I went to Buchanan Subaru after getting the run around at other local and non local dealerships. I was told to use Corra as my sales person and Ashley for my financing...these two worked in tandem to get me the best vehicle for my needs at the best price and the fairest interest rate and terms! They had me in my new Honda CRV in no time and with no hassle or BS that you will get at other establishments. These two along with the floor manager kept it REAL with me and treated me like a human being and not their next paycheck. I will always recommend these two to all of my friends and anyone else who even mentions that they are in the market to buy a new vehicle!

Bought a used car noticed fuel gauge wasn't working in first few days took it back got charged $100 and on the third time taking it back for window got stuck and would not come up being 70 miles from Pocomoke it started a heavy rain with a car full of people all this within 3 weeks not to mention how much water got in car by time I turned around drove straight back to Pocomoke they could of care less they will get any recommendations from me now car has a mildew smell.BUT WILL SAY CORRA WAS NICE TO DEAL WITH SHE WAS GREAT.

Since it was inconvenient to take my new Forester back to Frederick where I bought it for a free oil change, I decided to take it to Buchanan because they have Saturday hours. My service experience with a car dealer far exceeded my expectations. Robie was very helpful, professional, pleasant, and knowledgable, and very generously honored my first free oil change offer from the other dealer. The employees that I dealt with were great. The price that Buchanan charged for changing the oil and rotating the tires was way out of line. $93.86I have a Ford Fusion that only cost $36.72 for oil change and rotating the tires.I will probably think twice before going back to Buchanan to have the oil changed again..Barry & Donna Mears

Everyone was fantastic I really enjoyed my experience and now have the car I have always wanted. My daughters family just purchased a Subaru and love it and I have a daughter that has a Subaru that has over 200,000 miles on it and it runs great.

My wife and I spent a lot of time shopping and trying to make the right decision for a brand new vehicle. After speaking with the Buchanan dealership and the wonderful Danye we decided on a Subaru Forester. We compared prices to local dealers and they beat the price hands down. While searching for our new car, we visited at least eight area dealerships, including another local Subaru dealer. Salesperson Mark Layne was exceptional, providing information about the cars and Buchanan Subaru in a friendly, low key way. No high pressure sales technique here! We visited Buchanan twice before purchasing our new Forester from them, and were pleased both times. The price negotiations were quick and easy. There was no game playing with the Sales Manager and waiting for hours to seal the deal like you find in some places. It was honest and straightforward all the way. A few days later went back to have an accessory installed, and the Service Department was super. Robie Mears got me in and out right on schedule! My wife and I would recommend Buchanan Subaru to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

We schedule an apt and meet Mark with not knowing what we really wanted other then wanting out of our current SUV. So we spent some time test driving. Mark was very knowledgeable not only about the Subaru's we were test driving but also with the cars we owned so he was able to know what we needed and wanted. Have I mentioned how much fun we had, I don't think I have ever had so much fun and felt like we not only bought a car but we made a new friend that we can return to for many years to come. Everyone we meet acted like we have known them for years. I cant tell you how friendly and at home we felt from the moment we walked in. Mark is amazing... I love our new Crosstrek and the gas mileage... THANK YOU for everything....

Everyone in the dealership was extremely friendly. Mark Layne did an outstanding job understanding our needs, showing us the vehicles, making it comfortable to test drive, and also making it a fun experience. There truly was no pressure, just helpful information. We paid a fair price for a great Subaru Outback. Importantly, these folks are honest. I feel that this is "my" dealership, and that Mark Layne is "my" salesperson. For me, Buchanan Subaru has made a customer for life.

Buchanan Subaru gave me a great experience as well as a great deal on my first car. Originally, I was only going to be window shopping, but Greg Mizzelle convinced me with his friendly demeanor that today was shopping day. I had gone to the Ford dealership that was directly across from them prior to visiting their dealership. The salesperson there wasn't has friendly as the people at Buchanan. I felt welcomed and a valued customer before I became one officially. Greg made sure that I was taken care of as well as the other sales people that were there.

Customer Service: Not only did we meet the Finance manager and General manager, Mark took us to meet Robie Mears, the Service Dept. Manager, after we had purchased the Outback. In talking, we found out that I had taught his wife in the third grade! As he lives in Melfa, he offered to meet / pick up my car for Service and return it! This is a huge service to those of us who live on the EAstern Shore of Va., because we live an hour and half away from the dealership. This was a huge selling point for us! Mark Layne also took care of calling my insurance agent and switched car insurance coverage for me, so my new car was covered, as we drove off the lot!Quality of Service: HIGHEST ratings! I will continue to buy from Buchanan Subaru, not only for the car ratings and performance, but because of the staff - from sales to service- they provide a total package of person to person quality delivery.Friendliness: Mark Layne met us in the parking lot as we pulled up to the dealership, called us by name and escorted us into the dealership. I had already made an appointment to test drive a Forester through Ashley, the finance manager, via email. Mark explained every detail about the Forester before we test drove it, and answered any questions we had while driving it. He has an easy manner, which we liked very much - no sales talk, (which would have made us leave ) but just a straight forward approach. He was very patient with us as spent most of the day with him!( 5 hours) Overall Experience: I went in looking for a 2014 Forester, but with Mark's sales skills in reading his customers, I ended up buying an Outlander. I had 5 other dealership meetings set up from Salisbury, MD to Va. Beach, VA, extending into next week. Buchanan Subaru's overall staff, and of course, especially Mark Layne, sealed "the deal". Price: I came prepared, as I had done the research on Subarus. I had a 2003 Buick LeSabre Limited to trade-in , if appraisal was fair. I had printed the blue book price, and black book price, so I had those figures with me. My car was in excellent shape, as we had maintained it with 3,000 mile oil changes,any repairs needed,etc. My price was met for my buick! The 2013 Subaru Outback, I purchased was bargained for until a price was agreed upon that met the monthly payment that I could afford. I'm ecstatic!

Fantastic experience! This dealership renewed my faith in Subaru. After an awful experience at a Subaru dealership in Norfolk, VA, I began working with Buchanan Subaru to find the right Subaru for me and my family. Without hesitation, the staff worked with me through the ordering process. In very little time they had my new vehicle on hand. Even though others were offering more for the car, they stuck to their word and held it until I could make the short trip up from Virginia Beach (Perry Subaru in Norfolk did just the opposite).They gave me a great price, took my trade-in without any hassles and were some of the nicest people I've met in a long time!It was well worth driving a couple of hours up from Hampton Roads to get this sort of service. I went in just to browse and I drove off with a 2010 Subaru Forester. Everyone was so helpful and friendly making the experience a blast. And Magic Mike took his time and searched through all the banks they work with until he found me the best possible interest rate. They are so helpful that my friend who was with me when I bought mine went back in the next day and also bought a car. We bought our SUV at this dealership in 2006. and we have had every oil change, tire rotation. alignment,and fuel injector cleaning done there. The service has always been reliable, dependable and friendly. When Robie tells you something needs to be done to the car, you can be sure that it does. We have recommended their service department to many friends and neighbors over the years. Our SUV won't go anywhere else for service!!

Took my Chevy Cobalt in to figure out why it was running hot, they ran all the necessary tests and found two or three different problems and were very quick to fix them. Robie Mears was quick to contact me and let me know what was going on. I was given many options on how to take care of the problem in a quick and convenient manner. I am very pleased with the detailing I had done also! My car looked brand new! GOOD WORK! A++

Wanted to trade in my Jeep for something more economical...stopped in at Buchanan's to check out the Subarus. Salesman Greg M. was fantastic explaining the different vehicles and their features...got it narrowed down to 2 different Outbacks...and I happily drove home with one of them. Paul worked with me on the "numbers" and Jose did the paperwork to seal the deal.This is my second new Subaru..the first was a 1979 model.Excellent job done by all at Buchanan Subaru !!!!!

Found the car I wanted on their website and called to see if available still. Paul Jacobs was very helpful and personable. When went to see and maybe buy we were introduced to Jose as our salesman. Jose was very good but could have done a better job of informing us of ALL the extra warranties available and their price. We chose a lesser warranty after buying the car. Paul Jacobs was very helpful in making the change and making sure we were satisfied customers. We are now!
