What a horrible experience. The salesman would not call me back when I drove over 300 miles to look at and possibly buy he called as I got to Yankton and said the owner took the truck. He had texted me the night before to be there between 1-3pm. We got there at 2pm. Tim told me that they could not reach him. I would not recommend buy from this dealer. They clearly do not care about customers.

My sales man was great. He answered my questions, was polite and very quick to find answers. He went out of his way to make sure that we were happy. They gave me top dollar for my trade in. The store also stayed open after hpurs to finalize the deal. Everyone was kind and not pushy. My sales man was great. Again a nice guy and was easy to talk to and answered any questions i had in a timely mannor. He went out of his way to make sure that we were happy, i dont feel je did that just to make sure he got somethkng. But because he is a nice guy and cares about his job and the compablny he works for. Buying used is scary. I didn't buy a lemon, just needed some repairs. Thank goodness that Dodge warranties their parts. I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR ANYTHING!!. My only concern is I had to call the service department and ask them how it was going. The dealership its self was great, but the service department needs to call their customers. Not the customer call and ask how their vehicle is doing.
