They asked if I was dropping off the car or waiting? I said I was dropping it off and wasn't in a rush to have it done too soon. The car was done before the time that was given to me and I was very surprised, to have it back so quickly. Thanks for a job well done !

I was heading to Sault Ste. Marie when my 2015 F150 pulling my trailer lost power and began to vibrate at low end speed. I noticed the check engine light was blinking and by the grace of God I took the first exit which led us to Brondes Ford dealer ship. I can't begin to tell you the thoughts that ran thru my mind as we looked for the dealership. Surely they can't fix this and I'll have to sleep in my camper or maybe rent a vehicle that can pull my 9209 pound beast or call your friends your not going to make it. Anyway we walked up to the service desk where Jason Krajcar asked us how he could help us. I described the problem and he asked us to unhook the camper in the lot and bring the truck around so his service person could look at it. We did that Jason also recommended a restaurant across the street that was just what two concerned ppl needed. He took our phone number and we crossed the street. After we had finished lunch we returned to the fantastic news that they had found the problem it was the # 4 wire that shorted out and they had the part in stock and the truck would be ready in 10 minutes. I had been wanting to rotate my tires so I asked if he could take care of that and he picked up his phone and requested tire rotation. In another 15 minutes the truck was ready to roll. I can not tell you enough how surprised I was as well as astonished at the level of service friendliness and true concern displayed by Jason. I live in Sunbury Ohio I was a good three hours from home but I can tell you this when I need a new truck because of the way Jason took care of us I will travel to Toledo to Brondes to make that purchase I guess you could say I'm one happy customer

I took my daughters car in for a recall. They informed me it actually had 2 recalls and they took care of both of them. I was very impressed with the friendliness of all the Service Attendants. I would definitely go back. I would like to add that they quoted me a price to run a diagnostic and assured me that if work had to be done they would call me. Since they only ran 1 test they only charged me half of the quoted estimate. How often does that happen? I was very impressed with that too.

In several times for stuck in park problem that could not be diagnosed, Finally found. Though my thoughts are that a wire rubbing in a steering column to cause a short or open ground is a manufacturing problem. Appreciate the consideration for charge reduction after so much time spend by all parties. Think my problem should be passed on to Ford for some one the future.Believe records will show that this problem initially occurred in the first year I owned the truck.

The gentlemen involved in repairing my car went above and beyond. I was in Ohio for the day and the starter went out. The sales experience was EXCEPTIONAL from start to finish! I had a 2013 Ford Edge that I was looking to replace with a new one. I knew a couple features that were important to me, but the rest was negotiable. Working with Lacey was a dream! We had a great conversation and she reviewed several options. After deciding what I wanted, she showed me two different vehicles and even offered to "dealer trade" if I wanted an alternate color. After driving the 2015 Edge, I knew that was the vehicle for me. The new features are very user-friendly - some nice changes from the 2013 model. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer to anyone! They always give the best price and will find exactly what you are looking for. Deb is the New Car Manager and was also very helpful during the sales. I perched the car from Brondes Ford Toledo. It is a used car but still had some warenty on it . The first oil change I had severs teck seen some pitting on the roters had not had the car to long so I talked to the used car manager if he wood help with some of the price on a break job and thay did . Talked to the severs manager thay got in on a Sat. morning he said about 3 hrs. and it took about 1an half hrs. they keep me in formed on what was going on with the work and did a once over on the car for any other problems with it . They have a nice place to wate while the work is being done and I have never had a problem with any of the people at Brondes Ford have stoped in with questions about the car and thay have the ancered them or found the ancer for me .

It was a lengthy process waiting for the clutch package which was not the problem of the dealership. This dealership and service technician I worked with were very courteous and understanding of my frustration with the 14 week wait for the parts to come in from the supplier. Upon arrival of the parts Brondes called me immediately and set up an appointment for the repair. I have nothing but positive things to say about the service rep and service I received. On the other hand this vehicle is only 2 years old and this is the second repair I have had for this problem. The car has around 20K miles after two years which is not excessive miles. Ford needs to find a permanent fix for this problem.

I came in for a recall for my Ford Cmax and an oil change. When i went to pick up the car, I was told there were issues with the work being done with the recall. Before I could say anything, I had a rental car in front of me and the Dealership did everything they could to accommodate me and make sure my car was fixed correctly. I so appreciate the honesty and everything Brondes did to help me get through the situation.

The service was excellent, they could not have been friendlier, from my initial phone call with Kevin. I was also assisted by Josh Barnes (hope I got his name right), and they were great. They told me it would take an hour, which it did to the minute, and they stuck with their original quoted price too. I also got my car washed, which I did not expect. It was the bright spot in what was overall a horrible day. I did not get my vehicle there, but will continue to use your facility for service. I hope there is a system to reward employees for positive reviews.

Upon arriving, I was warmly greeted, and turned over to the service coordinator who was accommodating and listened to my comment expanding with a personal experience. (I learned about a high school building in Sylvania.) The waiting area is dominated by the TV with a volume that is more than adequate, especially for one who prefers to read (at the point farthest from the "box"). While my car was being serviced, I was updated as to the items that were done as well as the items to watch ("waiting in the wings for attention"). Paying for and picking up my just-washed vehicle went well, and I was on my way elsewhere on a sunny day.

I had my car in for service due to a leak in the transmission and my Ford Escape received quick attention with a timely inspection and quote and a reasonable time of finish all in one afternoon. I was offered a 5-point inspection with tire rotation and received a rebate for having it done. I was asked if I needed anything else done which reminded me that it could use an oil change.

I ordered a 2015 Mustang and the experience was great. After visiting another dealer and hearing some bable about people paying sticker and not offering me a chance to drive one, I stopped by Brondes. JJ at Brondes was very friendly, as well as everyone else. After I was given a car to drive, I odered the new Mustang just the way I wanted. There was no presssure and very easy to agree on a price well below sticker. I picked up the new Mustang on 12/13/14. So, just weeks later when my wife needed a car (because she donated hers to the daughter) I headed to Brondes. Only hours later my wife was driving home her 2013 Honda Accord (12/31/14). Again the process was very easy and friendly. The Honda is very clean and bought well below the market value. Love Brondes.

We have always bought Ford products, over all they have been great. We love our new F150 but the trade in experience was terrible!!! We have been buying cars from past Whitman Ford employees for the last 7 yrs, and felt a trust that is hard to find. Well, that trust is gone! We were lied to regarding our trade in by the Salesman and Manager of the Used car sales (which we have know for 15-20 yrs). I guess loyalty and trust doesn't matter in the car business. You just lost ours.

I bought a Ford Fusion Hybrid from Whitman Ford in 2009. It was the car of my dreams for 4 years. Started having problems in December 2013 (heater), then in July 2014 (air conditioning). Brondes service both times could not have been better. I was involved in an accident in September and after having body work done at Brondes, it looked great! Once again, excellent communication and great service, but had problems mechanically afterwards. I decided I needed to trade it in. The whole process of buying and trading in my troublesome Fusion, went very smooth and I got exactly the car I wanted and a very generous trade-in allowance. Thank-you Brondes! Your service department is what sold me on another Ford. I can't imagine going anywhere else for service.

I have been buying new ford vehicles since 1993. I have bounced around using the different Ford dealers in the area, never feeling completely comfortable. Either I didn't like the pushy salesman or the finance department or maybe the service dept. wasn't great. I have found the whole package at Brondes. I get the best deal on my trade-in and Ray Deeb is the best car salesman I have ever met. He listens to what I want but also makes suggestions and lets me decide. I just leased a Flex from him even though I was set on an Escape. My wife wanted a Flex back in 2010 but the lease was too expensive. He mentioned that the payment has come down and we love our new Flex! The finance and service departments are awesome and I can't say enough good things about Brondes Ford.

Overall customer service was great. As far as the 2014 Ford Escape, the seat belts are sometimes hard to find the buckle as the console sticks out on the sides. The stick shift is too close to the temperature controls as I was trying to defrost and hit the A/C button by accident. The inside of the vehicle is definitely smaller in width as you are almost sitting on the passengers lap. And the back sit is small too as I had my nephew in it from college and he is a big guy and he was definitely not comfortable. Have a baby seat in the back for my great grandson and like to put him in the middle and it was sort of small width as I had a hard time getting the seat belt buckled around him (he is 4 yrs old). Other than that, I like the smooth ride and the monthly payment. Thank you for listening.

I was apprehensive to buy from Brondes but my husband knew a salesman who works there so we went to find my new car. The salesman was friendly, helpful, not pushy, patient and knowledgeable. I appreciated that very much. He has contacted me a couple times to make sure I am happy with my new used crossover. He wants me to come back to get a couple scratches buffed out so it looks great. His care and concern for us after the purchase is awesome. I am glad we purchase our used car from Brondes and will recommend them to others. The quality of repairs is not applicable yet until I go back to get them done but what I have experienced so far is great and I am sure that will be also.

Our new Ford Flex had a gas leak 6 months after we acquired it. We called the service department at Brondes Ford on Secor Road in Toledo and were advised to bring the car in, which we did, on a Friday. The staff diagnosed a problem with the fuel pump. The car was considered unsafe to drive because of the leak, and a new fuel pump was ordered. We were given a rental car to use until the new fuel pump arrived and was quickly installed on the following Monday morning. The car has performed well since, and there has been a small improvement in the gas mileage.

Took the Ford Escape into Brondes for repair. The service men were very pleasant, but left the vehicle there 2 separate times over a week a piece. Had repairs done that did not fix the original problem. The trunk lock no longer drains the battery, but it will not open either. Almost 3 weeks without a car, and almost $900 in repairs and the trunk still will not open.

I wrote in about this F-150 not having pictures and limited information. I quickly received a reply stating that they would check into the problem and take pictures and update the information and send it to me immediatly! Which they Really Did!! I was a little shocked but more than happy with the service, at least as far as there online assistance.
