Awesome service! Had a vehicle issue on Labor Day weekend traveling through Missouri and was towed to Bud Shell in Dexter. The service manager (Jason) was awesome and was able to get us a loaner vehicle so we could continue on our way while our Explorer could be repaired. Great customer service. If we lived closer would shop this dealership 😀

Thanks service department you always go above and beyond when servicing my F150 the multi point check saves me a lot of time making sure every thing is good and that's why I don't have no trouble down the road with no surprise mishaps like you see so often on the highways.

Everyone at BSF are so friendly and helpful. The waiting room is spotless, the restrooms are so tidy and clean; in general I'd give Bud Shell five stars for customer service!

The service was good they always tell us if more is needed just went in for oil change. And new tires but also took my granddaughters car in for oil change not brakes but they found other problems so they fixed it too all in the same day now remind you this is Bonnie not I like that they do help you out even if you don't under stand they explained all that had to be done so granddaughter is safe

I noticed that the technician put some type of sensors on all 4 wheels to check for alignment. Everything was fine, but I just wondered if he was going to do a wheel alignment without asking me first if the wheels were not aligned correctly. Sometimes, a person prefers to have an alignment done elsewhere.
