Thanks to Tom and Amber for the quick reply on my inquires about the vehicle I purchased. Most of the dealing was done over the phone with Tom, and he made the process of buying from a distance much easier than I thought possible. I'm loving my new Avalanche!

Fair deals and honest answers. Trade in process was very easy. The vehicle I purchased had some extras added to it, and was finished very quickly. Was able to pick it up a day early.

Justin was so helpful and knowledgeable! No pressure. Very accomodating to show us cars after hours. Bought our very first brand new Acadia and we love it! This is the 2nd vehicle we have bought from Justin and will come back again next time! Love to do our business locally!

Friendly and knowledgeable sales folk. Quick and efficient. Always want more money on trade in but they were fair. Have been very happy with our new vehicle, no complaints at all. All in all a very positive experience.

Great people, Great Service, Great trucks! Enjoyed working with Callum and the rest of the staff at Brookings Auto Mall. They know how to treat their customers right and make sure you get exactly what you want! Would recommend them to anyone. Will definitely do business with them again.

I've been shopping online for a vehicle for months. I'd been in contact with the Brookings Auto Mall (BAM) a few months ago and didn't end up purchasing then. Sales person Amber continued to keep in contact with me and I appreciated that she wasn't pushy, yet she did let me know BAM would be there when/if I was ready to purchase. I finally found the car I wanted, I contacted BAM and Amber, Greg and the finance person were all willing to do what ever they could to accommodate my schedule to make the purchase. I'm a busy business woman and I didn't want to get the run-around, and I didn't! I definitely recommend the Brooking Auto Mall to anyone looking for a great experience when it comes to purchasing a vehicle!

Greg Roach was a wonderful help when we purchased our Taho! He set up my radio/Bluetooth and taught me all the fancy things my car does! Without his help, I would have been lost. He is always there to answer any questions I have & the Brookings Auto Mall is a wonderful place to have my car serviced. The facility is beautiful now with the remodel done! Thank you Greg!

We really enjoyed working with Mark our salesperson. He was very helpful in our decision as to what we were looking for. The service department took care of us as well for an oil change at a good rate. We will do business again with the Brookings Automall in the future. Keep up the good customer service.

I live about 1500 miles away from this dealership, so when I called them about a car, I was a little skeptical about what would/could happen. Amber, the sales person I worked with, was AMAZING. She was texting me or sending me emails with the answers to any of my questions in a very timely manner. When I decided to buy the car, they took care of all shipping arrangements and even sent it out before they were suppose to so that I would have it early. Totally painless experience. I called on a Friday, they pulled the keys so no one could try to sell it over the weekend while paperwork was being processed and my new car was on a truck headed to me by Tuesday.

I bought a new Chevy PU this last weekend (6-9-12) I have bought from numereous dealers befor and have never had such a good time spending hard earned money. I and my daughter truly had a great experience. All the people that i dealt with were more than happy to helpout with generous concern for me.
