The service department scheduled me to take care of my Yuke's recall issue quickly and at a convenient time for me. When I got there, they were very friendly and took care of me as scheduled. The waiting room was comfortable and clean.

WEB link posted prices for what I was shopping for especially model number. Made an appointment with salesman that was referred by Brown Chevrolet sales person and the customer support was very good in showing and explaining products and equipment. Purchased vehicle same day and picked it up at 4PM,gased and ready to go,

Went in for a regular oil change. Fast service and ease of scheduling appointment. Knowledgeable service manager answered my question s and Gabe sound advice to extend the life of my vehicle .

I am very satisfied with the service I get every time I take my car in. Mr. Balderas, the gentleman who sold the car to me is very kind to offer to go inside and wait for my car. Very polite and respectful gentleman. Also Mr. Robert Rodriguez and staff at the shop are very kind and make you feel comfortable to ask any questions or concerns on my vehicle. Every time I get my car back, Mr. Rodriguez goes over everything they done to the car and that to me, makes me feel they really care about the customers and their(customer's) safety. I thank you all the Nissan Company for taking the time to have the right people who care and not just to sell cars and get it through the shop, but they care for our well being.
