Thank you, Brown Brothers Automotive for 70 plus years of dedication to your customers, community and now some of our furry friends. I bought a used vehicle a couple of months ago. The air conditioner started blowing hot air. I really need the air as I am getting ready to become a foster parent for dogs. I shared my email correspondence between Follow Your Heart Animal Rescue and myself. When I went to pick up my vehicle, Bobby G, in the service department told me the unit needed a new compressor. True to the Brown Family tradition, this work was done free of charge. They gave to me the customer and to the community in making sure of the comfort and safety of the dogs I will be able to help. The machine said he “fixed” the problems with my car but all he really did was just cleared all the errors codes on the cars computer. I still have all of the same issues and error codes. The car was only 3 days off the lot and it started giving me error codes. The only reason I kept the car was because now the same car cost a little extra due to the car shortage.There really nice and understand at the beginning but once they can feel that you’re going to buy a car they kinda turn for defensive. They beat around the bush and make the car seem so much for so little when they really should knock down the price. Not coming back.

These guys are part of the Brown and Brown car dealership family. it's a small lot but they have a really good selection and these guys know everything about cars. They do work on cars here also and the mechanics are phenomenal they're like mechanical geniuses friendly honest they'll tell you what's wrong and they'll tell you what's not wrong. It's the only used dealership I would give five stars.

Call Ron brother is a great place Tim Troy josh are always pleased to help me Bob is always in a bad mood always charge me more than anywhere else doesn’t make me feel like you kind of brother feel like I’m more of a nuisance than a customer frankly ever since Moe Moe has been gone iv sadly heard more and more negative experiences with Freinds and family iv sent though I just wish bob would put a smile on and just treat people like they are human.
