This dealership does not charge the hourly rate what all the big “chain” dealerships do. Always worth taking a look at the smaller dealerships for service because their techs are trained the same as the techs at the major chain dealerships. So the work being performed will carry the same warranty at half the costs. This service department has not messed one thing on my car in seven years! And I go over my car with a fine tooth comb. The other “chain” dealership, I can’t say the same about. The same chain dealership that gave gm a hard time about Brittain wanting to build a new building off state route 14. And no, I’m. It being paid to write this review.

I bought my 2015 Chevy Trax at another dealership in boardman oh awhile back had problems with the catalytic converter they told me it was out of warranty a month before it happen I called Brittians because I didn’t believe them & they check & said it was. Then called me back & told me they will take care of it for no cost & they ordered the part & fixed it for me. I take my car out there for service from now on. Great people my family have been buying there for years great people. I will never go anywhere else.

Very Very bad experience, ok it goes a little something like this. I was told to bring my vehicle in asap and they would atleast diagnose the problem and set me a date to fix whatever the diagnosis was, well let me say that didn't happen, a week later I call and the vehicle still wasn't touch and in fact they weren't sure on when it would be diagnosed and let me tell you, the gentleman (Tom) running things there is rude and arrogant and don't care to help anyone. That garage here figure you will bow down to them if you want your vehicle fixed. I dont do well with liers or people that are dishonest.
