I sure hope that the service job was better than the visual inspection. The windshield has a small crack in it, about 1/2 in., but it was not listed on the service report nor was anything said. I guess time will tell. They found things that they could charge for, and I sure appreciated that as we are leaving on a month long trip on Wednesday. Thanks Don Morin

The vehicle is 'new' ownership for me and I was interested in ascertaining the car's condition. Still in process of determining source of oil leak before dismantle of engine or other parts. Prudent process to minimize unnecessary repairs/replacement of parts.

Staff is always very frindly and accommodating. Price is on par with any local shop that I have found (at least for oil changes) waiting room is clean and comfortable. This is my second oil change here and I will make it my regular oil change shop, I drive a fusion SE. Thanks Guys (and gals)

I purchased a dodge magnum. All ford wants to do is oil changes. Anything else they want me to go to dodge even though I purchased extended warranty with ford. If you don't want to service dodges then don't offer warranties on them.

I have a 2015 Taurus that I have Had a lot of fuel pump problems with, Moses Lake Ford has done a good job fixing it. I am getting tired of going through the process of getting it fixed.I live 30 miles from Moses Lake,so it involves a trip over for diagnosis then another day for service and after three times it gets a little irritating.

What I liked about Bud Clary was their persistence. I had reached out to a couple of other dealerships and I didnt get the attention I needed from them. Kayla gave me her personal cell which I really liked and set up a meeting the next day after work hours. The first vehicle didn't work out for me price wise but they already had one on mind that was similar which I actually liked a lot more especially since it was in my price range. They weren't pushy, respected where I wanted to keep my monthly payments and appraised my trade in while I was test driving. The finance person ended up getting me a great deal when it came time to finance. Overall I would go again and recommend to others. The only drawbacks? They could use an area for kids to wait, maybe make it more warm and cozy. Also when they checked out my trade in they weren't careful about putting things back the way they were and some things got stuck and I just ended up leaving them behind (messy car problems). I think they could have gone down on the price especially after checking out the Kelly blue book, and the finance manager really tried to push the extras which I was not interested in at all. Also I noticed both vehicles I test drove were only a quarter tank full, a full tank would have been a nice thank you especially in the freezing temps. Overall I liked them, they were all friendly and helpful. Nice not to have to travel out of town as well and keep it local. Love my vehicle as well

I purchase a 2011 Nissan Frontier from the Pioneer store in Moses Lake November 15th. The staff was extremely helpful, didn't push and allowed me time to think over the purchase. Kayla and her sister were pleasant to work with; they knew the answers to my questions and perceptive on my feelings. It is hard to find a car dealership that will work with women without being patronizing, domineering or pushy. It is refreshing to know that we did not have to go out of town to find such service. Thank you!p.s. My daughter and I did get to go up to the mountains and try out the 4-wheel drive in the snow! Such a blast!

The staff is very friendly and nice. I had my tires rotated. I got my oil changed a while back and they rotated my tires and I had ask them not to do so. So I was bringing my vehicle back to get the tires rotated back. They need to be more careful on wiping the windows of the vehicle after washing. My windows were so streaked it was awful. Although I do appreciate them washing the vehicle for me.

I purchased a new 2015 F-250, 3 weeks and 840 miles later it was in the shop. not a great way to start a new purchase. Cindi (the service writer) took great care of me during the 3 weeks it was going to be in the shop. The parts to fix my new truck were almost a month out on back order. Cindi and Jake F.(the sales man) had great comunication with we and rented me a car to drive. I had a camping trip planned and Cindi rented a truck for me to pull my trailer with so my plans were not disrupted at all.. Moses lake ford did an AWESOME job in dealing with this. The parts arvied a week early and they rushed to get me back into my new truck. I want to thank them for going above and beyond. I have always been a dodge guy and the day my truck broke i really regreted buying a Ford. After Cindi and Jake took care of me I an very happy to know that customer service is alive and well at Moses Lake Ford.. You have a new customer for LIFE. Traded in a 2013 Honda Pilot for a 2010 Ford Escape. Described to Gabriel what we were looking for and he got right on it. No pressure but very helpful and accommodating.I felt like all of the staff was extremely polite and gave excellent expedient service. I would also like to mention Rudy and Kelsy who also helped us. I don't know who did the detailing on this car but it was excellent!I have bought bought 6 cars over the years from this local dealership,2 of them used and the rest brand new. I am a very satisfied customer!

The young lady that took care of the paperwork was very friendly and courteous. I will however not be taking advantage of the free car wash. My truck had spots all over it and my drivers side window, the window on the door behind my door and my left hand side back slider were damaged by the car wash machine (scratches and gouges I believe from whatever rotating devices may have touched my windows). I will point this out to you if you like. Other than this it was a really good experience.

The dealership needs to understand that THEY DO NOT SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT APPROVAL FROM THE CUSTOMER! Even if they "prefer" to perform the particular service within the first 30 days from sale, their preference may not necessarily work for the customer.

Came in to get my 2010 F-150 serviced. Walked around lot and took a 2015 for a test drive. These guys offered me a great price for trade and worked a deal with payments to fit my budget. Drove home with a brand new Ford F-150. Process was simple and the staff was great.

The staff was very helpful and made sure I was set on what I needed done and did an excellent job expediting the process. I was very pleased with the level of customer service that this team delivered and am very pleased to be a returning customer for all future oil changes. The only complaint (not a big one) Is the ability to get through the main telephone line. I ended up driving down and setting up an appointment face to face as I was unable to get through to service as no one answered on several occasions.

My wife and I bought a new f350 lariat. The staff at the Moses lake bud clary was extremely helpful finding the truck we wanted and were not pushy at all which is very hard to find at a dealership and I have walked out of a few because I didn't like the salesmans pushy attitudes,but these guys were great to deal with. I will definitely deal with them again and recommend other people to as well. They also followed up after we received the truck to make sure we were complete happy with it.

For the third time in three years, my Lug Nut KEY has turned up missing. I can only blame myself for not ensuring it is there after receiving service, However each time it has turned up missing, IT is after getting it serviced at a FORD Dealership. Not a pleasant feeling driving around knowing I can't change a flat if I had one due to a missing key. 2012 FORD Expedition Limited, Very helpful pleasant staff. Even so, I am not happy about the Missing Lug Nut Key!
