My wife and I had been looking for a vehicle for some time. We walked on the lot about a year ago and immediately made a connection with Clay. My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from here and had a great experience! The staff did an awesome job finding us a vehicle that we love and was very patient and willing to work with us. He made sure the Ford Escape we purchased was mechanically sound and ready to go. They did a great job explaining all the paperwork to us and helping us understand everything with the vehicle cost. Worthless, I will never go back to these people, they're vehicles are rigged up to look/work just fine until you drive it home, within weeks of our purchase from them and our vehicle was already havin coolant problems a computer issues, not to mention the later issues, we don't even drive crazy, so when we asked them if they would fix it of course they said no, once it leaves the lot it not their responsibility... What??? So when we had it looked at the guy told us it was apparent that this vehicle was temporarily fixed, obviously just long enough to sell it...

Was interested in a Lexus GX470 for sale and asked to test drive the vehicle. I was advised that I could not do so before submitting a credit application. Very bogus. Why risk an inquiry or damage to my credit only yo realize I don't even like the car... poor customer service.
