The salesman carried this purchased by far. Eric Mortinson was a class act, low pressure, professional, patient, just an all around great experience with him. Left Eric a vmail on a busy Sat afternoon, he returned in within a half hour, told him about car I was looking for and when I arrived, the car was waiting for me to take it for a drive.... Very easy process, low pressure like I said, I knew what I wanted and we made it happen. The actual credit approval process was too time consuming and frustrating, I would suggest going in preapproved with your own bank or credit union. Maybe it was partially due to the time of day, but either way in the end the approval and 2.9% interest rate were a winner. Customer service gets a two thumbs up as well - MIke is a good guy, humble, trustworthy, I highly recommend this dealership.

I am normally not one to write reviews, but just had to quick because we had such a great experience at Luther Brookdale Jeep 1 week ago. We worked with the nicest guy, Heath, who was the most genuine (non-sales like) guy ever. He connected with us on a personal level to better understand our wants and needs and actually LISTENED to us. We received a very fair price on our trade in and our 18 month old was pampered with snacks and toys in their playroom while we were onsite at the dealership. Everyone was super friendly and the dealership was immaculate...even the restrooms were clean and they had all the necessary accommodations for babies (diaper stations, etc). We had called in advance regarding a few cars that their website indicated were on site and no lie they were clean and in the car bay when we walked in the door so we immediately got to take a look while we waited briefly to be greated by Heath whom we spoke with earlier on the phone. Awesome service and well worth the drive out to the dealership. Thanks!

Recently I stopped by to test drive a slightly-used 2015 Jeep Renegade. The customer service was friendly and punctual. Upon realizing later during the day that I was interested in buying the car, my sales rep automatically checked with his boss to get the price lowered by a few hundred dollars so that I got the best deal possible. When I called back to commit to the purchase, the dealer got the Jeep cleaned, fueled, and detailed within an hour or so. When I returned to buy the car, the whole transaction only took about an hour, which is fantastic.

I was looking to upgrade my '03 Jeep Liberty and knew I wanted to look at the Renegade. It was love at first drive!! There were a few things that I needed to have - heated seats & a moon roof. Brian Halford got me into a sweet ride with so many upgrades that I wasn't even looking for - heated steering wheel, Remote start, passive entry & my favorite -My Sky!! I've had my Renegade for 3 weeks and it is so fun to drive. It's going to be great for road trips & camping this summer! I huge thanks to Bryan & Al- you two are absolutely the best! Great service and customer care from the minute I walked in the door to the moment I left. Alex made sure all my requests and questions were taken care of. I appreciated the extra attention to an issue with my motor on start up and that Alex recommended a second check by me and the person who serviced my Jeep to see if I heard anything different. I had my RAM 3500 serviced for an oil change, 60,000 service, new tires, and to address play in a ball joint that was noted on my last visit. The facilities are excellent. A rental car was ready and waiting for me when I dropped off my vehicle. I needed additional work on ball joints and tie rods. The service manager, Steve, did a great job keeping me informed on what they found and the cost of repair. I use my vehicle for hauling heavy loads, horse trailer with horses with a gross trailer weight of 15,000 - 16,000 pounds. I'm confident that I'm getting the service I need to protect my safety and the safety of the loads I'm hauling. I highly recommend Luther Brookdale Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Will look for my next vehicle there.

I came into Luther for a Jeep recall. Wandering around the used car lot (looking & thinking), a salesman approached me & asked if I saw anything interesting? This was the beginning of a great understanding and eventual purchase. Never having purchased a car by myself, Mark Gray listened to my story, walked with me telling me about different cars which caught my attention & went over specifications with me. Then, Mark took me inside & showed me the advantages of considering a 2015 vs. the 2014 models I was looking at on the lot ("more bang for my buck" discussion) and really walked me through the cost comparison without pressure or pushing. I was impressed with what he showed me and at his professionalism, his earnest informing and the gentle persuasion to allow me to make up my mind. So, for my first-time car purchase, I am happily satisfied with my 2015 Jeep Cherokee but even more so, I am grateful for the ease I had getting through the entire buying process with Mark at the helm. I did a lot of research and first contacts via the internet first before ever entering a showroom or talking to a salesperson. Stopped by to take a look, met Victor and he found me the car I was looking for. Very quick process and no haggling. Mickki got me set up for the add ons and the nice guy in finance (Sorry! I can't remember his name!) zipped thru the paperwork. I have used Luther Chev in the past for repairs and maintenance and was well satisfied also. I was very satisfied with my recent repair. I came in without an appointment because my battery light came on while driving home after work on a Thursday. The dealer got me in on Friday. They didn't have the part to complete the repair but they found one locally, The picked it up and completed my repair on Saturday. Everyone in service was very friendly and helpful. I will continue to use this dealer when I need repairs and service.

I was only checking to see if I really loved the 300 as much I thought all these years and it turned out that I did. Had a regulator installed on a jeep liberty power window. Had to return the following day because the window wasn't operational. I was told the technician had failed to attach the clip properly. This made for a poor service appointment to have to make 2 trips for one service repair.

I'm happy to report in this review, the customer service experience has improved substantially. I am pleased to report my most recent experience was excellent. Seemed like there were some new customer service representatives in the service department, perhaps that's the difference.

I recently dropped my Jeep off to have a recall and an oil change done on it. My appointment was for 8:15 am; I dropped it off at 8, told them I needed it by 5, came in to pick it up at 5:15 and was informed that they hadn't even started it yet. I was very upset because I had taken the day off work to have this done and had to take my Jeep back untouched. The guy at the service desk said "if this wasn't the 20th time this has happened this week, I might have a better answer for you." I called the service manager the next morning and he agreed to have it picked up at my place of work, which they did. They also charged me full price for the oil change and brought it back with the gas tank on empty. I am just disappointed that they did not even replace the extra gas I had to use or discount the oil change.

We bought a new vehicle here last week. It was a good experience, and after a terrible experience at Wilcox in Forest Lake the week prior, it made our Brookdale experience even better. The guy, Mike, was pleasant and helpful. One complaint was the amount of time the process took. Once we decided on the vehicle, and came to an agreement on the deal with our trade-in, it took entirely too long. It took well over an hour to get in the finance office, but once there it took 10 minutes. I feel like we could have been out of there much faster. Then, after all that waiting around, the vehicle we bought wasn't even ready to go when we were, so they were detailing it at the very last minute. You could tell they were rushed (it was after closing time by this point). They could have done a much better job on the final detailing. All in all, a good experience. Enough that I'd go back, and recommend them to others.

I've purchased two Jeeps from Luther Brookdale Chrysler Jeep. I have been very pleased with the processes from both transactions. I thought I had a great deal on my first Jeep, and when I traded it in, my three year old Wrangler fetched in a nice trade in price for my new Sarah. No matter what, it takes a while to leave a dealership when purchasing a car. And with that said, none of the staff were overbearing or tried to hassle me into more options I didn't want at the time. I trust their mechanics and I will continue to go there to have my Jeep serviced.

The service department at Brookdale Chrysler was the worst I have ever experienced. There is very little communication to the customer and extremely poor communication amongst their various internal departments and service managers. I brought a van (still under Chrysler warranty) to be serviced for a check engine light while on vacation. Luther Brookdale had an open appointment so I chose them. After a 2 hour wait while they looked at my car, I had to go find them to ask what was going on, no one came to find me. They told me they needed to order a part and to come back the following morning, 10am. I arrived back the following morning and they took my van back for service. After 30 minutes, they came over to tell me they did not have the part and I would need to come back! Unacceptable! A simple phone call could have prevented a needless 2 hour waste of my time. I rescheduled for the next week, 10am Monday morning, since my vacation plans did not allow me to stay. Monday morning, I call the service dept. to make sure they have my part. I was told they had no idea they are just service and transferred me to parts. Parts said they had no part ordered for me and that they could have it by 1pm. So, another trip would have been wasted had I not called them (serious lack of customer service here!). No call was made to me when the part actually arrived, so I had to call yet again to schedule another appointment and finally get my car fixed. Their idea of customer service is a laughable joke. If I ran my business in this manner, I wouldn't last a month. Completely unacceptable. Avoid this service department at all costs.

First car repair experience was sitting in service department for my appointment for over 3 hours to get a mirror glued back on and to have the service department decide not to replace front light bulb that was requested to be done. The mirror was finally put into place the last 15 minutes, before the shop closed. We bought the car at this dealership, which was a great experience and would have expected the dealership to provide service for the remainder of time we owned the car. Would not recommend any service experience here.

When I made my appointment it was for an oil change and to have some warnings lights turned off. My Brake light and a few others keep lighting up and my brakes do not need to be done. I had them checked! Not a word was said until I came back to pick up my truck that they couldn't turn those lights off...I would need to make a separate appointment with service for that. WHY was I not told that when I made the appointment? I could have made both appointments at the same time. WHY was it not mentioned when I dropped my truck off at the dealership today for the service? This has given me entirely a different feeling about having my work done with you anymore. Very inconsiderate for the customer. I am usually pretty much satisfied with Chrysler, or had problems it was handled in a fair way. This was not one person's mistake but several! Right now I could not recommend you for service!

I went to the car dealership today because the company's call center offered me a oil change and tire rotation for some $30+ dollars. They preform the duties and want to charge me $78. I had to negotiate it down to $41. Tell me how this works? Does the call center not communicate with the dealership. Lesson learned is have the email with you at all times when dealing with this group.

I have been having extremely poor customer service the last two times that I have gone to Luther Brookdale Chrysler. My first experience was just a regular oil change. They misplaced my paperwork. My car was ready for 40 minutes before I decided that this was ridiculous and I went to "bother" them. They had no idea where my paperwork was, even though my car was RIGHT in front of them for this amount of time. I figured they were having an off day. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. My next and most recent experience was worse. I had a recall on my car. I called to make an appointment. The woman I spoke to was pleasant enough and said to just check my car to see if it needed the recall it would take 2 hours. I figured that would be okay. I did ask what it would be if it did need fixing and if they had loaner cars. Well, apparently they don't do loaners (not the biggest problem). They do rentals for $35 a day. I said that I would need one if it needed to be fix, so she wrote a rental card was needed on my appointment schedule. I get to the service area and get helped promptly. They then told me that it would take 3-4 hours to just CHECK if it needs to be replaced. The conversation went on, and I was then told that they did NOT have any rental cars for me. Depending how close I was, I could catch the shuttle. As I thought to myself, thats good and all, however, I live alone, I work and I am a full time student. So, even though I had asked for a rental car, they didn't have one for me. That is UNACCEPTABLE. My appointment was at 9 am, one would think that I would have heard from them by 1 pm. Nope, I didn't. In fact, I didn't hear from them at all. I had to call THEM about whether or not my car was ready. The person I talked with was not rude but not friendly. He said the sheet said that I was called. However, I did not have a missed call or a voicemail. He then told me that someone they had called did not have their voicemail set up (assuming it was me). However, I do, it is not full, and even if I was out of service, it would go to my voicemail--nice try. When I got there (because I live 20 miles away) the place was closed. Which I definitely take responsibility for. I was still able to get my car due to the wonderful lady working in the sales department. As far as I know, their actual maintenance is done well. However, I have never felt that insignificant than the way the customer service treated me. I will not be returning to this place.

This is a nice place to shop to buy a car. I bought a new SRT Jeep from this dealer. However, when i brought my old jeep to have a typical oil change done on express lane I was not impressed. Instead of the promised 45 minute time, they took over 90 minutes. They were not sensitive to my busy day, and my "paperwork" was lost between the service advisor and checkout clerk, costing me even more time. They would not run my Jeep through the wash due to "missing or broken bodypanels", however there is no rust, dents, missing or broken panels or anything wrong with my Jeep. Nothing that would prevent it from going through a wash. Seems to me like they are just being lazy. I figured I would bring my vehicle, which I rely on for day to day business, to a professional car dealer as they are typically more "professional" than a corner quick-lube. This wasn't the case today. They advertize as being professional. Luther Brookdale did not deliver on that promise today.

I've always had good service at this location both for vehicle purchases and maintenance / repairs. I'm a repeat customer. However, this time I think it falls just a little short of what I'm used to receiving from them. For a long road trip, I wanted everything looked at to be sure we had no hidden issues on my 2008 Aspen. I think everything was looked at ?? I asked for tire rotation (done), brakes checked and adjusted(? - hearing squeeking when not pressing on the breaks), oil change (done), relay ticking in rear of vehicle (they also heard it but the right person didn't have time to look at it), bought rear mud flaps to be installed (parts forgot to tell service to put them on). I just feel that they were looking to push my vehicle thru. I made an appointment in advance, dropped my car off the afternoon before and left it with them all day, the day of the appointment. No phone call to tell me when it was completed. I had to call them to see if it was ready to pick up before they closed. With only 3 days left before we depart, I don't have time to take it in again. I'm just a little disappointed. I will probably go back, primarily because I don't care for anything about the other Chrysler dealer in the area, but I certainly hope my next visit isn't my last.

They really worked to get me approved and gave me some great tips on what to do with my loan to get my credit up. I would recommend this store to any and EVERYONE!!! i scheduled an oil change on line and in comments indicated there was a recall on my 2015 Chrysler 200. I also mentioned it when I dropped off my car. I was told no problem. Went to the movies and came back to pick up car. Oil changed but recall not done. No apology and new person "helping" me was inattentive and kept talking to other staff about other customers. Now I get to spend part of a Saturday morning back at the dealer for about 2 hours for something they dailed to take care of. At least I love the car.

With todays technology that is put into New Auto's are amazing and life saving. While scrolling through my ram 1500 message center. I had discovered a message that my back brake light was out. I went into Luther Brookdale Chrysler in Brooklyn Park to make a appointment to have that fix. The service sales rep says just drive right on in we can fix this in 20 minutes. They replaced the bulb and I was in and out that very day. Great service! That saved me from a possibly ticket or getting stop by Mr. Policeman.

The Luther Service department exceeded my expectations this week! I dropped my car off early in the day for a safety recall because my work schedule changed so the later appointment time I had wasn't convenient. The dealership offered to fix my car on the spot so that I wouldn't have to come back later in the day to pick it up. That was a time savings of more than an hour for me. Bought my jeep from here a couple of months ago. Had a great experience purchasing the vehicle but the first time I went in today for an oil change wasn't to empressed. Made an appointment for an oil change and was still and hour and a half before I got out of there. Parts desk employees were more than helpful looking up things for me us for accessories for the vehicle, but service wasn't that great. They assured me that it would be about 45 mins max. Then as I asked to find out how much longer the only person that really helped I believe was there porter. Grea kid and even was the only one to acknowledge after we got are paperwork and the child loaded in the car to let us out. Hopefully further experiences will be better then this.

I bought my jeep used from Luther Brookdale Chrysler Jeep Dodge 3 years ago. Have oil changes, regular repairs done there and am always happy with the service. For this trip,battery was going, very hard starting all week with the super cold. This morning she was dead as a doornail. Charged it up, brought it in and they had to charge it again to even get it to the stall to put the new one. Had me out of there with a new battery, in 1/2 hour with no appointment. Everyone is always so nice and helpful, Eric B is super friendly, we talked about what I needed, then about football before and after the service was handled, feel like they really care and want to help. I usually dread these kind of appts, but not at this center!!!

Luther Brookdale Dodge was a great, informative, no-pressure dealership to work with. They provided answers to all my questions and was able to locate the Ram Laramie 1500 with the options I was looking for. Staff was pleasant, courteous and the accessories department was quick to get the accessories installed, bed liner sprayed in and delivered on schedule. During the closing process I was pleased with the finance guy's no-pressure presentation of the different options such as extended warranty's, paint protection, etc. Previous encounters with other dealerships proved to be VERY aggravating and high pressure...which is irritating. I highly recommend this dealership as they worked hard to find all possible discounts including a corporate vehicle graphics rebate (never heard of such a thing elsewhere)! Saved thousands of dollars and I'm quite happy to refer others to this dealership!!

The oil change was routine as usual. However, I had warnings twice that left rear tire was needing air so asked if they would check it as we are getting ready for a road trip. The service personnel informed me that there was a reason for the air leak....a nail in the tire. So they repaired the leak and completed the customary wheel rotation based on mileage. I purchased a truck last week from Brookdale Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM. What I appreciated most was that my salesperson, Heath, did not push, steer, or manipulate me in any way. He listened to what I needed and wanted, then showed me the vehicles that might fit those needs. During the test drives he remained low key, letting me experience the vehicle for myself. My son and I talked freely, with Heath providing input when asked or when a response was helpful. The business manager, Benji, immediately put me at ease. Our laughing and joking made what could have been a tense process comfortable. The facility was spotlessly clean. Everyone friendly. An enjoyable process and a great truck!

I had a recall on my jeep and was told it would take at least 2 hours. i got there at 7:15 AM and they were finished by 8 AM. i was blown away !!!! I could never find anything bad to say about their service dept. Excellent customer service, i will continue to take my truck there until the truck dies or i do, which ever comes first ( i hope its the truck)

Had a block heater installed on my new dodge ram 1500 big horn truck bought in end of may 2014. I have had a tonneau cover put on by their great service mechanics. Before you leave they explain what was done where it's located and how it works, like the items installed above. Luther Brookdale facilities are clean and professional service is top notch. Question's are always answer. Overall I give them excellent rating and will do buisiness with them again. Luther Brookdale is now part of trusted family when it comes to all my auto maintenance.

The dealership I am talking about is Luther Brookdale Chrysler Jeep Dodge on Bottineau and Brooklyn BLVD. I got off to a rocky start with this dealership when I bought my car. A lot of hiccups in the buying process made a little nervous about going there for service. I have been for both my oil changes and some tire issues since then and its worth noting that the techs here more than made up for any initial bad taste. They have always taken the time to look the car over, talk to me about options, and suggest different ways I can best take care of my car. Example of this was today when I asked about how to prevent my windows from fogging a tech took a minute to explain what he does, and then grabbed another tech to give me a second option. They were really busy to boot. Leave it to the guys elbow deep in grease to be rockstars.

While I consider myself a fairly independent woman, I knew nothing of our vehicle care. It was always Dale's responsibility, and upon his passing, I found myself pretty much uninformed. I spent 2 months researching the purchase of a new vehicle. Chevrolet Malibu, Ford Fusion, Honda Accord, Toyota Camry Chrysler 200S. Visited all dealers, more than once. The 200 offered me the most value, styling and options for the money. Longevity is to be determined but I believed Chrysler put to much money in this product to risk not matching the others performance. After choosing the 200 I visited 3 dealers. Found all on line looking for how they advertised. (Up front pricing and inventory and location within 50 miles of my home. Brookdale's inventory surpassed that of the other dealers. They had a close match to what I was looking for in a 200S. After much research, I decided what I would spend on that particular vehicle and options before visiting Brookdale. The sales person was very open & honest and we ended up within a few hundred bucks of my offer. Great people to work with.

I went in today for an oil change and tire rotation; pretty routine stuff but things went about 30 minutes longer than they said it would. I'm as busy as the next guy but 30 minutes in the middle of the day wasn't a total deal breaker for me. That said, when they came to tell me it was done they apologized, reduced what I was paying, and acknowledged that time is money. Granted this is how customer service SHOULD be but in my experience it's frequently not like this at all. In addition, when I purchased my Jeep from them they were very fair to work with and even reached out to me to close the deal. I'd recommend these guys to my friends if they were in the market for the appropriate brands of vehicles.

I brought my car in for service and it was under warranty. I brought it in on Monday, 8/4/14. Becasue I had the premium service contract, I was given a loaner for free. When I hadn't heard from anyone on Tuesday, 8/5/14 by 4:00 PM, I called to see what was wrong with the car. John told me that it was so busy and at that point the car had not been brought in for diagnosis yet. On Wednesday, when I did not hear anything agan by 4:00PM, I called and John was not in so that transferred me to Scott. He said that there was a bad alternator and the car would be ready tomorrow which was Thursday. I called on Thursday at 3:00PM and after holding on the line and the called circling around I got put into voicemail. I hung up called back again. I was told by Lila that all service representatives were busy and she would have someone call me back. I told her that I had to speak to someone. I was told they would send Scott and email to call me. By 7:00 PM that night I still had not heard back. No call and no email. Friday morning I called back and asked for either Scott or John. They sent me to Barbara who said she worked with Scott and John. She told me she would check into it and call me back. I said I had been told three time I would get a call back and didn't. She promised to call me back. She did and said that an alternator was ordered for my car . And I would get a call back when it was ready. Scott had told me my tires were bad and I told him to give me a quote for 90K Michelins, He said he would. When I asked if they had written the quote for the tires, I was told no. I asked them to please quote the tires. I always bragged to freinds and family about the great customer serivce there. I even talked my grandson into buying a car there. He bought a Dodge Dart. I have had all my maintainence done there. After this experience, I don't know that I even want to come back. I have never seen such poor customer service!!

Customer service was good, although I didn't get a call that my van was done, I had called them. The radio was fixed but after keeping the van over night they still couldn't tell me what had caused the battery, Brand New, the second time to go completely dead, twice in 2 weeks. Everything worked for them so I drive til it happens again. Service was very good though. I am very happy that they didn't charge me for any of the work, was quoted 130 for diagnostic and 100 deductible and they told me it was free of charge. I have had other work done and have been happy with everything so far. Thank you Luther Chrysler.

I've had many opportunities to get our vehicle serviced at Brookdale Jeep and have always been impressed with the outstanding staff in the service department. They will take the time to answer all questions, no matter how tedious the questions are and no matter how busy they are. The service writers also are great about staying in contact with you about when your car will be ready, etc. One thing this dealership could use is a more efficient way to schedule by telephone. In fact, the phone thing they have is just awful. Never the less, the service department is terrific.

Jeep sent out letters a few years ago telling Liberty owners that the mechanism that raises and lowers the window may rust out and the window will drop down in the door. That has happened 3 separate times to my vehicle. This last time the coverage period had run out by a few weeks and I was informed that I would be charged for the repair. Brookdale Jeep managed to get the repair done at no charge even though the warranty period expired. I appreciate very much that they did this. I am somewhat disappointed in Chrysler however as it is not at all convenient to have your window regulator fail and the window drop down in the door. 3 times. Aside from rain and snow concerns it also leaves the vehicle with no security until repairs can be made. I think after the second one failed they should have replaced them all.

It turned out that the right rear tire had a nail in it. The tire puncture was repaired and paid for. The tire pressure light no longer was on. I did not previously know that the tire pressure light also responded to tire punctures. Because of this feature, the matter was resolved before it resulted in our being stranded somewhere.

I contacted Brookdale Dodge several times by phone and in person to schedule three recall notice repairs. Parts were never ordered, parts were given to other customers, service appointments were lost and staff could not answer basic questions. After two years of frustration (two years!), I went to the dealer in person one last time. The service manager initially appeared concerned and took my information and made many notes. He promised to call me the next day, whether they could resolve the issue quickly or not. My information was never entered in to the computer and a service visit was not scheduled. The service manager walked over to my car and criticized certain aspects of my car. He could not answer my questions about the recalls (safety issue?) or other service related questions. He did not call me back as promised. No contact from the dealer at all. I scheduled a service visit in Coon Rapids. They completed all three recalls in one morning and could answer to all of the questions. After years of owning a Dodge, I have to say I purchased my last one. Very little has changed with the service departments. If anything, things have gotten worse. I would have expected better when the Brookdale Dodge dealership moved to a new facility. I was wrong. A big red flag should have been the fact that the service manager position has changed over several times in the past couple of years. Now they send me a survey for service that was never completed. Some things never change.

Was quoted $29.95 for an oil change, and I waited while it was being done. When it was done the representative approached me saying there was a discrepancy and it would be $83.00 because they had to use a more expensive oil. No other work was done to the vehicle other than the oil change. I had to get the Sales Manager involved after getting no where with the representative. In the end the price was reduced to $43.00, which was still ridiculous since I was quoted $29.95. I purchased two new vehicles from this dealership, in 2011 and 2013. Being a loyal customer, they should have honored their price quoted, or at least came and found me to tell me the price would be higher to give me the option of going elsewhere. I did email the General Manager on 5/21/14 explaining what happend, I never even got a response back.

I called ahead of time to talk to someone about if I could even be able to get a loan for a car with my credit score. I talked to Ben. He was great. He looked up all the information that was needed and while we waited to see what banks would approve me he even showed me how to dispute things that I wanted off my credit report. I found a car that I loved and was out driving a new car in just a few hours. I decided after I left that I wanted to junk my old car. I called and they paid me more then what any junker offered. I will continue to go back to Luther because of Ben and his team. I have never been more impressed with a dealer.

The shop is always friendly, however I don't appreciate being changed $130's to tell me my navigation system on my jeep needs to be replaced when I already new it needed to be replaced. It could have been $60 - $130 the guy said...of course it was the later. I just wanted them to look at it, to see if they could fix it, and apparently that took them an hour to tell me they couldn't fix it and that it needed to be replaced. That makes no sense to me. I've been servicing my car there for 6 years, and it would be to have a shop recognize customer loyalty and give a guy a break. I'm tired of being jerked around. I won't be back.

I brought my Dodge Grand Caravan to the dealer for a standard oil change. Everything went well as usual and all fluids were topped off. No leaks were reported. 5 days (82 miles) later I took the van back to the dealer with a HORRIBLE whining and grinding sound coming from under the hood. They found that the power steering return line was leaking and the low fluid level caused all of the horrible sounds. My standard bumper to bumper warranty had expired 2 months and 11 days before this problem occurred (33,000 miles on the van). I had never heard of this kind of a leak before on such a new vehicle. It cost me $100.00 for the repair. I have thoughts that someone tweaked on the hose (during the oil change) which started to leak, and 5 days later the fluid level was low enough to cause the problem. I will be more cautious in the future as to who works on my $30,000 vehicle. Sudden suspicious leaks such as this one causes me to question the integrity of the mechanics. Sorry for the bad news, but you the consumer needs to be warned.

I have been at the service department twice this week for two different vehicles. The first time was warranty work and the service and repairs were done in less time than anticipated. The second time was on an older vehicle that needs major work. Everyone form the service writer, to the people that meet with you when you come in, to the mechanics were friendly and helpful.

I schedule a 7:15am oil change and diagnosis for a dash light...after 1.5 hours I asked and they said it was done. I said what about the break light, anything wrong with the car? Oh, you need new breaks. I have been sitting for 2 hours now with a 2 yr old and a 4 yr old and missed a meeting at work with nobody telling what's wrong or asking if they can fix it. Due to an accident that was no fault of mine I was having to buy a new vehicle I was not happy about it and was dreading having car payments again and then after visiting 6 different dealerships I was getting really down about what I was seeing but then I came to Luther Brookdale Chrysler Jeep Dodge and it was the best experience I have had at a car lot in a long time. I went on the day of the snow and ice storm and was surprised to find everyone including managers out in the lot busy cleaning the cars off and clearing the lot. It did not take long though for the salesman to come in and help me. I told him what I wanted, what I had to spend and he found the perfect car for me the first try. I loved it before I even test drove it but after I knew that car was going home with me. Next was off to the loan person whom also had been out shoveling snow but was quick to come in and start the loan process. I had told him what I had as a down payment and were I would like to keep my payments each month and he made it happen. I Love my new Vehicle...

I am very happy with my service I had today. I went in without an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. The service associate was helpful with all my questions. It took around an .45 minutes like he stated to complete the oil change and they surprised me by doing a complimentary car wash. It was great service. I will continue going back for my oil change. I came to this dealership and found the car I liked, due to time constraints I waited too long and the vehicle was sold. We'll the reason I share this is because my salesperson Tim Conners was concerned and contacted me immediately to inform me of the sale,and stated he would attempt to find a like vehicle for me. I continued looking at other dealerships another Luther actually and found another car that I liked ,the problem was I didn't like the salesperson and the lack of assistance I received. I went back to LBCJ&D looking to do a dealer trade or at least options I had at that time. I informed Tim of my title concern that the other salesperson was not to helpful with ,Tim and myself spoke with Bryan about it and honestly within minutes Bryan Herr had the solution. Amazingly they had gotten in a similar vehicle in ,I was looking for some specific things in my vehicle and this one didn't have it. Bryan made it happen and at a fair price. Bottom line for me was the superior service I received from Tim Conners, Bryan Herr and even Al Maze in finance he assisted me with getting the best warranty I could get . The gentleman named Sam who gave me a tour and assisted me in accessories for my vehicle. Wonderful experience ... It's priceless. Although I haven't had to service my vehicle yet I am looking forward to more of the same. Thanks to all !!:)

I had radiator fluid that was pouring out of my vehicle. I called a few dealerships and they were out about a week because of the very cold weather. I called Luther Brookdale Dodge and they said they were busy but they would call me back to see if they could get me in. They called back in about an hour and said they could get me in the next day. I had my vehicle towed over there and it was finished by noon the next day. The repair was covered under the lifetime power train warranty. The service could not possibly have been any better.

We love Jeeps and bought our second and third Jeeps through this dealership. They have been good running vehicles and required very little service (mostly the normal service for oil changes, brakes, etc.). Recently, the control module had to be replaced on our Jeep Commander. It happened during the holiday season, bad weather and a shortage of this part nationwide. What would have been fixed in a couple of days, stretched out longer than what was expected. It was frustrating for both sides but in the end the dealer accommodated us more than we would have imagined. We will be returning to buy our next Jeep from them because of the good experiences with this dealership. I would recommend them to others and would suggest always buying the extended warranty on your vehicles since it can pay for itself.

I recently took my Chrysler Town & Country to Brookdale Chrysler for service for the first time and had an outstanding experience. Having had poor experiences with scheduling appointments in the past, I called the dealership in advance and confirmed that I could schedule my appointment online as a new customer. The scheduling process was efficient and error free and I received immediate confirmation of the appointment as well as a reminder beforehand. I arrived at the dealership at the scheduled time and was greeted and processed immediately. The staff, including the runner and service adviser, were friendly and seemed knowledgeable as they were able to obtain and enter my information quickly and accurately. I was informed of the services to be performed and the anticipated cost in advance and everything seemed reasonable. I waited in the business center with wired Internet access and was very impressed with the facilities. Everything seemed clean, attractive and well organized. The service was performed very quickly and the adviser notified me immediately upon completion. The cost came in less than I anticipated at the time of scheduling and I was not pressured to purchase any unnecessary services or products. My vehicle was waiting for me in the service area and I left completely satisfied with the service provided. I would highly recommend this dealership for service and will return for future services.

I recently purchased a 2013 Jeep Rubicon from Luther Brookdale Jeep. I live in upstate NY and the dealer is in Minnesota. The internet salesman Jason P was an amazing person to work with, and followed through on ALL of his promises. As Jason promised the vehicle was completely detailed, and delivered within 9 days of my initial call about the Jeep. The first time I saw the car was when it was delivered to me. It was delivered exactly as the vehicle was described online. The only issue I had was the soft top was missing a few screws used to install it. One call to Jason and it was taken care of. The buying process was great and it was a pleasure working with (Jason, Ashley and Mike) at Brookdale Jeep!

I really don't know where to start! So you are clear on my interaction with Car dealers service departments, I have a fleet of 15 dodge trucks and know what good service is or should be. Specifically Mr. Dave Carson at Brookdale Chrysler Jeep Dodge is probably the nicest professional service providers I have every came in contact with in all my years of having my vehicles serviced. He addressed all of my service concerns and was very helpful on recommendations that I already knew however, it was nice to know he was shooting straight with me. Dave kept me updated as to everything that was taking place with my vehicle, the vehicle was returned to me as promised etc etc. I couldn't have been more pleased to have him as my service advisor. Going forward, if any of my trucks need servicing our folks will see Mr. Dave Carlson.

I have owned many cars in my lifetime and the 2013 Ram pickup I purchased is my 34th. Out of all the experience dealing with just about every other dealer in the Twin Cities area, I can honestly say that this was probably my easiest. The dealership gave me more for my trade than anyone else and I really feel I got a good deal on the truck. There was very little "back and forth" regarding price and the Finance Manager was able to get me a decent interest rate on my purchase. Not only that, I was in and out in about 15 minutes flat when I took delivery of the new vehicle. I have never had a closing so fast. The vehicle was not up to my tough standards of perfection when I took delivery, but the salesman agreed to have the vehicle re-detailed when I return to have an aftermarket product installed.

After getting the run around at another dealer, my wife and I called the dealership and began dealing with a salesman named Benji. We told him about our issues and he said to let him see what he can do. We live about 40 minutes away and have a newborn and we told him that we didn't want to come out if we couldn't get something done that made sense. He said no problem. Over the next few hours we put a deal together over the phone. Once we went out there all the paperwork was already done. We were in and out in an hour. Very easy experience from a dealer that didn't play any games with us. I highly recommend both the dealer and the salesman Benji.

I just purchased a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan from Luther Brookdale auto dealership. I couldn't be more thrilled with my buying experience. I found my van on-line, contacted the dealership, applied for credit on-line, and they called me to tell me that I was approved for financing. Once I got to the dealership, they had the van cleaned up, new tires put on, and it was all ready to go for a test drive. There was absolutely NO pressure to purchase this vehicle, but I knew it was the "right" one and bought it. My finance guy - Ben Sobraske was awesome!! He made the buying experience not only pleasant, but we had "fun" laughing and talking about other things beside finances. I called the dealership to have my Jeep towed from my house and then have the starter fixed. Everyone from the people on the phone, to the tow truck company the dealership used, and the service I got once I arrived was excellent. Actually above average from my past experiences with other dealerships. There was only a 1-day turnaround and my Jeep was done by the end of the day the day after I called. I received a rental (for a fee) while it was getting fixed. The whole process was so smooth I barely felt an inconvenience of my car being broken. I highly recommended this dealership for any service you may have!

I brought my older Chrysler Town and Country to the dealership because the air conditioning wasn't working. They checked everything and made recommendations but didn't high pressure me. I had to wait and it did take awhile - over 3 hours - but I was able to escape the TV and the music in their business area. The AC is nice and cold now and ready for 90 degree weather coming up.

They found corroded parts on my brakes, which seemed odd. Although Chrysler wouldn't cover anything, the manager gave us a $200 discount on the work, since they couldn't explain how it would happen. Too bad Chrysler wasn't as great as Luther was! They had my car fixed in less than 2 hours.

Everything was great. I spoke to Ryan, one of the sales people earlier in the day. When I got to the dealership that evening, he had the Jeep I was interested in ready to go so I could test drive it. It's a base model and not once did he try to persuade me to buy anything other than what I said I wanted.He understood that I didn't want all the bells and whistles. We had a tour with Sammy and felt right at home. When it came to the financing and trade-in, everything went smoothly and all was explained (but not over explained which was nice!). And my kids were happy hanging out in the "kids room" with their popcorn. Really, it was a nice experience and it buying a vehicle should always be this easy.

I received a recall notice and took my Jeep in for the repairs. I had an appointment, dropping the car off at 10:00am. I was told the recall took about 1.5 hours. I asked for a call when it was complete. At 2:30 I called, having heard nothing. They informed me that Chrysler had never issued the required parts, even though the recall was nearly 6 months old. They also said they "meant to call me but forgot"!!! Why would Chrysler issue a recall that couldn't be dealt with? Why was I told it would take 1.5 hours when, if they never have done the service before, they had no idea how long it would take? Why wasn't I called immediately when the "no parts" was determined?

I think it is just great that I can drive in when my schedule allows, and get first class service. There is always personnel ready to help you or asking if you need anything. I pull in, they look me up, they get me done, and I am on the road again in about 30 minutes. Excellent!

The entire staff is helpful and friendly. We call it Minnesota nice! I have waited at the Dealer twice for the service. Both times, my car was ready to roll in less than 45 minutes. It's a bit of a drive (42 miles) for me to the Dealership. But, worth the extra drive time.

I just recently purchased a 2012 Jeep Patriot and Ben Zabrowski assisted us during the entire process. Ben is the BEST! Very friendly, knowledgeable and actually went out of his way to help me and my husband during the process. He actually had left the dealership for the day (it was during the recent snow storm we had), and came back in. Buying a new car is not my idea if a good time. Actually I usually dread it. But not this time. From the minute we walked in the door, we felt welcomed. The salesman, Chris Brown was very helpful and at no time tried to pressure us. We did not feel rushed in making our decision. We were trading in our car for a new one and Chris made sure we were comfortable with the offer they were giving us on our trade before we went on to do the rest of the deal. I would definitely buy here again-- but, hopefully not for a long time since we just bought a brand new car :-)

I've recently had a couple of bad sales experiences with car dealerships and did not end up purchasing a vehicle because of their sales games. I found a vehicle that had just been traded in and contacted Luther for pictures. My salesman, Chris Brown was great with communication and getting me the information I requested. I knew that Luther usually has "no haggle" prices and the advertised price was fair. I drove quite a ways to test drive the vehicle. Chris had another customer he was finishing up with and that caused a bit of delay for us finishing up the paperwork, but that wasn't any fault of his and he made arrangements that would allow us to complete our business. After I purchased the vehicle, I took it for inspection and my mechanice recommended the transmission should be flushed. Chris took care of this without hesitation. There were also some scratches on the bumper they agreed to fix for a fixed price if I was not happy with touch up paint. I did end up getting it painted and they did a great job. I also purchased a tail light and asked they put it on for me. I expected to be charged because I didn't catch the original had a crack in it..but they didn't charge me and corrected an issue with the install. They have went out of their way with their sales/service and have been accommodating and sensitive that I live a ways away...so much as to provide me with a free rental while they painted my bumper. I have recommended them to friends already and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thanks Chris for your great service!

My current vehicle was bought about 4 years ago at Luther. About 90% or more of my service work has been done at Luther with no issues after 4 years. I do not think/feel that any trust has been broken with "questionable repairs" and have been very happy. I normally don't take the time to write reviews, but this dealer is one of the best for maintaining my vehicle.

I went to the Luther Brookdale Chrysler Jeep Dodge lot with my parents. I am 22 buying my own first car. We had drove around all the lots in the area and this was the first one that a salesperson actually approached us and assisted us in looking. I brought a 2010 Camry from Osman. Osman was very helpful and helped me make a good choice about buying a reliable vehicle. The financing and everything was so smooth and quick. I didn't expect to be driving home in my very own car but I did. Very happy with the customer service and my car.

My husband and I have had the same vehicle for 9 1/2 years. We owned a 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport. That van was wonderful, we got it at Hopkins Town and Country in 2003. We knew that we needed a newer vehicle, because our Dodge is 13yrs old and was going to start costing us a lot on needed repairs. I have a relative that buys vehicles from one of your sales guys whenever they are in need of a new vehicle and refered myself and I believe another family memeber had boughten from you guys as well. I came in contact with Ben, who handled the financing and then I came in contact with Mike who did a run down on the Uplander that we were inquiring on and he was impressed with the Carfax on it and told us we were getting a great buy. Within a couple hours, everything was approved and by the next day, we signed everything and drove off with an awesome vehicle. We couldn't be happier with how smooth everything went. We WILL be back!

I've purchased quite a few brand-new "premium" German & British vehicles and fancy showrooms with polite staff & technicians are a promise, whether or not they actually fulfill it. Luther Brookdale is much more down to earth but delivers the same kind of experience without having to pay extra for it. Very clean facilities, good size waiting area (with the same free popcorn and individual serve coffee as local BMW dealerships I'll add). Most of all though, the staff were extremely polite and knowledgeable! And considering this was a Friday afternoon when most people have "checked out" thinking about the weekend, they were all business and had great attitudes. I had a very pleasant experience and they've definitely earned my business back even for routine service like oil changes that could be done anywhere!

I was having a minor (but irritating) problem with my 2011 Grand Caravan transmission. I needed an oil change and rotation so I waited until we could deal with all of them. After a smooth check-in I retired to the waiting room. Soon the service man came in a said everything will be taken care of because there was a recent recall notice that addressed the very issue I had been having with the transmission. All adjustments were completed within the hour and I was on my way. Very happy owner indeed.

Was very surprised when I went in to get my oil changed that no one walked up tot he car. I waited 2 minutes and no one came over, i walked up tot he desk and stood there and everyone was busy and didn't notice me. Finally I looked a guy and he looked away. I walked up to the first desk and stood there about 1 minute then the guy said to me I'll be right with you. He turned and picked up a print out and another customer walked up and questioned him about he car and he ignored me. . I backed up stood there looking at the other service guys and one finally said hello. I said " Could I be helped?" He said he would get someone. Another customer drove in, walked up and got help while I was standing there. No one seemed to notice that I was waiting with no help. Waited 1 more minute then another tech finally said he could help me and he did. This is not normal service for this dealer. I go there all the time & bought my car there,. I hope this isn't what's going to happen going forward as I'll have to find a different dealer.

Had appointment on 1/31 at 7am to repair a leaking rear axle bearing seal.. I got in the service bay at 7am. Service advisor was very helpful and cordial. At about 8am service advisor informed me that they were working on it and the technician would clean up the wheel as best he could (oil had leaked on the outside and inside of the wheel including the brake drum). At about 10am advisor informed me work was completed, I paid and left the service bay. Normally this dealer will wash the vehicle as part of the service, but today it was very cold and was not practical to wash the truck, whioch was fine with me. Advisor offered me a wash at a later date, I declined. When I got home I looked at the wheel and it was streaked with oil on both sides. Either the bearing seal was still leaking or the technician was too darn lazy to wipe it off. I wiped the wheel off and now I need to monitor it to see if I have a leak or not. I hope I don't need to take it back. I like things done right the first time. I've had similiar experience at this sister Buick dealership, poor quality repair.

Our 2005 Grand Caravan was leaking a lot of antifreeze, so we essentially had no heat. Our Service Advisor was Steven Mackey. He broke the news to us that our radiator was leaking badly and had to be replaced. I OKed the work and it was done immediately. I also had an oil change done since the van was in the shop. Steven kept me apprised of the progress. The job was completed in three hours and the van washed. I am very satisfied and will return in the future.

This is an UPDATED REVIEW: I am actually surprised I have to rate this dealer so low as it has had overall good reviews, but my experience with them has been way below average from what I expect of a dealer. So here's the Pros and Cons based on my experience.Pros: Nice location and facilities. I asked them to perform some work on the truck I was looking to buy and without hesitation, they said they would fix everything if I were to buy it. During the repairs, they paid for the rental vehicle.Cons: The sales person I dealt with knew nothing about the truck (2010 Dodge Ram) and I never got a straight answer from her. - When appraising the my trade-in, I got low-balled because another dealer (who was also the appraiser) thought he had sold the truck to someone else. - When I finally bought the truck, they gave it to me with literally no gas. I had to go talk to them and they ended up giving me $20 worth of gas. And on the same subject, this dealer offers no incentives to the customer such as free oil changes, free car washes, etc like many others do. - When I brought my truck in to have the repairs made, they not only forgot about it for a whole week, but they said they would call me back in a hour with a status update of when it would be ready and I didn't hear back from them again. So now I am just hoping they didn't sell my truck to someone else...On a similar topic, all these dealers that say you can't haggle their price is a load of crap. Cars in general are a rip-off and these dealers are making more money on them than they let us believe, especially on used car. I understand why they do it, but all it does is creates a lazy sales and finance department at very little benefit to the customer. Hassle free? That's garbage.

I just had a 8000 mile oil change and tire rotation at Brookdale Chrysler on my 300C. It was fast and I was delighted with the cost savings. Based on my experience at other dealers, I expected a long wait. They were done with the car washed in less than 30 minutes. Also, Ben in their Service Deptmartment made sure I understood the service that was to be done on the car. It was worth the extra distance I needed to drive to the dealership.

I overall had a very good experience with Luther Brookdale Chrysler Jeep Dodge, but saying that, I also did A LOT of research on the truck I was looking to purchase. The only reason I say it that way is because although I had excellent customer service and the sales person was very easy to talk to, I felt I knew more about the vehicle than the sales person I dealt with. I could never just get a straight forward answer. The only other "con" I could really come up with is I feel other dealerships offer more incentives to the customer when buying a car (I.E. free oil changes, free car washes, etc.). Once I bought my truck, I had to go talk to the sales person because they gave it to me on an empty tank. Otherwise, I thought they did an excellent job. As I said, they were easy to talk to and when I did find an issue, they were quick to help resolve the problem. For example, I found a couple of deficiencies with the truck that I did not approve of if I were to buy the vehicle. Without hesitation, they said they would fix the issues in their shop. I will be bringing it back to get those issues resolved free of charge.Very happy with my purchase!

Great experience with quick lube. Had also requested tire rotation. Service tech recommended not rotating at this time due to more thread on front tires than back and winter driving season for several months. I appreciated that concern.

I don't think they should call it express! To me express means "fast", and I don't think 1 hour and 15 minutes for just an oil change is fast. This was the 1st oil change at the dealership, so I won't form a permanent judgement, but if it takes that long again, my oil change business goes elsewhere!

My wife and i had been to this dealership before and wernt very impressed by the quality of service given to us and left somewhat offended both times. Finally the third time we were there we gave a different sales associate a try and he was amazing. Our associate was Bob Lachman and he didnt stress or push us into any specific vehicle and he let us decide for our selves. He made buying a car a wonderful experience and treated us like people and not like a paycheck. I recomend if u buy a vehicle from this dealership you ask for Bob Lachman to be ur sales associate.. the only thing i advise is to make sure the finance person understands completely what u want and does not throw in anything extra. But thats all car dealerships... def buy from bob lachman u will enjoy it

I went in at approx 3:45pm on a weekday for an oil change and tire rotate which I expected to take at least an hour, but was pleasantly surprised that within 25 minutes of arriving they were already calling my name. After checking the tread wear on all my tires, they said there would be no benefit in rotating my tires so they only performed an oil change. Considering I had prepaid for the rotate, they could have easily been dishonest and just done it anyways. I was very impressed and appreciative of their honesty and hope my future experiences will be just as positive.

I just brought my new Chrysler 200 in for its first oil change and tire rotation. All I called the night before and they were able to schedule me in first thing in the morning to accommodate my work schedule. Upon arrival, I pulled into the service bay and was greeted by a friendly bunch of service techs. They used what I assumed are iPads to walk around the vehicle and make notes on the work to be done. I signed off on the work on the iPad. After that, they should me where the waiting area was and told me they would come get me when the car was finished. Inside, I went to the parts department to pick-up my winter floor mats that I had ordered over the phone earlier in the week. They kindly held them until I was ready to leave. The waiting area is very comfortable with regular/decaf coffee and popcorn for free. For 50you can get flavored coffee. They have television, various magazines, newspapers, business center, and a children play area. When my car was finished, I paid the cashier, got my mats and walked back to where I left my car. All I had to do was get in and drive away. My favorite part of this entire experience: I called the night before to get pricing information. I found on the website that they recommended replacing the wipers. The tech I spoke with told me not to do so, but to wipe them with a cloth soaked in vinegar. He has done so with his wipers and has had the same pair for a year and a half - still like new! What a great place! Luther Brookdale Chrysler Jeep Dodge really does take all of the stress out of taking care of one of your biggest investments. The people are very friendly and the place is always clean and tidy. I am so glad I bought my car here, and I will continue to use them as long as I can.

The brakes were grabbing before I brought the car in. A Caliper was replaced. Brakes still grab or perhaps the transmission is malfunctioning because the sudden deceleration still occurs. I wonder- after replacing the caliper, did anyone test drive my car to make sure the problem was corrected? Based on my drive home from the dealership I am thinking not.

Jack Poppler and Gary Pearson provided excellent service. Call-backs were prompt and documentation provided immediately. They answered all my questions and assuaged my concerns! This was no easy feat because it had been a very long time since my last new car purchase (13 years!) and I required a lot of information for decision-making. They patiently provided all the info I needed and were never patronizing or condescending (this is very important to us female shoppers). I didn get to meet Scott Hanson but he was also exceptionally helpful over the phone. They helped me find the vehicle that is perfect for me at a price I can afford. PLUS! The insurance industry really loves Jeep Grand Cherokees. My insurance rate actually decreased with this purchase.

I was very disappointed in my visit today. I came in at 9:41 for an oil change and a headlight. At 11:00 my name was called and I was given the results of the Express Lane Vehicle Checkup. The most serious repair needed was to replace lower control arm bushings. I declined all additional service at that time. The advisor then went back to finish the paper work. At 11:20 I paid the bill and went to my car. As I got in my vehicle after my hour and a half oil change I was approached to see if they could run it through the wash. Don't they normally do that before you pay? When I got home I reviewed all the recommended repairs. They totalled over $900.00 but there was no estimate for the bushings. I called the dealership twice trying to get an estimate and finally left a message and my phone number (around lunch time). I never got a call back. This time everything was fine but my last oil change I wss very disappointed. The oil filter was not properly tightened so oil leaked onto my garage floor. Fortunately there was no damage to the engine as far as I know. Then when I came in to have the leaked checked they failed to properly secure the hood which I noticed was bouncing so I had to stop & properly latch it.

I went there looking for a used vehicle and was on the lot about 10 minutes searching. Found the perfect vehicle. Mark was the salesman that helped me out once I found the car. Very friendly and professional. Took the car out for a test drive and fell in love with it. I went home that night and made a decision about it. I called Mark back later and asked to put a hold on the car. This happened on a Thursday and Friday, the papers were signed. Mark even came in later on Friday, when he was already off work to help finish the process. I had one slight issue when I got home with the battery. I called the dealership and they took care of it at no cost and made it a very easy experience.

We are currently on a long family vacation with our new van. A purchase that my wife was on the fence with. However, as we have used the various components of the van more fully, she has come to appreciate it more and more. The only complaint that I have is the lack of technical details I can get on the vehicle. I have had to guess at much of the functionality, and when I have had issues I have had to research them on my own. Even the users manual was not helpful in resolving the concerns that I have.

I have been taking my vehicles to Brookdale for over 10 years, first with a vehicle I did not buy from them, and now with one I did. I have been very happy about their service team, the professionalism of the team, and the overall support they provide. The service is prompt, I usually wait for my vehicle to be completed, and I can't think of a time that the vehicle was not completed within the time estimate. The addition of the no reservation, express oil change is a very nice feature for customers. And when I have had to leave my van for a day or 2 for repair work, they are able to help with a loaner car. Overall I am very happy with the service they provide and will continue to take my van to them. Oh and it is great that they have internet service

We stopped in at Luther Brookdale Jeep for an unscheduled oil change. I figured that since it was 11:45 am on a weekday, that it would be a quick trip. We had been there for 45 minutes, when my husband inquired about how much time was left. It was at that time we found out our Jeep had not even been taken back to the service bays. In total we ended up being there for 1.5 hours. If I had not pre-purchased oil changes, I would have gone somewhere else.

I had my oil changed here and have had service on my 2006 Durango done here since I purchased it in 2006. The car has had some problems but the service people here have been great about problem solving and service.

I have come acrossed few sales people, who always thinks they know what best for you without asking your opinion eventhough they are not the ones putting the cash down. with Paul, I walked in there he listen to what I wanted and gived me few options. long story short, I drove away that ady with the vehicle of my choice.

I made an appointment via email. When I arrived at the dealership, they set me up with Mark Cheney. Mark was a delight to work with. Not pushy by any means, but he had the answers to all of my questions. Tim, the finance guy was perfect. He went through everything in detail and was patient. At a certain point, Mark had some more clients show-up, so the New Car Sales Manager, Gary Pearson, took the time to sit with us and answer any additional questions about the car while we waited on detail. We finally left after 9:30 in the evening, but nobody complained even once about how late it was. I will absolutely return to purchase my next vehicle!

I brought my 2011 dodge charger in for an oil change and have it looked over because I was at 35000 miles. I met Craig the service professional and he was amazing. He did a walk around my car and even lifted the hood and showed me different things that I did not know about. Not only did my car not need anything they brought me out into the shop and showed me under the car so I could see. Everything the did was top notch. Thanks guys I'll bode seeing u soon

I arrived at Brookdale Dodge at 11:05am to have my key reproduced and programed. I was quoted a wait time of 30 minutes, but instead waited for almost 2 hours without any explanation, until I asked if something was wrong with my vehicle. This is when an employee told me that there had been a "computer problem and my car was now ready" This behavior was unacceptable and very poor on their part. I will never recommend any family or friends to Brokkdale Jeep and Dodge.

I worked with Jason at Luther Brookdale. He was immensely helpful, and even went so far as to dealer trade for the vehicle I wanted and have it driven up from Iowa. Rarely do I see sales people anymore who are as helpful as he was. I will be recommending him and this dealership to everyone.

Our experience with Brookdale Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was excellent. The sales person, Chris Brown was very professional and helpful in me finding a car that I liked and fit into our budget. Al the finance person was very quick and efficient with getting up approved for the vehicle. I would diffidently recommend my family and friends back to this dealership.

I had shopped and bought at another local dealer 10 days prior to Luther, my 1st vehicle was totaled in a colission, and I went to Luther the second time around as the selection was much better! I honestly have never had better service from a car dealership. From the moment I began searching for a car, I met kind and honest people. It was a long and personal process to purchase our car, and the sales staff were incredible. They made phone calls to credit companies on our behalf right toward the close of the evening, gave us great deals to help "push us over" on our decision to buy, laughed and told stories as we finalized about an hours worth of paperwork, and were very down-to-earth. When I had to take my car into the service department for the first time, Brad was very kind and upbeat. He was friendly, professional, very timely, and thorough, as was everyone at the dealership. I am very picky about good service, especially when it comes to cars. They are a big and important purchase and part of our lives, so I like to be treated well. I am very satisfied with my experiences at Luther Brookdale Chrysler Jeep and Dodge (along with other Luther dealerships).

I always thought a dealer had the highest prices, but when my Grand Caravan (which I bought at this dealer a year earlier, and had a very good experience then too) needed new outer tie rods, they actually had the second lowest price (the lowest price was from a garage that was only open weekdays, no evenings or weekends). I made a saturday morning appointment, intending to get the repair and then go from there to a tire store for new tires. When I got to the dealership, I noticed they had a tire sale going and that they do price matching. They were able to give me the same price as the discount store and get the tires on the same day (even though they were extremely busy and they had to go pick the ones up that I wanted from St. Louis Park). I really appreciated their willingness to go the extra mile on a busy, busy day.
