I wanted to buy a truck that I had seen on the internet. The day that I was heading up to look at the truck and most likely buy they told me it was already sold. I had set up a time that I would be there to see and test drive the truck. This was well done in advance to have them at least hold the truck until the said time. I do not think that was very fair. So my overall view of this company is pretty poor as for not even contacting until it was to late.

My husband was looking to buy a new/certified pre-owned car and I was not sure what I wanted! I told Dio just what I wanted and he showed me exactly what I was looking for! We even looked at a few that didn't have everything I wanted but neither Dio or my husband were going to let me compromise!!! This was a much better experience than we had the night before at another dealership! Dio had a lot of patience and let us "talk" even after we decided on a vehicle I wanted to test drive another one and Dio made it happen! Fred Barabani the finance manager explained everything so that there were no questions! We spent quite a bit of time there that day and felt like you were one of the "Family" before we left! Great Experience and Customer Service !! Look forward to doing business in the future!!!

I bought a Pre Certified Black Chrysler 300 2009 March 22, 2013, it's a beautiful car. The salesman was Tim Bailey from Michigan and he was very nice and very helpful. I didn't have a manual ( which I'm a freak about) and Fred ordered me one and he paid for it. This was after I already drove off with the car, so I think that was very nice of him. Thanks Fred. I would recommend Buckeye to anyone who wants a good deal. Very Satisfied with buying experience.

My experience with Buckeye Chrysler was great! The pre approval process is great because they showed me the options i had for the payment range I needed. This was better for me because i didn't test drive something, fall in love and then find out the payment was out of my range and end up with a payment i regret!! Travis, the salesman was friendly and very helpful. Fred the finance manager was FANTASTIC!!! Overall, my experience was pretty simple from start to finish!!! i would definitely recommend talking to Fred. He was great!! i now have a beautiful car with a reasonable payment 2 free oil changes and a great warranty for a used car!!! Cant say enough good things about Buckeye!!!!

Bought a 2005 Dodge Dakota a little over a month ago. Test drove the truck, it made no sounds and drove nice down the rode. The check engine light was on and when I asked the salesman if they knew why he said it was probably just something like the gas cap or something..... Got the truck home and about 2 days later the front end started making a horrible creaking noise. Took the truck to a mechanic and he checked it out. We then found out that the front end needed a bunch of work and the reason the check engine light was on was because the #1 and #3 injectors were not firing at all.... There is no way Buckeye didnt know this..... We attempted to contact them through phone calls and e-mails with no response. Finally customer service called and I told them the story then the salesman called saying how the people at Buckeye wanted to make this right....That was over 2 weeks ago and we have heard nothing since. The people at Buckeye were just out to make the sale and do nothing to back up their sales after paperwork is signed......

WHO ARE THE 5 OUT OF 7 PEOPLE THAT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE? Test drove a nice looking 05 Dodge Dakota. The truck drove real nice with no sounds. Its been 2 more weeks and we have not heard from him since...The point that they didnt even want their mechanics to check the truck out makes me believe they already knew what problems it had. now they have just washed there hands of it..SALE IS DONE MONEY IS PAID AND BUCKEYE SUPERSTORE MADE A NOTHER GREAT DEAL

An excellent buying experience! Straightforward and forthright are a couple words that come to mind. Ben Baker, sales rep, offered as much information as I was willing to digest, while not selling at all, but mostly educating me on the process, comparisons and the value proposition that Buckeye had to offer. Fred Barabani in finance could not have handled my transactions any smoother. Also, because I have used their service in the past, and could not have been treated better, I know that my new Jeep Wrangler is also in good hands. We are fortunate to have this quality Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership in our own back yard and I will welcome the chance to support this fine group of people. Yes, this is a real review by a very satisfied customer.

Purchased a used SUV from this dealer. Dealer said car would be ready the next dayat 4:00 pm. I called ahead to make sure the car was ready. Travis said the car was ready for pickup. I arrive the car was not ready, bird droppings down the side of car. I had also requested the engine be cleaned before pickup, that was not done. They said it wasn't their fault because the cleaning was subcontracted, but the subcontractor still represents the dealership.Left the dealership without even a handshake or a thank you. Other than that the financing end was professional and I'm happy with my purchase.

We have had nothing but problems with this garage the service and the owner since firsts visiting it the staff is unhelpful and the owener ignores problems and will not work with you. He hangs up if there are any problems and will not retun calls. We will never work with this garage or recommend to any one.
