Kudos to Katie in the service department for being awesome! And to the other team members who were so friendly! Very refreshing to see. I was able to get in quickly and they diagnosed the problem within a couple of hours. Katie made the process so easy and stress free. She contacted my car warranty insurance to get the bill paid for. She even offered a phone charger when my phone died and to drive me home since all the loaners were occupied! The car is back to running smoothly and the free car wash was much appreciated. I will definitely be bringing my car back to get serviced there in the future. The prices are so reasonable! Compared the other places I've been like jiffy lube and grease monkey.

A huge thank you to Brotherton Cadillac NW for walking me through my first real car buying experience! Johannes, finance manager, was awesome and explained every document during the signing process. Nick, the GM helped correct a negotiation issue I had with David my salesman and personally came in to meet me during the finance process. Kate, and Larry in the service department were very helpful. I was assisted with running through some of the features of my new(to me) car as well. I’ll definitely be a returning customer and recommend their team to friends and family!

I am very happy with the level of service I received before and after purchasing my Cadillac. Lilliam is such a sweet, caring saleswoman and made me feel so comfortable in the process of buying a car. David was great as well as to helping me get exactly what I asked for. I am by far impressed with Wes, service part manager! I had an issue with my memory card and it was quite the project to figure out. But he made me the number one priority, and this is without an appointment BTW... he made sure I didn't leave without the issue being resolved and he solved it!! That is great customer service Wes, thank you! The only reason for the 4 star instead of five is because of timing. The process to buy a car, yes takes a lot of time but if you tell me a time I would hope to get close to the around the hour that was told, not hours past the time. Overall though very happy !

I had a great experience working with Mike Dargdor at Brotherton Cadillac NW in Shoreline. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to get me the information I asked for. He addressed all my concerns and I had a wonderful customer service experience. Everybody I worked with today, from Mike, to the office, and the back office, were great. No pressure and they all went all out to help me make a deal. I will definitely refer them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I will also be going back for all my vehicle needs.

I have been so pleased with Cadillac and been going for years; never had any problem. Couple weeks ago I started hearing a noise went in and got diagnosed like always. This time they told me my warranty no longer covers anything and from now on I will have to pay out of pocket. I was in shock because I knew i paid extra for extended warranty and all the extra jazz but he said i would have to pay around 4000. I bought my car from Tory; she was wonderful but she never said anything about your extended warranty not covering anything in a few years. Cant find anything written that says anything either. When I called and talked to them two different people blamed it on them not being Dougs anymore and that warranty was with Dougs and not Brotherton. Very disappointed. Actually was looking at buying another car while my car was being diagnosed, glad that I didn’t. My family nor me will be going back. Very unprofessional and dishonest company now.
