great. When I first called Rich to inquire about pricing he was very kind and got back to me with the information I need very fast. I had went to another Mazda dealership that was closer to my home but didn't feel comfortable when I was there. Rich helped me so much making sure that I got the vehicle I wanted. He was very flexible when it came to scheduling to pick up my new car as well. I was in the process of selling what was my current vehicle to start the lease on the CX-5. Rich offered to stay late if needed on the night that I schedule to pick up my vehicle. I thought that was so nice of him to offer. He made sure when I picked up the vehicle that I knew where and what everything was. He called me a few weeks later to check in on me to see how everything was going with my new vehicle. Lou Serra the Business Manager was just as great as Rich. Lou made sure that I understood everything regarding my lease. This being the first time I leased a vehicle I didn't really know everything. He made sure that I picked the options that would be best for me. I would highly recommend Bright Bay Mazda to anyone!

Salesman Marino Gonzalez first introduced me to my CX-5 with a good explanation and test drive. He was knowledgeable and without pressure. After sealing the deal at a fair price the car was delivered and prepped as promised in two days. Although my insurance cards were not ready and there was a scrape on a wheel cover on pick up day, Salesman John Smith stepped in and performed the checkout procedures. John was extremely professional, thorough and personable and assisted in solving the insurance card problem as well as explaining all car features. So, at this point Im pleased with the buying experience, my wheel well cover is on order and I would recommend this dealership.

After having some painful car buying experiences in the past, our experience at Bright Bay was a pleasure. John made this one of the most pleasurable experiences I have ever had buying a car. We had been to a number of dealers (Subaru, Hyundai, Chevy, Ford, Jeep) and right from the start John was so helpful and informative when purchasing our CX-5. John and Lou were great working with on our trade in and well as setting up all the financial details. John was so nice helping us through all the bells and whistles that were in our new Grand Touring model when we picked it up.We could not have had a more pleasant experience, buying a car should not be painful, it should be enjoyable and it was at Bright Bay. Not to mention we love our new CX-5!!

I felt the price was very, very fair. John Smith and all the sales managers were very patient and helpful. Lou, was fantastic. The ease of being able to register the car right at the dealership was terrific. The trade-in for my old car was a great price, and the follow-up has been great. I look forward to a long maintenance relationship with Bright Bay, and I genuinely recommend them. Go see John Smith in sales. He is delightful,not at all pushy and I am sure you will want to buy a car from him. You owe it to yourself to try Bright Bay before buying. I went elsewhere and ended up back at Bright Bay. Dom was pleasant, and informative.Gave me a wonderful test drive. Explained the cars to me several time, because I kept changing my mind, but he just smiled and made me feel comfortable, and not so stupid. Called when I got home to check on me just to make sure I enjoyed the ride in my new car, He was an excellent representative to my first time at Bright Bay, will definitely recommend Dom To family and friends. Bill the F&I guy, was helpful and courteous and very patient with me as well. Showroom clean and well kept, wonderful waiting room coffee for refreshments and tv to make time go by. Over all a great experience.
