Hyundais' quality and warranty are key factors in our repeat business. Our salesman, Tim, was knowledgable and helpful, without being pushing. He helped us make a decision that was right for us, quickly located a car at another dealership that fit our needs and had us driving it home in less than a week. This is my 3rd Santa Fe (this time I choose the Sport) and this was the best experience with a salesperson at Burdick. (The other 2 experiences were also good..this one was just far more informative in a very comfortable exchange) I will definitely send folks who are looking to purchase Hyundai's to Eric Calkins He was very easy to just chat with. I didn't come to purchase a car and was actually waiting to get my 2012 serviced. I was looking inside one of the new Santa Fe's (I LOVE these cars) and he was just passing by and stopped to say Hi and let me know he'd be willing to answer any questions. Other salespeople passed me by so I was impressed that he very casually greeted me. Frankly, he made the sale. He was friendly, courteous and very informative. There wasn't a question I asked that he couldn't answer and believe me, I asked a few. I am an informative shopper and was thinking of doing a trade next year. I am also discerning. He respected my needs and my concerns re: price, color and features. We talked about the differences in the Santa Fe and the Santa Fe Sport. Eric provided a great experience and I'd strongly encourage Burdick to keep him around...perhaps have him train the others to let go of reasons not to just say Hi.

I thought the Burdick Hyundai Dealership was very professional, honest and were attentive to our needs! I visit about 5 other dealerships prior to my purchase, Buick, Chev, Ford, Kia and Nissan. Some of these dealerships salespeople were way to aggressive and lied. They also use the bait and switch tactics. The Burdick Hyundai dealership was the first Hyundai dealership we met with, The salesman was attentive and listened to our needs and presented our pricing needs to management. This was our first visit to Burdick Hyundai and Driver's Village area since we lived here - 9 yrs. I purchase many new cars in my life time. This Hyundai is my first foreign car purchased and being assembled in Montgomery, Al was a positive factor. Hopefully with good service and reliability, I will be purchasing another new Hyundai in the future!

All my past experience with buying a used or new vehicle was fraught with lies and threats and always ended with regret. My last car I kept for six years even though purchasing it caused me to have a nervous breakdown. I still have apprehension about leasing the vehicle since I have never done so before and only time will tell if the Sonata will hold up to its reputation. Buying a car for me has always been terrible because of all the choices--new used milelage color make reliability and on and on. I hope my experience with Burdick will remain as highly as now.

My experience was great and I am so happy with my purchase! My only suggestions would be to rephrase what is expected in the college grad program because students don't receive their diplomas anymore and it was a hassle to get the "right" paperwork for me to qualify and the financing staff was going in circles about what they needed. Lastly, a week after I had been driving my new car I noticed a noise when I turned my steering wheel to the left. Burdick was excellent about getting me right in when I called and they fixed it within the hour.

I bought a new car at Burdick, shortly after my salesman left and I never heard another word from anyone there. No one ever followed with me to see if I liked my new car, how I was doing. They rarely offer service coupons at all. And their service is very expensive. When you do go in they do the service and never wash your car or offer any other courtesy. Say what you will about fucillo but their customer service , follow up and car car is impeccable. We get monthly news letters and calls to see how we are doing. Our oil changes are always discounted, they washed my car every time. I felt cared about. When I go to trade this car in I won't return to Burdick.

My wife & I ended up at Burdick after a HORRIBLE experience trying to lease TWO Hyundais from Fucillo, which is where I previously leased two other Sonatas. It was awful and they strung us along. Jimi at Burdick set everything right and we all had some laughs in the process. We couldn't be happier with my wife's Sante Fe and my Tucson. He was straightforward and candid - couldn't ask for more. We would just as well lease every car from Jimi at Burdick for the rest of our lives...I'm not kidding.

From the time I was met at the door, to the moment I drove my new car off the lot, this was undeniably a pleasant experience. Recommend this team and the Hyundai products highly. My new car replaced an 8 year old Hyundai with 150,000 miles on it. Probably didn't need to replace it but thought it was time to treat myself to a shiny new one. My old Hyundai lives on in the hands of friends who needed it and I expect it will see them up the road another 100,000 miles.

I had dreaded going in and was not looking forward to pushy salesman. Upon getting there, no one rushed over which was great. I asked for Craig who I had been speaking with through email. Worked with Dan Burdick today to complete a very satisfactory and complicated used car sale. He went more than the extra mile to make the deal work. In 45 years of car purchases and sales in 5 states, this is definitely at the top of my experience. It was so nice to deal with a professional who was focused on business and achieving a fair, win/win situation. His directness and forthrightness were much appreciated. All of the Burdick group dealerships have a history of poor customer service and vehicle service work. They will never return a call to you or follow up on anything they say they will. Do not even bother with the internet division their is no one working that department anyways. You will never receive a response from them

So I've waited about a year to write this review because I was to upset at the time. Got a car, was delivered to me (how sweet) with a ten inch crack in the wind shield. It did not even cleaned or like it had been washed. Then my back door handle fell off. I drove it out there to have it serviced and it was then "fixed"... The door was still broken. They take no pride in what they do. I was told by the manager himself he doesn't go and inspect every car before it leaves. Comical. Waiting to have my car serviced and the store manager, wouldn't even look at me. He was too busy selling a genesis to some old men. Every time I called to talk to a manager I got a different person, finally spoke to The manager and told him he was giving me the run around and he claimed "that isn't a fair thing to say, we have done everything you've asked for" first off what gives you the right to tell me what is and isn't fair to say?! Secondly you I was delivered a crap car that not only wasn't washed but was defective. Thirdly, IT ALL SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. No one has the time, gas or energy to deal with this dealershipMost of the reviews are probably false. Hey whatever it takes to make a sale, right?!

I purchased a Used 2012 Hyundai Veloster from drivers Village a few months ago and it was the worst experience of my life. The staff that I worked with were very disorganized and dishonest. Through the purchasing process they repeatedly tried to conveniently "forget" about a $500 down payment that I made on the car. Even when I presented a receipt as evidence, they tried to coerce me to sign the (incorrect) papers with a price that did not have the down payment included. They became very angry at me for not signing the papers, as I refused to until they printed a correct copy. Following the purchase of the Vehicle, they informed me that they would not be registering the car at the DMV (even though I paid them to have it done) because of an paperwork error on their part. I had to call repeatedly to get them to honor this, and even then, they made me drive back in twice to sign additional papers for them. One of the times that I drove back in they had to "re-inspect" the car. I'm not sure how they sold the car to me without inspecting it, but that is an issue into itself. When I received my car back there were multiple electrical wires hanging below the steering wheel. This was definitely not the case when I had originally brought the car there. After speaking to the General Manager on the phone, the most he would offer for all the trouble was a $50 gift card. Of course, a month later this is still nowhere to be seen. I highly recommend to anyone considering Drivers Village as a place to do business to reconsider.

Bought a used car from Burdick. Car was dirty but needed a detailing. It was not done. Car filthy. Dealership alright with turning over a dirty car. An indictation of the care less attitude at the dealership. Find another dealer to deal with.
