I currently manage a fleet of 10 Dodge service vehicles. All fleet service work is done at Brown dodge. because of the excellent service that I have received from Albert De La Garza and his service department I traded in my Wife's Lexus on a Jeep, Will soon be trading in my ford truck and daughters jeep. Because Of the way I was treated by Albert I will be changing over all my vehicles to Brown Dodge/Jeep products and continue future purchases from there.

Emilio was awesome!! I had a great time looking at vehicles with him. It was a hot day that saturday, he offered me and my father water. He let me see each car i asked about, higlighted features that i was looking for. He was patient as i went back and forth between two models. He was with me every step of the way, never pressuring me to buy but giving me the complete explanation on each vehicle. After, i met Mr. Montez who took the time to find the exact car i wanted!! Both of them together was the team i needed to feel at ease making my purchase. I had a great experience and will be back to purchase again. No amount of money can be put on having a positive experience, and those two made me feel great about my purchase.

One of the reps explained to me that they were running a little behind schedule and offered me a complimentary car wash for the inconvenience which I gladly accepted. I recently traded in a vehicle with these wonderful people. I live in Laredo and traveled all the way to divine Texas because of their great prices. On our way back I realize I thought I had lost my iPad. Two months later when I have given up hope that I could not find my iPad Greg Dorris calls me and asked if I left anything in the car I traded in. I said I hope I might've left my iPad there he said yes it is here and offered to send it to me without charge. So once again is a great place to buy a vehicle with wonderful customer service and honest people especially Greg Dorris.

Amanda was great! She was extremely knowledgeable about the trucks she was selling as well as her competition. She made sure that I bought the truck that best fit my needs. I ended up driving several trucks over a few days and finally bought a new Ram 2500 Cummins. Other dealers I have been to try and close the deal as soon as they can, but Amanda was patient and let me take my time searching for the right truck for a price I was very comfortable with.

Best experience, deal and service anyone could ask for when can shopping. Definitely worth the drive from San Antonio. Amanda was TERRIFIC. My husband called the facility spoke with her, told her exactly what type of vehicle we wanted and that we were on our way to Devine. When we arrived she was waiting for us had the vehicle pulled up front and had it rinsed off so that it wasn't so dirty when we looked at it. A quick test drive and a short conversation with Tom (another awesome individual) and we were given a deal that we couldn't pass up. Brown Dodge really took the hassle out of new car buying.

Excellent customer service and a very laid back atmosphere. Rhandee was extremely helpful and very patient with me. I know that I'm a difficult customer to please when it comes to buying anything and she couldn't have been better! Very knowledgable, she was able to tell me about all of the unique features for each vehicle I tried and the pros and cons. I never felt pressured or pushed into making a decision. They seem to truly care about finding each customer the best vehicle for them, instead of just forcing the sale. Great experience and very competitive prices. My dad has been coming here for years for service on his Dodge 2500 and has never had a bad thing to say. I started taking my Jeep wrangler and I must say the service dept is amazing! Recently, I needed to upgrade to a 2500. I told Rhandee what I wanted and she knew the questions to ask to make sure she had a thorough understanding of what I was looking for.
