Everyone is friendly & helpful, especially Bob, the service manager.My car has been in for Navigation issues at least 7 times in 2 years.It never has worked correctly, but I don't blame the dealership, I blame the vendor.Like the dealership, HATE MY EDGE!!!!

I have always had fantastic experiences with the service department at Smail Mercedes, and this past one is at the top of the list. They were extremely accommodating with my schedule, even opening early and giving me a ride back to my place of business when my own arrangements fell through. They had my vehicle finished prior to the committed time, and although it subsequently required additional work, they were able to complete that in a timely fashion as well...all in the middle of reconstruction to the main center that had the staff working out of trailers. I very much appreciate all of their hard work, dedication, and commitment to customer service!

This was my first service experience at Smail Mercedes. The team did a fine job and completed the agreed upon work on time.I did rate the facilities poor as the dealership is working through a complete renovation and at this time the operation is being managed from construction trailers.

Dealer personnel are courteous, helpful, willing to listen to and answer questions pertaining to my C-300. If an answer to my inquiry isn't immediately known, the service personnel promptly find the answer for me. After being serviced, my car is always washed and vacuumed which I appreciate. This is the second car that I've purchased from Smail Automotive Group. My first, a 2008 Mazda Miata was my first experience with Smail. My Mazda Service Advisor provided me with superior service and I can honestly say that was a large factor in me purchasing a Mercedes-Benz from Smail and really not considering "shopping" other M-B dealerships.

Although I hated to hear the news of what was needed to repair the steering on my F-150 truck, I was confident that I was in good hands. My service advisor, Bob presented options and recommendations and kept me informed throughout the process. Since the repair took longer than anticipated due to part availability and receiving a defective part, Bob arranged a loaner vehicle which was a huge help.I think Bob is an effective communicator and is a good ambassador for the dealership.

Got stuck on road w/old car on our way to see the kids for a family celebration. Driving from St. Louis to NJ and the Transmission went. Not only did your service department graciously agree to take the car immediately (given our circumstances) they were incredibly fast & efficient. Unfortunately, given the age & mileage of my old car it wasn't worth fixing. Amazingly you guys not only took it in trade (at a very fair price) you were able to secure a reasonable loan for a newer used car (never giving up despite my less than stellar credit) and got me & my wife into a great 2013 Nissan Altima that we couldn't be happier with. You guys were dedicated, professional,courteous and unrelenting in helping us out. you went way above & beyond and we are truly grateful. Could not possibly have had a better experience especially given the circumstances. Thanks so much. I would gladly recommend your dealership to anybody!

I dropped my bmw 328xdrive off after hours without an appointment when my blower on the heater/defroster stopped working that evening. Gary at the service center called me first thing the next morning for details about the problem. He was able to replace the motor on the blower the same day. Furthermore Gary went out of his way and tracked down my extended warranty for me. He kept me updated on the progress of the car throughout the day. Gary is great !!

The dealers at Bud Smail Mercedes Benz are always quick and efficient. We can usually close a deal in less than 2 hrs, paperwork and all. They are polite and knowledgeable and everyone --from service to supervisors--are incredibly helpful, courteous and efficient. The service department is a standout, too. Always willing to help me with a loaned vehicle and service never takes more than a day.

Everything was perfect. Mike in service is very knowledgeable, accommodating and interacts well with me. Quality service also makes me choose Smail Mercedes for all my needs. This place and the people are the BEST! Stan Petrigac is also excellent in sales. I don't like your idea of a scheduler. She doesn't understand what I am requesting besides setting up the appointment. I prefer speaking with a person in that department about what I need. You are wrong if you think that this position saves time or better organizes because, unless she has worked in the service, repair or any other departments, she is wasting my time and yours.

I called at 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning. My car wouldn't start, Bob in Ford service, calmed me down, looked up my car history, gave me the number of Zurich insurance company and told me he would take care of my car when I arrived at Smails. He took care of getting my car serviced and made sure everything was done. He was extremely helpful and I truly appreciate it!

I usually only deal with Mike Griffith who has always proven to be excellent and knows my SLK as well as I do. This last visit to the dealer was last minute on a Saturday and Mike was not in so I worked with Ed. Ed proved to be very knowledgeable and gave me great confidence in his abilities to diagnose the problems with my 14 year old car. The service is what keeps me coming back to the dealer as I have for over a dozen years. This great service also is why I am purchasing yet another new car from Bud Smail Mercedes Benz. Have had my vehicle repaired twice at Snail Mercedes and was beyond satisfied both times. It starts with an excellent scheduler who is very easy to talk to and accommodating. A loaner vehicle was offered which I did use the first time. Very nice when you do not have time to wait. Service staff and mechanics are top notch and couldn't have been happier. Great service all of the way through the process and would without a doubt highly recommend to anybody else!

It has been years since my SLK 350 has been serviced. It is used as a good weather and travel vehicle so it is in the garage most of the time. I started to have transmission problems and also ESP codes (so that I couldnt use the cruise control. Several of my friends take their cars to Bud Smail so I decided try them. I have just moved into the area from California. Ed in service had a loaner vehicle ready for me and the check in process was a breeze. The vehicle was fixed in a few days, however I had problems again with the ESP. Ed immediately told me that he would fix the problem, he sent a loaner car to my house, picked up my car and returned the car to my house (without any additional charges).

I recently purchased a new Mazda from Smail. It was overall a great experience. The salesmen, Bill Cline in particular, was very easy to deal with. He was laid back and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond for everything, including helping to clean out my old car. Smail as a whole is a dealership that cares about the customer, even after the sale. Ive had 2 followups since the purchase. Very satisfied and will definitely return in the future.

I have now purchased two cars off of Mark Pelchen in less than a year and he is a wealth of knowledge on MB. Both vehicles were ordered from the factory and Mark kept me up on the details along the way. I also had the chance to interact directly with Stan Petrogac and both were more than fair on pricing and were straight-forward and fun to deal with. I have always been a BMW fan but the sporty approach that MB has taken has won me over and I will be back to Smail for my next MB purchase as well.

On to top of being 52 years old I have some dealership experience from the other side of the desk. My salesman Martin impressed me completely with his knowledge and staight forward approach to selling me this car, especially considering his young age. Very friendly and easy to connect with, Confidant but not pushy or overly confidant. All in all I would highly recomend him and the dealership to anyone shopping. His boss, the same way, down to the title clerk doing the paperwork. All very proffessional yet fleindly and welcoming
