I love this place. Booked my appointment for service via my smart phone. Picked a date, was informed by the website that that date was booked. Picked another date, then picked my time. Received a confirmation email, and a reminder email in the period before my visit. Way to go Buckeye Toyota!

I cannot say enough about Buckeye. Both times I have purchased through them they have made the process great. Wasn't happy with my second trade in price but they made it happen. Service area is a great group. Especially Ron Eaton. He made my time there easy since I was a little under the weather that day. Great great group of people to deal with.

I have been going to this dealership for the past 11 years for maintenance on my Toyota Camry which I purchased new in 2005. I have always been pleased with all work done on my car. I never felt like I was over charged for anything and the mechanical issue was always resolved the first time. The dealership is very clean and the waiting area well kept. Mechanics and staff are well trained.

In the last 3 months we have purchased 2 new vehicles from Buckeye Toyota, and this has been the best car buying experience we have ever had. We were treated like we were family, no pressure to purchase, and Tyler Baker is probably one of the best Salesmen I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. If you need a car, and you want it in a certain package or color, he will find it for you and he will work to make sure you have the best deal possible. Everything was excellent...1st place I went to and explained I was seriously looking around. No pressure, very cordial...went to one other place and went right back to Buckeye. Dustin sold me the car with Cory and Jeff in finance. Also got me a better rate that my credit union! Lifetime returner to Buckeye Toyota!

We recently bought a 2012 Infiniti GX25 and a 2012 Nissan Murano, so 2 used vehicles about 4 months apart. We had told the manager what we wanted and he kept his eye on the inventory and let us know whenever something that might fit the bill came on the lot. We received great attention and great follow up, even when there was an issue with tire rotation on one car about a week after purchase. I would recommend them to anyone.

After my first contact I felt every expectation was met. Follow up phone call were timely and not high pressure. The process was simple and streamlined. Both sales rep and management are knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Just purchased my second new vehicle from River Valley. Even though I had a new salesman for the latest purchase, he worked very hard to find the vehicle I wanted with all the bells and whistles that I wanted. I feel I got a fair price for my trade-in and a great price on the new RAV4. I have been bringing my car to River Valley for service for 7 years and love their work. Their Friends and Family discount also is a nice benefit of buying a car at this dealership.

HAD VERY GOOD SALESMAN,I AM VERY MUCH INFLUENCED BY THE SALESMAN, IF I DON'T LIKE THE WAY THEY TALK TO ME AND TREAT ME, I WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR AT THE DEALERSHIP, AND GOOD PRICE, WAS INTRODUCED TO EVERYONE AT THE DEALERSHIP, SO IF I WOULD EVER HAVE TO BRING THE CAR IN FOR ANY REASON... We bought our first brand new car last year from River Valley Toyota. Our salesman, Jeff Hartsaugh was excellent. We recently had an issue with a burn in the drivers seat, we also purchased Polysteel when we bought the car, so we have been in contact with them for that, Jeff has been very kind and helpful. Although I have not yet decided to trade my present vehicle, I do want to mention somewhat concerning my wife's and my recent visit to this dealership. We were really surprised by the friendliness and manner of presentation by this sales person. Straight forward answers on features, pricing, and comparison of selected vehicles in inventory. There was no high pressure sales pitch nor a feeling of compulsion to "get out of there". Wife and I were quite comfortable during our visit. We are presenting this review because the atmosphere at this dealership is very pleasing when compared to other dealers. I know because in the past I was a sales person at a local Chrysler dealership where various means of high pressure sales were exhibited and demanded. I didn't last long.
