Matt, our sales rep, and Lisa, financing, were so amazing. We drove 8 hours to purchase a 4runner from them. They worked with us for a week beforehand answering all our questions, sending additional pictures, and helping us with everything. They were kind, never pushy, and very professional. Everything they showed us and told us about the car was absolutely spot on. We are so grateful for them. They even helped us with additional questions and requests about the car after the sale was made and we were back home. I can't say enough great things about them. Everything about the car-buying experience is simple and fast at Brondes! There was no haggling over a number, or negotiating to get the best price. I simply gave my salesman my budget, and he found me the perfect car to fit it!

In the past, the service department at this dealership has not had the greatest of reputations. Now they are earning back their stars. I’ve had at least 6 new Ford vehicles in the past 12 years (I love Ford). After my awesome experience there today, I am convinced they they are finally back on track. These guys are friendly, professional and fast. It took them less than 2 minutes to fix an issue with my new Explorer’s door not closing. Very impressed! I’ll be back when I’m in the area for services.

I had an emergency repair to take care of, car was drivable but not for long. Brondes made a fix and got me going again. I thought the car might be there for weeks, but Brondes helped me out. Technician was so sweet and kind, she made me feel welcome. Thanks again Brondes.
