I came with my best friend to buy her first car from a dealership. I came with the intention of 'doing the talking' and asking all the questions. Firstly, Jason was in constant communication leading up to our trek to Burien. Nice touch to have being over an hour away. Secondly, Jason was so patient, funny, and helpful while we were here. And trust me, we are a handful and I had A LOT of questions. Great experience here!

Working with Kyle was one of the best experiences my husband and I ever had in car shopping. He made the experience enjoyable, with no pressure. It was nice to not have the salesman trying to make a deal. He just wanted us to be happy with our purchase. Kevin in financing help to close the deal with ease. Thank you Burien Chevrolet

Total experience with Chris Anderson was amazing and easy. Chris was professional and always kept me updated as to shut downs due to Covid or supply chain problems. Assisted in picking the right options to totally customize my car and therefore I am much more attached and have a connection with this new vehicle like none before. Letting the customer choose and design the vehicle down to the last detail was a fun and great experience. Chevrolet build tool on it’s website is a great tool and lets you save built cars to return and make changes before you order. Thanks Chris and the whole team at Burien Chevrolet in Seattle.

I assumed by making an appointment to have service done, only an oil change, my vehicle would be done in an appropriate amount of time. Based off the online scheduling program, appointments are every 30 minutes, I would be done around an hour. I dropped off on time and checked back in 90 minutes later. My vehicle had just been pulled in. I was told another 30 minutes. Also told without an appointment, it could take all day. Two and a half hours later, my vehicle was finished. I drove 40 minutes, past several other establishments who would probably like to have my service, to use your services because I wanted to give you another chance after the same thing happened the last oil change. Needless to say, I will not be back. I hope you can use this information to better the wait time and help reduce the stigma that this behavior brings towards dealerships.

I have experience with buying cars from many different dealerships across the U.S. but I've never quite had one like when I stepped onto the lot at Burien Chev. I know all the tricks when it comes to selling cars and I can tell when a salesman is being dishonest with me. Josh Collier is like a different breed of salesman. You can tell he's eager to sell you a car but not if it's one you don't feel comfortable in. I went on a few test drives, got to try out all the new gadgets, and even hollered at some fine honeys at a stop light. All in all it was a great experience. Thanks to Josh I got the car I wanted and felt I got a fair deal.

Always great service! Bought my Chevy Avalanche 5 years ago, and I take it to them for regular maintenance. The service is always very good and the place is top notch! And they even wash the vehicle when they are done for free.

Do not trust this dealership!!!I saw a car that they had for sale on the internet, I was 184 miles away so I wanted to make sure that we would have a deal if I drove that far for a car that it was held and that my trade in price was OK. I worked with the internet salesman, first I made sure that that the car was still for sale and all of the options were what I was looking for. Next we went over my trade in, sent photos and gave them all of the information they asked for. We had a deal I even gave them my credit card number to hold until I could get there in 3 hours. One hour later I got a call from someone that told me that someone was there and buying the car right now and sorry. This company is the worse type of dealership. They lied and deceived me knowing that the car I held was sold already. I will let Chevrolet know and the whole world that this dealership is dishonest and should have their dealership taken away. Bait and switch is not only dishonest but is also illegal. I will never use Burien Chevrolet and will stop at least 30 friends that I have in Washington from buying there also.

Bought my car in for repair. Repair was under warranty. After the first repair was completed I still had problems they asked me to bring it in right away and they solved the issue.Very professional and very different from my previous experience with another dealer that I had taken my car to.Very much appreciated.

Courteous and not pressuring the customer / service department = knowledge excellent, also very helpful. We had purchased from this dealer in the past and just wanted to know the value of our car on trade--Though not yet decided on a Chevrolet we were offered an unbeatable deal on a car to our liking!!

My father patronized this dealership since the late 1960's or early 1970's in my memory when it was Glen Grant Chevrolet. They always had a good service department, in the last five years or so they seem to have actually improved on it. That is not easy to do when you start out with high standards. Don and Theron have been great, former Service Manager Tim was also great to deal with. If you have any service needs, don't hesitate to use them. For Cadillac (or foreign car maintenance) a good bet is always the 76 station on So. 222nd and Marine View Drive in Des Moines. They are celebrating 50 years of service this year.

We had a wonderful experience buying from Hugh and this dealership. The previous bad comment from staciegrim comes with a grudge so take it for what it's worth. I search reviews like crazy before buying and I'd say all are very good from what I found. Thanks Burien Chevrolet

I cannot express how horrid my experience was here!! I will be calling Chevrolet corporate to see if anything can be done about the horrid man that I had to deal with. I probably can't list his last name publicly, but Hugh M______ is the reason I will never be going back to this dealership. Things started out friendly with small talk and pleasantries but then turned sour as he learned my budget for a car would only be $10,000. I wanted to take a test drive in a used Chevy Cruze but he told me it would be a waste of time for him because the sticker price was $12,400. I told him I thought I would be able to raise my budget a little for the right car and he replied, "Listen lady, you sound like you don't know what the xxxx you're doing, maybe you should come back with your daddy." I took it pretty offensive because my dad had died recently. I stood there in shock and he just chuckled and told me that if I wanted to wait until later he'd, "pretend to be my daddy." I've heard of slimeball used car salesmen but this guy was worse than I could've ever imagined!!! Needless to say I didn't take a test drive in the Cruze and I quickly took my money elsewhere!!!

The BEST car buying experience we have ever had!! Bill coloumbe is the best sales person and made our time there amazing!! First things first, I hadn't driven a car in over a year due to being hit by a drunk driver. After 2 years of court, the case was FINALLY settled and I decided it was time to buy a new car! After weeks and weeks of looking online I came across a beautiful bright red convertible Saab 9-3 at Burien Chevrolet. Best part was it only had 20,000 miles!! A 2008 with 20,000 miles and the price was Amazing!!! I called the dealership and talked to Bill and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us! He not only picked us up to take us to the dealership, he got me the exact deal I wanted in less than 15 minutes!!! Did I do something wrong because car buying shouldn't be this easy!! The only delay was the finance manager was out sick but everyone was super accommodating!! Filled up my car, detailed it and made my trip here the best!! Our next car will definitely come from this dealership!!

Turned out our leased Volt needed to be kept for a couple of days. I'm gratful Burien Chevolet set me up with a nice Enterprise rental. Two recommendations for future service: 1) Request a return call confirming your customer receives voice message to come pick up car. (I missed mine. I ended up calling Burien's service department about status of my vehicle only to find out that it had been ready and waiting for me for a couple of days. 2) Consider returning (electric) Volt to customer fully charged after a lengthy service appointment. Thanks for your consideration. Everyone I interacted with at Burien Chevrolet is professional and friendly!

I have to come back to complete the work as parts were not available. Given my vehicle is 9 years old that is understandable. Service Writer was personable and comprehensive in his review. Keep it up. In some cases i think the service writer is a link to sales. There is a point when a service writer can mention to the car owner he might want to consider a replacement for the vehicle he current has as maintenance cost may prove to be more costly then a new car or a newer used car.

I have been following Theron Whitby since he left Huling/Gee in West Seattle - for all service on my vehicles. I can always trust Theron to be honest about the status of my vehicles. As usual, Theron was very courteous, open, honest and professional. He also had my vehicle done a driver picking me up from my office at the time he promised. As long as Theron is there, I will highly recommend your service department to everyone I know.

My 2012 Sonic was experiencing a failure to extract the key from the ignition switch. The transmission shifter was the culprit. The shifter release button was sticking preventing the switch from returning to the key removal position. Service advisor John was quick to check for parts availability and schedule the car for immediate service. The replacement shifter was installed without delay and I could not be more grateful. Thank you Burien Chevrolet for your outstanding service and getting my car back so quickly.

Oil change and front end alignment, alignment couldn't be done due to the equipment available could have possibly scratched my expensive aftermarket wheels. Glad they called before moving forward, however it would have been nice to be a little proactive before calling me letting me know the job could not be completed. Had to ask for other options rather than being told options and maybe even set up an appt somewhere else. Also purchased black Chevy bow tie emblems, had in stock and installed same day. Double thumbs up there.

I went to about 6 or 7 dealerships from Puyalup to Tacoma then I went to Burien where I have bought a few cars already from and I had no problem with them paying off my Audi and getting me into a car with no problem at all. I drove off with a really nice car and that is why I would refer anyone I know to go to Burien Cheverolet to get a car.thank you guys so much!!Patricia Clifton

This service visit was to have two recall issues corrected. The shuttle home and back is especially helpful if the service will take more than two hours. If it's less than that it's easier to wait.

Thought I had bought a great little used car only to find that the Car Fax report that revealed nothing wrong didn't show the FACT that the driver's side rear door had had repair done (filler and or pulling out) and a slap dash coat of paint applied. Of course, I didn't notice it until now (a couple of months later). Someone had obviously applied a quickie paint job to cover up the imperfections and only now is it clear there is some body damage that they quickly applied paint to. And of course, Burien Chevrolet claims "it's been too long." Really, Carfax (one you gave me) indicates no damage to the vehicle yet the wear of the paint coming through now shows just how bad the paint job was you applied. I feel taken by these guys.

When I purchased my new 2015 vehicle I expected everything to work when I drove it off the lot. Casey my sale rep was not as helpful or knowledgeable with all the features of the 2015 models but he was polite. I had to retun my newly purchased vehicle less than a week later to fix a problem with a new vehicle. When my vehicle was ready almost a week later I was treated like royalty, which should have been done in the beginning at the time of purchase. Never the less the inconvenience of not having my new truck Mr. Austin, Mr. Wayne, Mr. John and the lovely receptionist Ms. Kristy made up for it. Thank you Burien Chevrolet for wining my trust in you. I will buy my wife her new Impala soon.

Brought my 2014 Malibu in for her scheduled oil change and also had a concern about a discoloring seal in the driver side door window. The guys in the service department got to it quickly and cleared everything up. I have been there for 2 different oil changes and every time the experience has been great. Always out in the time frame given or before. Customer for life that's for sure!

let them know months ago what I wanted. Was recognized buy a salesman and called by name when I came in for service on my vehicle. It was my idea to talk about buying a new light truck. I was shown information on the truck that I was interested in. Troy did an outstanding job bringing me up to date on the line of trucks that Chevy was reintroducing to the American market and what was available as far as options go. What I wanted wasn't on the lot, so we ordered one from the factory built the way {I} wanted. Ending with a relaxed and very happy costumer.

Terrible Car Buying ExperienceI would not buy a car from Burien Chevrolet, I just purchased a vehicle and after driving it for five days I found a malfunctioning item on my car that was manipulated to seem as it was working properly for the sale of the vehicle. Not even five days after I purchased the vehicle did the part start to malfunction. I returned to the Burien Chevrolet to have a few items that were broken and not found during their Certified Pre Owned Check List. (I would question that check list) I informed Burien Chevrolet of the problem of the manipulated item that was starting to malfunction, I was told they were not going to cover the whole cost of replacing the item, and told by Tony Michaels (GM) the follow. Its not in their margin to cover it, they have done enough, and best of all, I should have found it when I was buying the vehicle and asked for more before I purchased it. Tony Michaels then proceeded to tell me hes a numbers guy and thats just not in his numbers. Burien Chevrolet, I did look for the malfunctioning part before I purchased the vehicle, but when someone manipulates an item to hid it, its hard to ask for more I would not spend my Christmas money with Dealership. Anderson Brothers this is what is really going on in your dealerships

Worst dealer in Washington. Poor customer service! The sales rep from Houston Texas rippled his eye on me before leaving the table. Very rude and unprofessional team. Instead on helping me get the vehicle I want he kept saying that he will show me other vehicles within my price range which is a code for getting me a lesser vehicle but still overcharging me!

These guys pulled a bait and switch on craigslist. You know. Listed a car, then when you show up they say it is not available and try to sell you a car for twice the price (even after I called 30 minutes ahead to see if it was there) . Oldest trick in the book! If they conduct business in this manner, what else do they do? There are lots of other places in the area to buy a from where you can actually trust the seller!

Our Volt has been in twice now for warranty service on the voice recognition system called in by the Volt advisor. The first time the service was not done in spite of the car being there for hours. The excuse, oh, you want a software update? That technician doesn't work today. The second time was 3 months later. There is no heat in the car, the backup camera is virtually useless in bright sun or at night and the first issue with the voice recognition is still there. Repair is authorized for all items by the Volt adviser ahead of time. I go to the dealer and the service mgr says he has no record of the voice recognition software update. Some one must have "deleted" it. This man is a BS artist. I insist that they do the work and call the Volt adviser if any questions. I leave the car there all day. When I go to pick it up I am told the heater is fixed, they did an unmentioned warranty update, but did not do the voice recognition system and did not upgrade the backup camera in spite of it being on the repair ticket authorized by Chevrolet. I have no faith in this dealership anymore. Each trip into the dealer is costly for me. I have to take a ferry in just to get the car serviced. This is the first time in 35 years of new car ownership that I have had dealer issues. Seeking a new one now.

Do not trust these guys. They will do anything to get you to buy a car, including offering you a job! They make promises they do not intend to keep. Shane (sales manager) will find excuse after excuse and then stop returning your calls, emails, and text messages. If they make you a promise, get it in writing! Oh, I overheard a couple of the salesmen and managers bad mouthing a customer because of what he wanted for his new car and trade, it was pretty foul!

I bought a 2011 chevy cruze from jamal barnett. He was great and I would recommend him to anyone. I told him I had anxiety about pushy sales people. H e was calm cool collected and made me feel really confortable. Two weeks after buying my "new" used car. I heard a sound. I brought it in and they were super quick to identify the source. It was a routine fix. Everyone at this dealer has beeb great. Finances, sales and service personelle at this chevy are great. :)

I went to Burien Chevrolet for a lease on a new Cruze LS. With my less-than-stellar credit and no trade, I expected to leave empty handed. I didn't. Wayne pulled out all the stops to get me approved for my car. Christy in finance was a joy to work with; fast, efficient, and explained everything very clearly. I tell everyone about the great experience I had there and how much I enjoy my new Cruze. The last car I had was a Jeep that got gallons per mile and, after that, the Cruze is a real relief. Naturally they filled the tank before I left and I haven't had to stop to fill it up yet!

I was looking for a new Chevrolet Cruze Eco with a manual transmission and contacted Burien Chevrolet via Chevrolet.com dealer online form regarding a particular car. I was contacted by Mr. Peter Ventrella and after a series of emails on Friday he offered me the car I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. On Saturday morning I received a phone call from Mr. Ventrella on my home phone, which he obviously found online (I did not share it in prior communication). Mr. Ventrella was very insistent that I went to the dealership that same day. I had to change my plans for the day but since I wanted the car, I made an appointment to test drive it and buy it between 6:30 and 7:00 p.m. that night. My wife and I arrived at Burien Chevrolet around 6:50 and asked for Peter. Another salesperson told us that Peter was out to dinner but she would call him and show us the Chevy Cruze cars while Peter got back . By the entrance of the dealership there was a white board with all the appointments for the day, my name and time of appointment listed tooWe started looking at the cars on the lot and sure enough 10 minutes later Peter showed up. He started with something like: So what car were you interested in? and my reply was The Red Chevy Cruze Eco with the red/black interior we have been talking about for the past two days. Hm, I dont think I have this car on the lot. It must be somewhere in transit, I can find out where it is, ???????????, OK, can I drive another manual Eco?, Sure, we start walking the lot and looking at each of the dozen or so Cruzes, none of them is a manual Eco, Why do you want a manual? Would you like to test drive an automatic?, steam blowing out of my ears, You have wasted my wifes and my time today, Peter. You cheated me into coming to the dealership when you dont have the car you promised me or even another similar one, Peter throws his hands in the air You are being unreasonable. I was being unreasonable?!We storm out of Burien Chevrolet, go to Good Chevrolet and by 10:30 that night a new red Cruze is parked in our garage. The next day Peters buddy from Burien Chevrolet calls us to tell us that our car is there I would not have bought it from them even if it were the last Chevy on Earth! The audacity of those people!

Burien Chevy has been great since the new ownership of the Anderson Brothers. They also own Burien Toyota. They implemented the same buying process at the Chevy store as they have at the Toyota store. Also some of the employees from the other store were set up to take over the Chevy store. It seems to me that you can not make EVERYONE happy in life, but I have NEVER had a bad experiance. I will continue to buy my vehicles from this auto group.

I have now purchased 2 cars from Burien Chevrolet. My experience both times has been above and beyond what I have experienced at other dealerships in the past. I have also had both cars in for their regular service with Megan. I have had good experiences with both the sales and service department. My next purchase and service will no doubt be from this dealership. Great job!

I'd been using Burien Chevrolet for some time when this happened. I'd been through a lot with them. Engine needed replacing because it threw a rod. $4,800 that cost me. Water pump went out. $290 that cost me. Every issue I had, I brought my car too them. I get an SES light and I bring it to them, they tell me an oxygen sensor is out and must be replaced. I order the part from them for install. They install it. I see on the wall a poster promoting AC Delco parts and the quality of these American made parts. I trust they are quality no doubt. What really was a seller was that the Poster ALSO stated the following parts came with "Lifetime Warranties", including parts like Water Pumps, AND Oxygen sensors. I notice on my bill that there is no star next to the water pump ( a star like so * means it is a Lifetime warranted part ). So I ask the cashier/service specialist lady about this, and she gives me the blankest, dumbest stare like I asked her the square root of something. I hate to be harsh, but people with no obvious knowledge of automobiles should not be a "service specialist", but anyways she sends me to the gentlemen at the counter, Dwayne, and I ask why no star is present indicating a lifetime warranty. He laughs out loud, and says quote "Oxygen sensors are disposable parts, they go out no matter what and we don't warrant them forever." I pressed a little harder and his superior backs him up and says to some effect "GM recently changed their standards of what is warranted to life, Oxygen sensors no longer are in that category." I asked him why the poster was on the wall, literally 3 feet from him, saying otherwise. He just shrugged his chubby shoulders. I was young, naive, and 19 at the time so I didn't pry it. I think back now and I feel abused, like perhaps my youth was taken advantage of. I now do my own mechanics, but I never once returned to Burien Chevrolet. And that was 3 years ago. I plan on keeping that streak.

I pretty much agree with the last negative review of this dealership.I bought a 2008 3500HD Silverado that was in an accident on their lot after I dropped it off a couple of days after getting it for a bed liner and a tool box to be installed. The sales manager Bobby accused me of asking for a handout after I asked for a truck loaner instead of an old beat up Chevy Malibu...Those were his exact words. "hand out"I'm a contractor and since my brand new truck I had just purchased was going to be in the shop for over a week, I didn't think that was an unreasonable request. It just really irritated me that I came in there and paid over $50,000 for a truck that was already in an accident before I could even really use it.They told me the guy from the bed liner company was the one driving it when it was crashed, so they pretty much said they didn't have to do a thing for me. All I asked them for was a truck... And after almost a week they finally did, but I had to mention I was thinking about getting an attorney involved to get them to act on anything. So after getting the truck back I asked the salesman Steve Olson if they resprayed the Simonize coating that I paid an extra $800 or something for on the panel that had to be repainted, and the guy wouldn't return my call. That guy Steve Olson is a gem... He fits the stereotypical car salesman. He pretty much told me wrong facts about the truck he sold me and lied over and over when I was going to get the truck no matter what. The guy is just a little rat of a man.I've told everyone that has asked about my truck about Burien Chevrolet and am pretty sure that none of the other contractors I know will ever go there. In fact last month I was at a friends house and I noticed he had Steve Olson's card on his kitchen counter because I guess he was ready to pull the trigger on a new rig, but I had to remind him of who Steve Olson was and he for sure didn't buy his truck there. This was the first time I ever bought a Chevy truck and I'm almost thinking that I probably wouldn't again. For some reason every Chevy dealership I've been to has botched simple jobs. But, Burien Chevy is by far the worst. At least the other dealerships that mess up, try and make things right to get you to come back. It's called customer service.I'm sure if Bobby or Steve read this, they will know exactly who I am.I hope you guys go out of business:)

to make a long story short i made these guys a offer over the phone with my trade. they said yes but they would have to see my trade. i agreed and drove it down there. after an hour of standing around they brought me a piece of paper that showed my truck at 6k 2 grand below NADA poor condition trade in value witch is in fair condition and claimed that they paid 2 grand over NADA retail from the wholesale auction. for a total of $8500 more than we agreed on before i wasted my day drving down there. my biggest complaint is that i told them exactly what my trade was and that it booked at 8 grand. i can understand them saying theyll give me 6 for my trade but where did the other $6500 come from?

I was having trouble with getting any type of value out of my suv as a trade at other dealerships I went to burien chevy and not only got what I wanted for value I also got employee pricing. The combination of that plus the quick financing process made the experience an easy one which is not always the case when shopping for a new vehicle so that can be appreciated.

When I got to the dealership, the salesman helped me find a Tahoe and drive it. I liked it and we went inside. Everything was fine until some big, fat guy named Bobby came out and started talking. Watch out for this "slick Rick." In trying to get his best price, he just kept talking in circles like a wind-up toy. I think the guy got his education at boarding school for farm boys. He was aweful. Anyways, I bought from Good. Got a great deal and was much easier to deal with. I can't even believe Warren Moon puts his name on this dealership. Burien Chevrolet should just change its name to "White-trash" Chevrolet. Maybe when the third run-way is fully operational the experience at Burien Chevrolet will get better because the plane was drowned out the sales manager's voice. Maybe if he gets on the treadmill, he might get a few brain cells back. Its amazing what happens to a persons brain when you give them a "salesmanager" title and some spending money.
