My sales experience was good, so when paint started flaking off a door handle a few months later I took it here for the warranty claim. Service took pictures of the defect 2 months ago but never submitted it to VW. I called multiple times to check the status and was not called back. When I finally got a response, the advisor passed off not submitting the claim as no big deal. Their service department is not to be trusted.

I traded in my 2013 VW GTI for a 2017 GTI. At first their lease price was nearly $100 a month more than other dealerships, this should've been my first sign as to the integrity of Matt and the rest of the dealership. After negotiating my trade (a lease buy out, not a lease turn in) I received a bill for $900 from VW credit for the over mileage charge along with a few other fees. It seems the dealership decided after the deal to turn the car in and not purchase it as agreed, leaving me with the costs. After checking Yelp, it seems that this exact deception is a common issue with this dealership. I'm currently in the process of filing a complaint with VW corporate. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

A pleasant and surprisingly painless experience purchasing a new Tiguan! The car and the price were agreed upon over phone/email ahead of time, which made the process even quicker. The salesman, Andy B., seemed very straight-forward and transparent - frankly, that ended up being the deciding factor for me between Brunswick and another dealer. Andy really went above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth as possible. Will definitely come back and recommend to others!
