I have been to a lot of dealerships over the years and usually do not look forward to it. Tried to buy a car at a Buick dealership closest to my residence. The sales consultant was good but the sales manager just would not listen or give me a price. Insisted it is a complicated process and needed me to commit to the purchase. I couldn't believe it. Visited Mike Juneau's . The sales consultant listened to what I was asking for. The sales manager gave me a price. I picked up the car the next day.Buying a car should not be complicated and this was the first place I have been to where it wasn't.Low pressure - they give you a price - no hidden fees at financing. One salesmen made an inappropriate joke. I had an appointment setup with that gentleman and we waited a while and then he didn't even end up speaking with us/helping us at all. The vehicle I was looking at did not impress me, took business elsewhere.

We had an excellent experience at Brookfield Buick GMC. This is the 7th or 8th car we've bought from them. You don't sell that many vehicles to one family if your not doing things right.....from when we walked into the showroom until we drove away in our new Yukon XL Denali...they did it all right. I came in at 8am..it took 1 hr 30 min to do oil change and tire rotation, there was 2 people that got there just before me.. Don't know why so long.. Mentioned price from email, but felt rushed by representative who questioned if I had coupon.. I waited till I got on waiting room to review. When I referenced, I was given the run around to make it seem as if I was confused and wrong.. Just not good customer service... In the end I had to explain multiple times which turned into $2.00 savings.. Which I told up front I didn't want to do because it was 2.00... Very unpleasant, felt uncomfortable with rep, cashier.... I don't think I will be back for service or even to purchase my next car... I should never have that from time I buy throughout my experience with dealership... Very poor... Very dissatisfied Copy

I recently picked up my vehicle from the service dept. On the way out I noticed a vehicle, an Acadia, in the used car area. We got out to look at it and eventually had to go inside to find someone to show it to us, even though a "manager" was sitting in the office. The next day we came back to test drive the vehicle. Our sales person was not around so I asked the same manager if he could find him. He was on a test drive but this manager left us standing there and never checked back with us to see if the sales person came back. Finally I went back to him and he handed the keys to me and said take it for a test drive. We returned from the test drive and spoke with the manager who gave us a price and trade in value and did not seem interested in discussing it any further, so we left. On the way home my wife and I both said "That was an odd experience". It seemed that they had very little interest in selling us a vehicle. P.S Neither the sales person nor the manager gave us a card so I don't even know either of their names. Very Odd.

I had an unfortunate experience at the beginning of November that forced me to look for a car. I had been looking at the Buick Encore for a while, but I had no desire to buy a car. When I had my car towed to Mike Juneau, Martinis contacted me within 24 hours. I had started going there because my mother bought her GMC Terrain from Martinis, and I liked the service I received while getting my oil changed. After Martinis called, I had a few discussions with him about the Buick Encore. While I discussed other cars with him, I knew I would buy an Encore. Because I knew what I wanted, I told Martinis to do what he had to do so I could pick up my car the next day. I came home and pre-qualified for a loan, which prevented a super long purchase process. Martinis had the car cleaned and ready. Before I left, he also showed me how to use some of the accessories on the car, as well as help me sign up for OnStar. Since I bought my car, I have driven around the entire city. All of my friends love my "new to me" car, and I tell everyone I know about the fantastic service I received. I love the convenience of Mike Juneau's Brookfield Buick GMC, and I truly appreciate feeling like this was a partnership. Thank you for your excellent service, Martinis. I will tell everyone I know to buy their cars at Mike Juneau!

Bought a brand new 2015 Buick Lacrosse from Kevin Gilbert at Brookfield Buick GMC. Cannot say enough regarding the professional way the salesman treated us. Not "jazzy" with hey buddy this and hey buddy that, like he was our best friend (which is a HUGE turn-off from our experience at other dealers). We do not live in the Brookfield area and we tried to keep our spending money "local" but couldn't overcome the attitude and pushiness of the "local" dealer and sales person. Kevin Gilbert did his job in such a professional manner that he got the sale! This dealer and sales person were a perfect match for us. Kudos to the dealership and this sales consultant.

After visiting several car dealerships, we found the SUV we were interested in. After our first visit, we were impressed how quickly Martinis called us back the following morning and asked what it would take for us to purchase the vehicle. After working out some details over the phone, we made a deposit on it. It is a very nice dealership to work with. Would highly recommend stopping by and seeing what they have to offer.

I typically don't write reviews, but felt it was important for this dealership to get the recognition they deserve. I worked with Martinis and he was Outstanding. Not only him, but all the people involved in the process were excellent. It was by far the best buying experience that I have ever had. There was no crazy sales tactics used and everything was upfront through the entire process. I worked with Martinez Hughes three and a half years ago and he was wonderful. He has been so nice and helpful ever since that I came back again.. I was going to buy my lease out, but found out that it wasait too much more to get a new lease. Martinez is friendly, honest,loyal and helpful. He always has a smile and a makes me laugh. I came in to purchase a used Ford Escape. Martinis was there to greet me and the process was seamless! No games, which I loved! From the time I test drove the car and then came back later to pick up my vehicle the total time was 2 1/2 hours! YAY! I traded in my minivan and they gave me a decent value.

I had a decent experience buying a used car brand here that they do not typically sell. The Sales Manager was friendly, my salesman was nice albeit knew nothing about the car (again, it was a foreign brand). The car is great. I had financing through my credit union lined up, but they talked me in to doing "the same deal" through them, as they use the same CU that I use. Somehow, however, I could not get the same deal that I had set up with my CU. It was a confusing financing experience when it didn't have to be. In hindsight, I think they were doing what was in THEIR best interest, not mine. After trips and emails back and forth between my CU and the dealership, I gave up and just did a deal through some other random finance company, for the good terms I wanted. Not three months later, I have a letter saying they are selling my loan to someone else, who is going to sell it to someone else after that. Enough was enough. I went to my CU, and mailed the GATEWAY ONE/TCF a payoff check to have my loan where I always wanted it - at my own local CU. Just extra time and effort for me when it could have been easier. I had a good experience in Service there, as something didn't work on my car, and they fixed it no problem when I brought it back a few days later.

I Brought my wife's 2009 Buick Enclave in for a recall issue with the power steering. I also explained about us noticing a leak of some kind of reddish orange fluid. Not only did they fix our huge issue with the power steering, but they also found our leak issue was a result of another recall issue and were able to fix that too. I am grateful for honest repair shops like this. Not interested in ripping off the customers, but instead honestly providing quality repair service. I will not only go back there for repairs, but I will more than likely go there when I decide to buy another vehicle too. Honesty and quality work are two things that should always go hand in hand at a repair shop and I am pleased to know I encountered that at Mike Juneau's Buick shop.

Saw the Certified Pre-owned 2013 Regal GS on line and at a competitive price. Dealer gave me a nice conditional trade value on my car so I drove over from Minnesota for a test drive. They followed through on the quoted trade value and didn't fool around with the deal we had worked out on the phone. Nice to work with people who do what they say. I had an issue with the tire monitoring system. It was an unusual problem and took a few visits to fix properly. The service manager apologized for the inconvenience. In the end, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

had a broken cable (door) and I talked to the body shop manager that had replaced the door after an accident, and explained that I thought that this should not have happened. He said let me look at it and we will see what was wrong. Long story, short version, we decided that I woulf pay for the part and he would pay for the labor. Everybody is happy on this end, again thanks to the guys.

Just wanted to let you know that your Parts Department Manager, Chris Newbauer, gave me wonderful customer service this past Saturday March 2nd. I am from Michigan and was visiting my daughters one who is a current student at Marquette University and the other is an RN at the University of Wisconsin Children's Hospital. My duaghter from Madison finally changed her license plate from Michigan to Wisconsin but unlike Michigan, Wisconsin requires two license plates and we needed the front bracket for her Pontiac G6. Chris was a hero and sold us the bracket and arranged to have it mounted on the front bumper despite the disruption going on caused by the construction at the dealership.
