I just celebrated my one year anniversary of owing my Kia Soul and Kia Sportage. A year ago my family and I visited Bulldog to inquire about the Soul. Mr. Jonathan Pace met us on the lot with a big smile and handshake as he introduced himself. His personality was so upbeat that you knew he loved his job and the vehicles he sold. I am 65 years old and have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime but have never had a better experience than my experience with Jonathan. I went there seeking information about the Soul, which I fell in love with immediately. Jonathan new all the answers to my questions. (Which is more than I can say of other car salesmen). Before I left I had not only purchased a Soul but also a Sportage. If it wasn't for Jonathan, I doubt I would have purchased a single care let alone two. Jonathan has been very accommodating and attentive not only during the purchasing of these vehicles but also each and every time either one of these vehicles went back for a checkup and oil change. When I am ready to buy another vehicle I plan on going to Bulldog Kia and ask for Jonathan Pace. If you want a wonderful, no pressure car buying experience, I recommend you go see Jonathan.

My car buying experience was awesome. Ms. Sierra Bowman was my saleslady. We had talked before I made the trip to Bulldog Kia and she asked about what I was interested in. The day I met with her she had a beautiful blue 2016 Kia Optima sitting out front of the building with a paper in the window that read "Reserved for Katie Phillips". Although I didn't buy the Optima I did buy a Steele Blue 2016 Forte 5. She listened to my needs and wants, lower payments and blue and the car I preferred. Always with a beautiful smile and always listening to to me to make sure I had the ultimate buying experience. And I did. I recommend Ms. Sierra Bowman to anyone who wants to be heard when it comes to buying your next car. The whole staff at Bulldog Kia went above and beyond what I expected.

My experience with Bulldog Kia in Athens has been an awesome one. My first experience was great when I bought my 2010 Sportage but when I decided to trade it in I got the most amazing Saleslady. Her name is Ms. Sierra Bowman. She not only listened to my needs (like lower payments) but also my preferences like the color and type of car. When I showed up for my appointment with her she met me with a beautiful smile. In the window of a beautiful blue 2016 Optima was a sign that said Reserved For Katie Phillips. I knew then she had listened to my need and wants. She was always professional with a smile. And I didn't get the Optima but I did get a 2016 Kia Forte 5. Which was my favorite and in Steel Blue. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone who will do all she can to put you into what your wants and needs are. A great lady who happens to be a saleslady at Bulldog Kia.

I bought my 2015 Kia Sorento on January 30th of this year and have had it in for it's scheduled routine service 3 times. All three times, the service has been wonderful but the complimentary car wash they provide has been absolutely horrible. If you can't wash it correctly and wash the entire car, don't wash it at all. This last time the roof had not been washed, the side mirrors had not been washed and the vehicle had dirty areas the size of grapefruits all over where they missed. In addition, they put the tire shine on three tires and forgot the fourth. And finally, two of my valve stem covers were not put back on after my tires were rotated....Please get someone who knows how to wash a vehicle :-)

The entire buying process was so pleasant. Even the owner came out to talk with us; He was casual and no pressure. Two service people assisted my wife with setting up her phone to the voice command and the satellite radio. My wife worked with two different sales people during her visits, Sam Bush and Jason Brown. Both gentlemen were great. Jason was the salesperson that showed the car we purchased. We could not have asked for better service. Jason was knowledgeable about the vehicle, but was attentive to my wife's vehicle preferences. We wholeheartedly recommend Bulldog Kia and Jason Brown.

Bulldog Kia is the place to go if you want great customer service paired with an awesome buying experience. My husband and I just bought our very first car from Bulldog Kia. To say we were nervous and unsure is an understatement. We figured that we would be an easy target for car sales people since we are young and not experienced in this area. We were SO pleased to have gone to Bulldog Kia and worked with Denorris. He truly made our first car buying experience so stress free and was never pushy. He let me express my opinions on what I wanted and never tried to steer us in a direction that we did not want to go. Many of the other car dealers we visited tried to push us to buy a car that we really could not afford. Denorris was very respectful of our budget and was willing to work with us. He and the other members of Bulldog Kia went above and beyond to be sure that we were completely happy, even after we purchased our car. I just love the fact that I can call anyone if I have any questions or concerns and I know that they are going to be honest and sincere in trying to help us. Regarding my 30k service yesterday, I have only compliments for Beau Wegmann. He is always courteous and helpful. Please let David and John know about an incident this summer when I rushed in with the tire pressure light on very early one morning on my way to Atlanta. I assumed I just needed air in a tire (in a hurry since I had to be at the Atlanta courthouse for a hearing.) Beau found a nail in the tire in a non-repairable spot; we discussed my need to get to Atlanta and Beau got the tire replaced for me "faster than a speeding bullet!" And, I might add, I had no appointment and the service area was already packed. He is your Superman in your service department! As a person who is very loyal, I commend you on having (and keeping!) Beau. He is one of the reasons I will choose Bulldog Kia should I buy another car in the future! Another good asset at Bulldog Kia; Jonathan Pace didn't sell me my Kia but I did ask him to be on the lookout for a small used pickup for me. He called, I came, I bought. And every time I visit for any reason, Jonathan seeks me out for a pleasant little visit. Many thanks again and kudos to Beau Wegmann.

Took my 2010 Sedona to BullDog Kia.for an Oil Change. Received quick professional service from all personnel,(service writer-Beau, service mgr-David). Owner of dealership even came over to me in the waiting area and ask if I was being taken care of. I was impressed how much they care about a customer. This was only my second visit since changing from another dealership for service. They made me feel like they wanted my business and they do everything with class to earn it. Our daughters went to put her backpack in the back of our Kia Sorrento, but couldn't lift the hatchback. It turns out both pistons had broken. After school, on impulse, we drove over to Bulldog Kia. Not only did they have the parts in-stock, they were included in our warranty, AND the service department replaced them on the spot. To top things off, the girls were able to munch on popcorn while they waited! Everyone was friendly and helpful. We are grateful! Thanks for a great experience AND a great vehicle!

I have a new Kia Sorento that I call my "granny mobile". I love the third row of seats for the grandson! However, I have had three instances where the "tire pressure icon" has displayed on the control panel. The first time my husband checked the air pressure and indeed the air pressure was low on two tires so he inflated them. The second time occurred right as I was leaving town for a concert in Atlanta. I turned around on 316 and drove to the dealer. They checked the air pressure and inflated a tire in just a few minutes so I could make my concert. THEN on July 13th as I was leaving town again, the icon came on! This time I had time for the service department to really look into the situation. They listened patiently to my frustration with this issue and then examined each tire and found one with a piece of junk in it. They replaced the tire quickly and I was on my way. I appreciate the service department's work in both instances very much and recommend this service department to everyone.

I called to schedule an oil change appt. while I was out running errands one day, and Bulldog Kia made one for me. I got done early so I called to see if they could take me early, and they did. This was my first oil change for my new 2015 Kia Sportage. They periodically send you coupons for maintenance work, and they usually include a free car wash. I dropped my baby off and went next door to Sams to shop, came back, and it was almost done. Maybe 30 minutes, and they washed my car. I had asked them to vacuum it instead of wash it, but that message didn't make it to the car cleaning folks. Anyway, everyone was friendly and I was in and out early. I had a nice experience!

Justin Gray and the rest of the associates at Bulldog Kia made our car buying experience a real pleasure. There was no pressure to buy, and Justin went out of his way to show us a variety of vehicles. We were very pleased with the whole experience. There was a small mixup with the paperwork which was quicly straightened out. After driving Chevrolet and Dodge automobiles for the last 35 years, I am very happy with the Kia Forte we chose and with the dealership we chose it from. I had also heard a lot of commercials for Bulldog Kia on the radio station I listen to which is one of the reasons we elected to go there. We were also referred by a friend who had recently purchased a vehicle from there. If I need another vehicle somewhere down the road, it will come from Bulldog Kia.

The Parts department has excellent staff members. When I ordered the parts for my car, I was called to pick them up in just a few days. While I was there, I asked them if they could squeeze me in for an oil change. They squeezed me in and did the change, then washed my car as a free extra. I enjoy bringing my Rio in for oil changes and regular service. They tell me what is due soon without feeling pressured. I keep my car maintained for travel, and I feel comfortable with the staff and process. A staff member describes the bill and work, then walks with you to the payment desk to be sure everything is correct. The car wash with an oil change are a nice bonus too.

I have used the Bulldog Kia service department for maintenance and repairs on my 2011 Sorento since purchasing it. Each time, the customer service has been outstanding. You have a personal rep to work with, who keeps you informed of progress on your vehicle. They thoroughly discuss any issues with you. I got a few nice surprises, such as a free oil change and car wash. They keep my vehicle up to date on any recall notices. I feel confident driving my car after the Bulldog folks look it over. And it looks better after the free wash! I will continue to use them for my maintenance and repairs. And, the waiting area is nice, too.

This is a clean, well run operation. the service is terrific and they are responsive and polite. The labor charge is high, even for dealers. While other Kia dealers charge as low as $80/hour, Bulldog Kia, perhaps feeling they have a monopoly in the market, charges $120/hour. I have never been disappointed with their work or their attitudes, and cost is the only thing that would dissuade me from going there. They will work with you though--the last time I was there and expressed the price was too high for a repair and I would take my car elsewhere, they came back with a lowered price which was a pretty good deal. i would recommend this shop to anyone, but be aware that one of the reason they have so may 5 star reviews is that they give customers a free oil change if they rate them at a perfect score.

A Monday morning doctor's appointment and the car won't start! Not the way one wants to start off the week! Used my Roadside Service, even though I was actually still in my driveway, called Beau at the service department, explained my predicament, and he assured me that even though they were pretty busy on this particular Monday morning, they would take care of me in a timely manner so I could make my re-scheduled doctor's appointment that afternoon. My car was due for service (oil change) which I had on my "to do list" - to schedule that very day. As promised, they checked the battery and even though it checked out okay after I had driven it to the dealership, which built it up, a new battery was recommended. They even did my oil change service and washed my beautiful red "carriage" !! Great job, thanks.

I went to Bulldog Kia Wednesday and wanted to look at the new Soul for my wife. She had no idea I was going to be looking for her but I knew what color she wanted. I met my salesman Brian Thomas and from the time he approached me getting out of my car, he was great to work with. He got me the payment I wanted and he even found the exact color that my wife wanted. Because of his hard work, I was able to surprise her with her new 2014 Kia Soul!! I will definitely be telling all of my friends about my experience at Bulldog Kia!!

We bought a new 2009 KIA Sorento in August 2010, with 12 miles on the odometer after we did a test drive. We love this KIA, It has given us thousands of miles of worry-free cross-country driving since that time. We are big travelers, and have never had a minutes trouble from our KIA -- except when we had to replace the battery when we were in Cohokia, IL -- but all batteries need replacing after many miles in the road. The service department at KIA is the best we have ever worked with - and we have owned, Buicks, Chevrolets, Pontiacs, Nissans, Toyotas, and Dodges over many years. We give Bulldog KIA an A+. We are now approaching 100,000 miles driven in our current KIA and, of course, we will eventually trade it for another KIA. This dealership has always treated us with fairness and professionalism, listening to all our concerns and keeping our vehicle in tip-top shape. And I do not mind waiting for service due to the nice waiting area with coffee, popcorn, TV, and up-to-date magazines. Of course it helps that they don't dawdle and get the needed maintainance in a reasonable length of time.

Jamie went out of his way to get me the correct car with the options I wanted and the best financing arrangement possible. Nobody at Bulldog made me feel like I 'had to buy today' to get their best deal. They all genuinely seemed to want my business AND to start a long-term relationship. Another great service department visit. I am always pleased with the service I receive at Bulldog. I have purchased two cars from them so I seem to see there service department every 3 or 4 months. I always wait for my car while it is being serviced. I should be used to it, but it surprises me every time they come to let me know that my car is ready. How can they do a service that fast?? I don't know, but they do! Within a day or two of the service visit, I get a call from them to see how the car is doing. I have bought many vehicles in my life and have had more visits to service departments than I would care to remember. Bulldog Kia is the only dealership that has ever done this. They truly care about their customers and the service they get.

I lost my credit rating , due to the fact I was unable to work. After being shot in Viet Nam I worked 35 years, and then problems from my injuries took me out of the work force. It took 18 months to get my disability, so I had no income and could not pay my bills. I went to 4 dearlships after receiving my disability and they turned me down. when I went to Kia they found a way to work with me and I bought a new 2009 Kia Sorento. I did all my service at Kia, because I am not good at working on cars. In 2012 I traded my Sorento for a new Sorento and still doing all my up keep at Kia. My 2012 is getting close to 50,000 miles, so in September I will be getting ready to buy a 2015 Kia. Everyone from the sales force to customer service and service department has treated me with respect, this was not the case at the other places in Athens. I want to thank everyone at Kia for their treatment and kindness.

The people were very attentive, and a joy to work with. They answered all my questions. Made me feel at home about my choose. The only problem I have is that I drove the car off the lot and the air didn't work. When I took it back to be repaired I had to foot the bill.

I took my 2013 Kia Sorento in for service to repair the interior lighting and backup camera. It took a couple days to get parts in and replace but it finally got fixed! Ask for them to check interior lighting whenever it's getting serviced so you can get it fixed quickly without having to wait.

I posted earlier about an issue with Bulldog Kia and getting my truck detailed. After the Manager I dealt with heard of the problem that I had, he called me. He took care of my issues; he was very concerned and did everything to take care of the problems. The staff was always very nice and caring. The waiting area is comfortable, and has everything you need while you wait. Maybe it was just a bad day, we all have them. I was very surprised to hear from them after the problem and that they were taking care of them. I will return to Bulldog Kia and will tell my friends and family about them. Anytime I get an oil change it is fast and easy. Although I always try to schedule an appointment, last week, it was raining and we were heading to the mountains after lunch for the weekend. I decided to go ahead and get four new tires and WOW! they fit me in without an appointment that morning and I was in and out of there in no time at all. Traded in a Ford expedition for a used Suburban they had. When I came back for trade, forgot to get my tag off. When I called back they said they would look for it. We didn't have time for truck to be detailed that day we were going out of town, made an appointment to bring back. When I did it took three hours, when I went out to look at it, my kids could have done that good. I was very disappointed. Seth had them come back out and go over it again, but was not a good job. When I got home I looked under the floor mats and they did not vacuum under them. Not the place for cleaning. Very nice people, just make sure car is cleaned first. Not to mention no one could show me an inspection on this truck. We have a few problems. Just be careful.

My wife and went to purchase a 2012 certified pre-owned Sorento SX(10k miles)on December 19, 2013. We couldn't get the deal done on Friday. However, on Saturday the 20th we got a phone call with some changes and we were able to come to an agreement. We knew after the test drive Friday the sound system needed repair and the tire pressure light was on. We were told the parts were on order for the radio and the tire light was probably just low pressure. During the purchase the salesperson Chris was very helpful and the overall purchase experience was good. That was the end of the good experience. I guess I should have known where we were headed when I got home to see the new car. I had to work on the 20th so my wife had to pick it up by herself. Much to my chagrin when I arrived home I got in the car and noticed not only was the radio not repaired, the tire light was still on but now the gas light was on. My wife informed me the radio parts didn't come in and that the tire light was not addressed and to my utter disbelief they did not send her home with a full tank of gas! I know it's not required but I have never paid that much for a car when the dealer didn't fill the tank up. While I was at the gas station I checked the tire pressure and filled the tires(that car owner 2, Bulldog Kia 0). ... Moving forward to our trip to NC on 12.26. During the trip their was a rattling that started. When I pulled over I found the black trim under the nose of the car had come loose on the driver side by the tire and rubbed itself against the tire creating the rattling. When I investigated a little more I noticed that of the 6 holes that hold the nose trim on there were only two bolts in place! To bring it all together today I go in to the service dept today top get the original sound system repair done with an open mind and a hopeful heart. I explain to the service dept adviser(nice young man) the problem with the sound system and the newly discovered problems with the usb port(not working) and the nose trim that was loose and I also mentioned the oversight of the gas when we took the car.I left the car and returned around 5:45 at which time I was told the sound system was repaired, the gas was just an unfortunate situation and then it gets good... He told me it looked like to them I hit something to damage the trim even though there is no damage of any where except for where the trim rubbed the tire(IT'S A MIRACLE, LOCALIZED DAMAGE IN A WHEEL WELL!!!) Then for a finale- The USB port I was informed really doesn't work it's just a sales tool by KIA to draw people in and that it will work if I'm willing to buy the $30 cord from KIA. When I explained that I had KIA's before as rentals and the USB port worked fine with a standard cord in multiple vehicles he didn't know what to tell me. In closing, I now have to take it to a different dealer and try and get the repairs done to the USB and hope to appeal to their good nature since I didn't buy the vehicle from them and they don't know the condition the vehicle was in. I am going to send this to the GM at Bulldog KIA and I will post my results here. As an aside- We LOVE the car, it's great but right now I've got a very bad taste in my mouth over this dealers unwillingness to do the right thing.

It is always a surprise when I am notified that my car is ready. How can it be done so quickly? Another great service they have is an area to set up a computer and connect with wifi. I bought a Kia Soul, new, from Bulldog Kia. They sent me a coupon for an oil change at a lesser cost and free tire rotation, which I lost, so they refused to honor it. I feel they could have easily looked me up in the computer and realized I did buy my car there, etc., but I was told that I had to have the actual coupon or I was out of luck. So, then I learned that I needed my tires rotated, which would cost me extra, of course, and I refused that service. I went somewhere else and had it all done for $19.95 and everything is good. When I took the survey on line for Bulldog Kia, and complained, they responded by sending me a coupon for an oil change, etc., for which they put an ad in the paper that was even cheaper the next week! Thanks a bunch, no thanks.

They were quick to let me know that there was 1 car in front of me but that it would be handled quickly! Our first oil change and check up on the 2014 AWD Kia Sorento was not only prompt and EXACTLY on time but so quick we barely had time to become interested a TV program which was playing in the customer lounge as we munched our free popcorn settling in. Bulldog KIA in Athens, Ga is the place to take your Kia for service. The repair staff is courteous and competent. The customer waiting area is comfortable with lots of coffee (for us) and popcorn (for the kids) and a large screen TV with HGTV (for the wife). I bought my first kia from Bull dog Kia in 2005 a Kia van which was a wonderful ( and pretty ) vehicle for my needs at that time- Bulldog Kia service team reminded me of service visits which helped in my busy life. Never had any problems with the van - but decided was time for a new car in 2012 and bought the Kia Optima from Bulldog Kia- again a wonderful car and enjoyed it greatly - but decided when went in for service visit last week to test drive some SUV's - I decided on the Kia Sportage smaller sportier SUV after test driving it I was sold it is perfect for me- the salesman and sales manager and finance manager were not pushy and I was on my way with my new SUV same day within 3 hours. I would and have recommended Bulldog Kia to everyone- They are a great team form the salesmen to the managers and service dept!

We are now on our 5th Kia. Always excellent service and support. Sam Rivera and Beau Wegmann are great! Looking forward to the arrival of the 2014 Soul. Our first was a 2002 Optima. We just let it go after two kids in high school and college used it. We bought a Forte Koup (Awesome) to replace it for the college senior. But from that time on 2003 Sedona, 2007 Sorento, 2012 Sedona and now 2013 Forte Koup they have been the most dependable cars I have every owned. It has been several months since I bought my first vehicle at Bulldog. My wife and I were driving around Athens looking a new vehicles. Bulldog Kia was the last dealership that we visited. The Optima caught our eye so we looked at it and did a test drive. We both liked the car immediately even though I had some reservations about a Hybrid vehicle, The salesman (Steve White) answered all of the questions and then took me to meet the service manager where more questions were answered. I drove away that day in a new Kia Optima Hybrid. A few months later, we found that we were going to need another vehicle so we went straight back to Bulldog and sought out Steve White. This time we were looking for something a little smaller. Steve showed us the Kia Rio and again we both liked the car so we bought one. This was the second vehicle that we bought from Bulldog within six months. We have had both cars serviced several time now and can't be any happier with the service department. It is very easy to schedule a service appointment. I have used both the Bulldog web site and the phone for scheduling service. I have used the after hours drop off and I have gone in and had the service performed. while I waited. Every time I had service it surprised me how quickly it was completed. Bulldog Kia is really a great place to do business and when I am in the market for another vehicle, believe me when I say that Bulldog will be my first stop!!

We have been pleased with Bulldog Kia from the day we purchased our new 2009 KIA Sorento until the present. We always get our scheduled maintenance work done at Kia's service department and they always do a great job. All customers are made welcome and comfortable while waiting for the service to be finished, which is always done in a timely manner. All my questions have been listened to carefully and answered respectfully. Service after the sale (which was a pleasant experience, too), is so important to us. We have also used the KIA dealership in Prescott Valley, AZ after a long 2500 mile trip there from Athens,. They changed our oil and rotated tires so we would be ready for our return trip after a two month stay in the sunny west. In 2009 I bought a Sorento, which I absolutely LOVED! In 2012 I began to have some medical problems and was not able to climb up into the vehicle or "hop" down as easily. When I took my Sorento in for it's maintenance I was given a letter saying they (KIA) was looking for quality Sorento's for resale. I asked one of the sales people what kind of deal they would give me on my Sorento. I then bought a Sportage, which while still in the "SUV" line, is a smaller one. It is easier to get in and out of, so for my medical issues it is a better alternative. I really loved my Sorento and NEVER would have traded it had I not been having medical issues. I still miss my Sorento but the 2013 Sportage is a decent alternative. The dealership is like a family atmosphere where the staff always recognizes me and speaks whenever I come in. I have never (knock wood) had ANY problem with either of my KIA's, other than the maintenance. The service department is amazing also. They answer any questions I have and are highly efficient. The entire staff make me feel very comfortable and confident. If I ever do need another car it will be a KIA, but as I no longer drive long distances (my care is 11 months old and has 4850 miles) I will probably have this one until death do us part!

I take my '06 Sadona in for service and/or repairs. The service department is by far the best I have EVER EXPERIENCED. They are prompt, professional and know how to correct any problem the van seems to have. They listen to my concerns. Beau always works me in if there is an emergency. I usually wait for any service of the van so I have a chance to observe the salesmen. They are always very professional and friendly and care about each and every customer.. One thing that stands out with me is that are all Christian.

I bought my 2012 KIA Forte last December.I needed a reliable fuel efficient vehicle for my on the road job related travels and Bulldog Kia has most diffently delivered.My Forte is awesome!!It gets about 500 miles to the tank full expressway miles.I have driven it for about 35,000 miles this year alone with not a single problem.They have done all of the oil changes and stayed on top of the routine scheduled maintenance and I'm very satisfied.Excellent Service department and sales staff.I will buy my next car from Bulldog Kia and I recommend them to everyone.

Even though my Kia Optima was not purchased here, the service department and process was very good. They were able to accommidate me with a quick early morning appointment for server and also communicated that Kia had advise that the ECM needs a flash upgrade. They performed that while I was there. When I requested the purpose of the ECM upgrade, I was quickly given the technical bulletin that explain that sometime an incorrect error code might occur even though no problem existed (at least that is how I read it). I had initiatlly not been happy about Kia when they refused to replace my squeeling front brake pads after 11,900 miles. The reason was I was outside the 12 month warranty period by 6 month (regardless of the low mileage). Bulldog recommended I call Kia and I appreciated being informated of that avenue of escalation. It didn't do my any good, but it was a shot. Kia bad, not Bulldog. I did later get a Kia gift card for $100 service, but I don't believe that was because of my call. And of course, this amount will not fully cover getting my front pads replaced. Since replacing pads is relatively easy, I now at least have two options (me or Bulldog).

My experience at Bulldog KIA was nothing short of awesome! I bought a 2013 KIA Optima. My car salesman, Austin Hammond was full of energy and fun to work with. He showed every car I wanted to see and also let my father and I test drive them. He was really funny and down to earth. I told him what I could afford and that it what he showed me. My dad loved the dealership, so much that he is thinking about buying a 2014 KIA Cadenza.The paperwork was fast and harmless and they gave me exactly what I asked for when it came to the amount of my payments per month. Every time I have brought my 2012 Kia Optima into Bulldog Kia for maintenance service, I have been treated to the best customer service I have experienced in the auto service business. When I arrive, Beau Wegman makes sure that my car is attended to quickly with the best care with a thorough inspection. I can schedule my appointment on-line, I get a confirmation through email, and they take of servicing my vehicle quickly while I'm there. The waiting area is very pleasant with comfortable seating, nice HD television, free wi-fi and coffee. While I'm waiting I'm always greeted by an enthusiastic Steven White who sold me my Optima, and he remembers my name more than a year after selling me the vehicle. The sales rep. listened to me, asked me questions about my needs, likes, dislikes, etc. Then he recommended the perfect car for my needs. No pressure. No games. The buying experience was truly refreshing. I have since had my car serviced at this dealership for everything including routine oil changes. Why? Because the service department is simply outstanding. Their prices are competitive, and their service is unparalleled in this area. I am greeted warmly, served quickly, and my car is returned to me washed, cleaned and with the exact repair/maintenance I needed. No surprise charges....ever. The car is just as impressive. I have to admit that I have not returned to Bulldog Kia for service since the team suggested replacing my whole taillight assembly when all I needed was a bulb several years ago. But, I had an airbag light on, which was a computer issue that could not be handled at home or by my regular service team. Well, after a wait of only an hour and a half and a fee of less than a hundred dollars to hook my car up to a computer and analyze the code, I was informed that I needed a new part that would cost $1200 and take most of a day's work to complete. I was also provided with a handy list of other $100-$500 items your team would be happy to assist me with. Fortunately, your service department was kind enough to give me the part number so I could find that it is available for a retail price of about $900, which would save me $300 if I needed it. Thank goodness I could show you guys how to save your customers a few dollars! However, it turns out I didn't need the part after all! I also got enough information from the service technician to go home and Google the problem on my own -- and it turns out that it was a common and low-cost fix, not a cumbersome and expensive hassle! With the information your tech gave me, I was able to find several discussions online about how the problem I was experiencing could simply be a code-error caused by low battery voltage and not by a faulty part after all! All I had to do was ask your technicians to change the battery and reset the codes! After I told them how to fix my car, it worked like a charm. Thanks for giving me the information I needed to do the research and save me so much money on repairs I didn't need! The battery and wiper blades your team worked on for a total of about two and a half hours were installed perfectly. And since it took so very long to accomplish these tasks and ultimately cost about $300 at the end of the day, I can only assume these tasks were performed better than I could do them myself.

I bought my KIA 18 months ago and it has been a great car. I used the service department for all the scheduled maintenance and they have been great at getting the car back to me quickly. My wife has been a Toyota fan for years and was looking at a new one but I convinced her to stop in and look at the new KIA lineup. She was very impressed with the cars but even more impressed with the way she was treated at the dealership as compared to her treatment down the street where she has been a customer for almost 20 years. She now has a new 2014 KIA and loves it.

I had the best visit with the service department recently. Zach Cope was the BEST. I don't think I have ever received such great service from a dealership before. The service department is OUTSTANDING, and we appreciate all of the hard work from the entire department (especially Zach an Beau). They always do exactly what they say they will do and help to ensure that all customers are as satisfied as possible. I went to Bulldog Kia to trade in my old car and buy a new Optima, Austin Hammond my Sales Rep was excellent to work with. He new all the features and went over in detail each one with me. Once I found the one I liked Steve and Steve helped me get the trade in I wanted along with setting up my financing. This didn't take long and was the best experience I have had buying a new car anywhere. The entire staff was friendly and made you feel like a "customer" the picture at the end of my deal with Austin was the best part and showed real customer service at world class level. I will be returning to Bulldog Kia when I want to buy again and will also recommend to all my friends and relatives to buy there when they are in the market for a car. Great work and excellent dealership.

I bought a Kia Sorento from Bulldog Kia in July 2011 Claudio, Wendell, & James in sales and financing were great! Easiest time I've ever had purchasing a new car. They care about you and are always willing to go the extra mile in customer satisfaction. Their Service Department is also top of the line, they're the best and most efficient I've ever dealt with. When I get ready for a new Kia Bulldog Kia are the only Dealer I'll put my trust in for the best of everything from sales to service. Actually I went in there to talk with them about advertising on the Radio and was so impressed with them I bought a vehicle and yes they did advertise on WLOV in Washington. Even though I'm now retired I still drop by to visit and have my vehicle services and they're always friendly and very caring about their friends and customers. . .

Had an appointment with Bull Dog Kia but I arrived earlier than the appointment and they took my car right in. The attendant was Zach Cope . Very courteous and friendly young man. + I will call him the next time I need service from Bull Dog Kia.

I HAD BROUGHT MY 2014 KIA SORENTO IN FOR ITS FIRST OIL CHANGE, everyone was nice and made sure we were comfortable while we waited. Our wait time was about 30 minutes.

My husband and I own a Kia Optima, and were glad when Bulldog Kia opened in Athens. We have our Optima serviced here, and my husband mentioned something about getting a second key for our car. When we got there, he asked for Sam, and we discovered that we would qualify for a new Kia Rio. That made us very happy, because I thought we could only get a used car. He and the whole team were very friendly, and helpful in making it possible. They answered any questions we had, and cleaned up, and filled the car up with gas. This is the best experience I have had in buying a car, and we will definitely tell our friends and family to buy from Bulldog Kia, and ask for Sam.

Just had my oil changed, and tires rotated, and I was very pleased with the service. Beau let me know what was going on, and answered all my questions. Didn't feel like I was just a number. At KIA, the sales reps even stop by the lounge to see if I needed anything. I'll be back!

My wife and I both love Bulldog Kia. We went over to get our Kia Borrago serviced and ended up trading before we left. The service we always receive at Bulldog Kia both in the shop and the sales group is excellent . Jonathan the salesman and his boss Steven both were excellent in personality and salesmanship.. . Jonathan the front line salesmen is the best sales person we have ever encountered while being on a car sales floor . There was zero pressure in buying but like I say we were very happy with our Borrago and had no intentions or thoughts about buying but Jonathan was tops. Also the buying process was so great, no pressure just very informative about the vehicle we had and the new one we purchased. We love the personal attention and the service we receive so much if things continue we will always be a customer. Also Mr Hammond the owner was very friendly and helpful with our purchase. If you are buying or trading a car I would highly recommend Bulldog Kia. Bulldog Kia is the best.
