Purchased a car a little over a month ago and it did not come with the remote just a regular key which I know is not right and now I have a flat tire with locked lugs and no lug key to remove it. They say certified and yeah now I feel like they're certified to lie. 167 point inspection well you need to do 169 point inspection and make sure all necessary accessories are in place 2

The worst dealership I have ever dealt with, I had a bad experience in the site and I wrote my review according to the frustration and disappointment I had, their customer service called me and was very polite and offered me compansation, means he admit how bad they were Then they wrote a review telling me that I have to be clear when putting my cars specifications, which is not true What happened is that they offered me a very low and unfair price for my car when selling according to the market price, almost 25% of the real value, and to trade in I realized that they are over the market price around 30% higher Bad dealership, advice don't sell your car their, sell it in the Facebook market place, might take longer but you'll get the fair price for your car
