We have found all of the employees to be very friendly and helpful. WE have been going there for a couple of years for service and have the service department personnel to be very outgoing and helpful. We recently took in our car the other day asking to be shown how to change a light bulb. We even had the bulb. They did it without charge and did not use our bulb! That is customer serice!

This is my third "internet" auto purchase, but the first from Buckeye Honda. Guarantee it won't be my last purchase from them. From the very beginning, Jeremy was much more prompt and responsive than others I've worked with in the past. He quoted me a great price with no hidden costs when I arrived at the dealership to finalize the purchase. Like most buyers these days, I had done my research and knew exactly what I wanted. No pressure to add options, upgrade trim package, and so forth.Had already procured my financing, and given my past purchase experience I was ready for the dealership to try pressuring me into financing with them and, of course, add all the other "essential extras" to the contract. Didn't happen; it was the most seamless car-buying experience I've ever had. Jeremy was knowledgeable, gracious, courteous, and humorous. Indeed, the entire staff was great! Like some of the other reviewers, I drove quite a distance to make this purchase. I'm glad I did, and it's a process that I plan to repeat. This is my 4th Honda Civic lease, my second at Buckeye Honda and I will return there again in 3 years. Although it's quite a drive from my house, this year Kent brought my new car to the Buckeye Nissan dealership 2 minutes from where I live and that was a GREAT service. Marie followed up with me over the duration of my last lease and Kent handled all the paperwork, great team, great dealership. I feel like I am getting my money's worth and I will probably always drive a Honda.

We have looked at many mini vans and had deceided the Honda Odyssey was what we we're going to buy. I am not a person that enjoys shopping for a vehicle. The people at Buckeye Honda we're awsome. Our salesman Jeremy was very knowledgeable and NOT pushy like alot of car salesman at other dealerships, we told him what we were looking for and he put us in OUR vehicle right away. After the test drive it only took us a matter of minutes to close the deal and we got the price and payment we desired without any undue haggling. The finance manager Kent was on his A game, very efficient in explaining everything before we signed it and answered all of our questions, and we had no "hidden" cost or fee's. The dealership manager, Brett, was great also, asked us over and over if there were any question that he could answer or anything that we didn't understand. Thanked us numerous times for buying from Buckeye and told us if we had any questions or concerns to contact him direct. We will definately recomd Buckeye honda to anyone we know looking to buy a new or used vehicle! It's nice to know buying a vehicle CAN BE a enjoyable Experiance. Todd & Connie

I purchased a 2007 PT Cruiser from Bob Royston this week. He was a pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable and unfailingly polite throughout the process. He and Shawn and the service department went above and beyond to get a repair I requested made in one day, so I could purchase the car and drive it back to Kentucky, and not make another trip up there. I got a great deal on the car, a great price on my trade-in, and unbeatable service. I'd recommend them to anyone.

We purchased a used Honda CRV approximately 2 years ago and our experience with Buckeye Honda has been great. They treated us well during the purchase process and have not stopped. We have hesitated in the past to use dealers for repairs and routine maintenance, but the service crew here is exceptional. We are treated with respect and kindness, and they never try to sell us what we don't need.

I am more than pleased with my experience again at Buckeye Honda! Kent was wonderful to work with. I did not feel pressured at all into buying anything. It was smooth sailing al the way. I upgraded from a Honda Civic to a Honda CR-V and I'm 150% satified with my purchase and overall pleased with the ENTIRE staff there at Buckeye HOnda in Lancaster. As usual, well worth our 3 hour round trip. Jeremy was very accommodating and had everything ready when we arrived. Were in and out with our pre-owned civic in about an hour. I had researched online before purchase, emailed Jeremy and no one could come close to the deal that we received. Could not be happier...AGAIN! Our last purchase was for a new CRV and Kent Delong was also wonderful. Jeremy and Kent will do whatever it takes to make the sale effortless, pleasant and highly satisfactory. I got contacted by Kent within 24 hours of applying for new Accord quotes through USAA. Kent was the only sales rep from 4 different Honda dealerships to go the extra mile and find me the color car I wanted to buy. The others were only interested in selling the cars already on the lot. Kent also assured me he would work with me on a suitable/fair price for the vehicle even after the 4th quarter new car sales incentives expired as my car had not yet been manufactured. Working with Kent from start to finish was a pleasure. Also, the dealership sent me a free oil change before I even committed to purchase a vehicle from them... just for inquiring about it and working with their internet sales staff. Kent showed me around the service facility and explained the maintenance procedures. All of the staff were friendly and professional. Overall great job!

By far the best car buying experience we have ever had. Initial contact over the internet was followed up in under 2 hours. No pressure sales was very refreshing. Both Kent and Jeremy were personable and knowledgeable. Vehicle pricing was the better than either Columbus or Newark. Definitely worth the drive. I may trade in our second vehicle just so we can do it again.

By far, my Buckeye Honda buying experience was the best auto buying experience I've ever had. I was treated with respect, presented with what I felt to be a fair deal for both I (on my trade) and the dealer and didn't feel as if I were being bombarded with sales gimmicks and fake people. There was no pressure to buy and when I finally decided to, all I had to do was call them up, say "put a sold sign on it" and set up a time (at my convenience) to pick up my new Ridgeline.Talking with Kent (my salesperson) was like talking with a friend and brought back memories of how business used to be conducted (the good old days). Kent is genuinely nice, not trying to sell a Honda as much as he is trying to build long term relationships / friendships. Thus far, the entire Buckeye Honda team have greatly impressed me. This is my first Honda vehicle and I can only hope that all my experiences with this dealer equal the one I just had.

My husband I went in dreading the "car salesman" but Kent turned our opinions around by being friendly and not pressuring us to buy anything right away. Because of that attitude we DID buy then and are very happy with the purchase. We will definitely go back to Kent again if we want another car in the future.

Marie led us to a 2011 CR-V that was a great solution for our 2 trade-ins that were upside down on the value on their worth. We were satisfied with the amount we were getting from our vehicles as well as the final price and payment on the CR-V. The finance person was great and made it easy. Marie set our favorite radio stations and door-lock preferences and took off our old plates and even had them wrapped in a plastic bag. The CR-V was washed and inside the covered area waiting for us. We received a call from the dealership the next day to see if everything was OK. We love our CR-V and appreciate Marie and the other employees that took care of our deal.L.Graf

I cannot say enough great things about Buckeye Honda. My experience was truly World Class Customer Service. Each individual clear down to our service department was polite and cordial. We truly will reccomend Buckeye Honda to everyone that we know. The best part of our experience was that we were not pressured into purchasing a vehicle and did not have the hassle like we had from previous Honda Deaerships. They were true and honest and made a commitment to us and witheld their commitment. Bob Ankrom was fantastic to work with as well as the finance manager. There was another getleman that drove my trade in and gave us a price on it. I do not remember his name but he was fantastic as well. Our experience was just incredible. Kudos to the entire team as well as management for instilling such great service in their associates. I am a Kroger Mananger and was just blown away. Thanks again and fantastic job and I look forward to doing future business with you.

This was by far the best new car transaction I have encountered. I found the vehicles I was interested in using Consumer Reports Build It and Buy It. Kent contacted me. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, had a great sense of humor and when I requested further info he called me back promptly. He had info on number of vehicles, trim levels, colors, etc. I traveled 1 1/2 hours to Lancaster with my husband. Kent showed us each vehicle and explained any differences. We chose a silver CR-V EX and he painlessly and effortlessly assisted us in completing the paperwork. Again...can not express how pleased we were!! Buckeye Honda is priveleged to have such an exemplary associate! Loved that 1 1/2 hour drive back home!! :)

This was the first time I have purchased a new car and I was blown away at Kent's honesty and knowledge. I am new to this and he walked me through every step. There were no "smoke and mirrors". He worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted. I've always thought Honda was a superior car and now I think the service can be described in the same way.Since I left yesterday I have recommended the dealership to at least five people. Kent and everyone at the dealership we worked with to purchase our new Pilot were absolutely wonderful to work with. This dealer was recommended to us by USAA, and was 1.5 hrs away from us. It was definitely worth the drive and I would definitely make the drive to this dealer again for another car, and will be recommending them to anyone who needs a new Honda. The majority of the financial paperwork was done ahead of time, and the entire process was flawless once we arrived. Kent was superb to work with and should be acknowledged on his customer service. He was friendly and very helpful and didn't hide anything. He also followed up with me a week later to ask how my experience with the Pilot was going, and is currently helping me with an issue on the cargo liner. We'd like to thank Kent and all of the employees at Buckeye Honda in making our experience not anything like what you expect in buying a new car from a "salesman." I had three Honda dealerships interested in acquiring my business. Buckeye Honda, a Honda dealer in Richmond, KY and a dealer in Indiana. From the beginning Kent and Jeremy separated themselves with the level of open and prompt communications on sales price, terms and trade value. The pricing was very competitive but the level of service (ability to acquire right color and ultimately deliver to our house) is was separated them and ultimately biased our buying decision. I typically do not enjoy buying vehicles as you often walk away from the deal frustrated: these two certainly changed that experience for me and I'll recommend them to friends and consider them in future buying decisions as well.

Kent DeLong and Buckeye Honda provided me with the absolute best buying experience I have ever had. I found the vehicle online and my email was promptly returned by Kent. We responded back and forth for a few days as I live about 40 miles from the dealership. When I finally went in for a test drive there was no surprised, hidden fees, or any smoke an mirrors games. I was shown the car fax as well as given a detailed recorded of what services were preformed on the vehicle. I was given a fantastic trade in value for my car and Kent got me a fantastic finance rate even with some negative equity from my previous car. There were a few small things that needed that needed taken car of on the vehicle and the service department took care of everything at no charge. Buckeye Honda has been fantastic. I have told everyone I know about my awesome buying experience. I strongly recommend to anyone looking at buying a vehicle to go to Buckeye Honda and talk with Kent. You will not be disappointed!

We were very pleased with the service we received when buying our first car from Buckeye Honda that we did not look anywhere else when it came to buy a second. The sales staff is very pleasant and we did not feel pressured at any time. The warranty's offered on both of vehichles are phenomonal. The service departmement is the best! My research done, I was referred to Buckeye Honda by the PenFed buying service, which indicated that Buckeye had the most competitive internet price for a new Honda Fit. My email inquiry was answered promptly by Kent Delong, who proceeded to be everything one would want in a car salesman: responsive, courteous, incredibly knowledgeable, and low-pressure. He worked with me to get a fair value for our trade and worked hard to find the hard-to-find model and color Fit I desired. He then drove the car to my place of employment and explained every aspect of its operation. The car was immaculate, even after the 2-hour drive from Lancaster. The deal was sealed in about an hour, and he drove our faithful old Toyota Sienna (without A/C!) away. The entire experience was a pleasure!

THERE WAS A BLEMISH IN THE PAINT WORK ON THE DRIVERS SIDE DOOR/FRAME. THE PAINT WAS FIXED.SO FAR THE SERVICE AND WORKMANSHIP IS GOOD. I WOULD SUGGEST A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER TO GO THERE. Austin was great to work with. He found us the vehicle we wanted, in the price range we were looking for. He actually found a better vehicle than we thought we could afford. We were looking for something with no more than 50,000 miles; he found us one with 25,000 at the price we wanted. They worked with us on getting a good trade-in price on our car, and great financing options. Buckeye Honda is a great bunch of people to work with and I'll continue to go back to them. Buckeye Honda was a great experience for my first time new car purchase of a 2011 Honda Pilot Ex-L. Jeremy was great and very responsive to the questions I had.
