Jake at this dealer was amazing. He found the exact F350 Dually I wanted and we easily came to a great trade/sale price. This is a small dealership but in my 21 new cars purchases, this was by far the easiest and most friendly to deal with. Never any high pressure. I’m also now working with Jake on my second purchase!

We were very interested in a truck and my husband wanted to buy it but the bed and cab didn’t match and we asked if they could send it off to be painted to match before we drop $56k. They said they would so we thought it was in the process to be painted.. I, not my husband, was curious to know what other trucks they had of the kind we were interested in but newer and he thought I was meaning we weren’t interested in that truck anymore. I was just curious, not my husband. My husband was set on that particular truck and they sold it knowing we wanted to buy it.. it was Friday when we contacted them and wanted it and I called Monday (today) to get more of the process going and was told they sold it. Very poor salesmanship (Joseph) and lack of communication.

The basic experience just working with your sales reps was very good: They responded to my calls, called me back and tried to do the best they could for us. They were not pushy and I didn't feel like it was all about the bottom line.

I recently bought a new F-150 from Bud Cross Ford. The whole sales process was unlike my previous experiences... in a good way. Its a "at home" feeling, friendly people, and there is no pressure, I also brought it in for my first oil change (which was free) and the service advisor knew me by name. It made me feel special. I definitely recommend this place!
