I have never owned a Chevrolet product. I recently bought a 2016 Chevy Malibu in Feburary of this year. When I drove it home the check engine light came on. Total of three times within the first couple days. After I was told me they only had a temporary fix. Light never came back on. After day three of the check engine light the radio quit working. Two times that happened. Second time in which I was going to work. Was very dissatisfied about the vehicle. They kept the car for 6 days. Replace the computer. I voiced my concerns and that I really felt like returning the vehicle. Was told I couldn't because it was already in my name. Kept the car and it seemed like the only thing they could offer was loner cars, and a extended bumper to bumper warranty from 3 to 5 years. I took it because that all they could offer. GMC is a joke in customer service. It's all about money for them. As long as there pocket are affected they're fine. The Malibu had a recall for my drivers seat belt. Took 10 days to get the part and even then I had trouble buckling my seat belt. Then my car decided it would make the worst humming noise of all time. Took it in many times only to be told that it's not doing it. They had my car for more than 30 days and still every time I called no it's not doing it, or that it did it for a second. They then called me that a GMC rep was called to travel in to look at it. Took two weeks for them to show. Call me last Friday to come drive my car and point out the noise. My car was hooked up to so many wires it was like why should I be forced to keep it or refinance another vehicle. You would think problem after problem they would do some thing no. They had a 20% sale on some vehicles and my only option was to go with a basic model and pay 40 dollars for on top of what I was already paying. It's a shame that something else wasn't done. Will be the last time owning Chevrolet because they really let me down. Worst company ever.

SALES DEPT WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO GET ME VEHICLE I WANTED. DELIVERED PROMPTLY AND SALESMAN WENT OVER PRODUCT INFORMATION WITH ME THOROUGHLY. ITS A BIG CHANGE FROM 2013 TO 2015. On pressure, striaght forward, no hassle, Very informative and helpful I was impress with how I was kept informed of the process , received courtesy calls. Made appointment for maintenance check. Dashboard had indicate auto track system need to be checked. Battery cell was bad, battery replaced. Verified auto track system was ok, caused by bad battery. A/C vents not working properly, vents were checked found to be defective, under warranty, ordered vents & will be replaced. Mr Ronnie Harrell provided courtesy vehicle to return home when I explained wife had surgery & need to care for her. Excellent customer service care, had my car fixed & a "Rep" my drove car back to my home & had courtesy vehicle picked up. 100% satisfied with service "Above & Beyond" the call. when signing the finance paperwork, I decided to purchase an item and include it in the payment. Went back to the dealership at a later date to get it installed. They charged me $80 for the installation and also found out the item being installed actually cost $249. They included $400 prorated over the finance period. Dealership should've at least installed it for free.

John took my truck in this time. He didn't get a recipe to show the oil change, tire rotation, etc that also states the odometer at the time of oil change. I like this info to keep for my records. This is the only thing I would recommend receiving at the next oil change. Thanks,Patti

Nothing to tell. I was told my first oil change would be free but, since I wanted a pure synthetic put in and all the fluids check. I was granted the difference between a normal oil change and a synthetic oil change and was only charged the difference in price. I thought this was an excellent deal.

We had a great experience at Brown Chevrolet. I usually dread looking at cars because of the time spent with salespeople who stall you, make you wait and want an immediate answer. We did not experience any of these stresses. It was a pleasant experience - no sitting around waiting for an hour for our trade=in to be evaluated and then waiting even longer to see what they would give us. We had a hard time deciding whether to buy a used or new car, and everyone at Brown Chevrolet was very patient and did not try to rush us into making a quick decision. We enjoy shopping at a "small" town dealership and this was no exception. Even though Devine is a small town, we had no trouble finding the vehicle we wanted. We are really enjoying our new car!

I inquired about a specific vehicle a few months earlier. I came down to have my oil changed in my vehicle. I spoke to the sales department about what i wanted to purchase and within a week I got a call and email to contact the sales department for the vehicle I inquired about. I email back what I was willing to pay and put down and was instructed to come down and get it. I went down and the vehicle was there and i test drove it and started the paper work.
