We recently bought a new vehicle from Brotherton Cadillac. From the beginning we felt very comfortable with our experience. The first person we met was Nebyou - he was so warm and friendly and helpful. When we returned a few days later (15 minutes before closing!) to "just take one more look", everyone was very accommodating and helpful! We wound up purchasing our new vehicle that night and Jason was super easy to work with - several people stayed late that night to complete our purchase, they were all great! We'd definitely recommend Brotherton to anyone looking for a comfortable buying experience!

Car spent 60 days in the shop waiting for a part needed for the repair. For the first 30 days no loaner vehicle was provided. Communication about the status of the vehicle was non-existent (only when I called to express frustration about going weeks without hearing anything). Finally did get it back after two months. The repair does seem to have been done well, just disappointed with the lack of communication and the lack of having a loaner provided that first month.

Jason did an amazing job helping us find our next family truck. Salesman are notorious for being sly, but Jason was the opposite. He made sure we went home with the best (and safest) vehicle that would last us a long time. He didn't push or pry, and new EVERYTHING about the vehicles we were interested in. He also gave a thorough walk through of all the gadgets inside. From the moment I called ahead to inquire, to the final send-off as we pulled out of the lot in our new ride, he was nothing but great. I'd say we'd use him to buy all our cars from now on, but I believe he already sold us our forever truck. For now, I'll make sure to rant and rave to everyone I can. "Buy from Brotherton's and ask for Jason!!" You won't be disappointed. 😊

We worked with Corey, who was very helpful and patient. We wanted to take our time and look around for a few months, and he was not pushy at all. He was also very flexible and willing to accommodate our schedule, including offering to come in on his days off and/or bring the car by our house to do a test drive.

Brotherton employees do their best to make sure that you are getting what you want. There was never a moment I felt that they were just trying to sell me a car. They were professional, friendly, accommodating, and it was just a great all around experience. I told them when I went it I did not want a run around and back and forth with sales. They were up front and things moved quickly and ended up with a vehicle I love! They were patient to explain things to me. I am also excited at all the perks and services that come with being a Cadillac owner! I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Brotherton Cadillac.
