Bought a Honda Pilot a month ago from them. Seemed like a good deal. Was on the price range we wanted. Financing was easy and the rate was good. However, the vehicle was not detailed and the service light came on. We took it to there service department. They agreed to fix the issue at no charge.they never answer calls about service. I called them Tuesday they said I could bring the pilot in Saturday be fixed. I drive there and service department appears to be closed. Finally found someone who was working and the part is still at the dealer. Now o have to wait to have part delivered. Very poorly run service department. We will never buy a car from them again.

This business is a very friendly and excellent place to buy a used car. They have been on Brown Deer Road for over 25 years. They do whatever is necessary to deliver your chosen car in top condition. Their vehicle repair shop is also on Brown Deer Road. I have known the owners many years and my husband purchased a car. Friendly dealership, very prompt with assisting me when I arrived on the lot. Sales associate was not your typical pushy sales person. Vehicle was beautiful but had some technical issues that I wish were fixed before driving 1 hour for a test drive.

drove up from milwaukee to look, drive ,and buy used tahoe. overall tahoe not in bad shape but it needed tires bad . some dents and scrapes that you could not see on photos. tread depth of tires was just barely legal. tried to deal on the price to cover the price or some of the price of new tires.NO WAY!!!!sales manager a real work ( JERK ). had cash, told him it would total cash. NOPE !!! I wouldn't buy a box girl scout cookies from a person like that ..He gives the car sales people a bad look.... So if you are looking I would suggest a different dealer.....

I was recently in the market for a car and have heard from a couple friends to give Brown Deer a try, I was a little hesitant as I had never heard of them before. However I was very please with my experience there. They not only got me into a reliable vehicle but Jeff and Steve were of great help to me when trying to work with my budget. I would recommend everyone to look at Brown Deer first!!! Thanks again guys I love my car!!!!

I have referred many family and friends to this dealer because I was very good friends with the owner. They not only went the extra mile to get my mother approved for her first car loan after a foreclosure but then when a couple issues arose a month after they provided fast and courteous service to her. My sister also purchased a car from Jeff. She went in looking for a specific vehicle they did not have it and they went and got it for her. She is now a happy owner of a new 2009 Hyundai Accent when she wasn't approved anywhere else and no one else was willing to help her get into a vehicle. Thank you Brown Deer Sales for continuing to provide awesome service in a timely manner.
