Just recently purchased my third vehicle from Wilmer Burkholder and his staff. The purchasing process at Burkholder truck sales is simple. If you want to purchase a vehicle, they make you their best offer up front. They don't haggle or hassle you. Once you have agreed to a purchase, they work with you to make the truck.car buying process very smooth. One other thing, was no charge for paperwork processing for hidden fees. I will continue to look to Burkholders for future purchases. Once again, Wilmer, Merlin and Wayne were professional and made the purchase of my vehicle very smooth.

We have purchased several used cars and trucks from Wilmer and staff. They are great to work with, honest, trustworthy and willing to work with you if you need something added like a hitch. We have also had them do body and repair work for us in the last 20 years, as they are the best. Your vehicle looks better than when it came off the showroom floor when they are done with it. We are very pleased with the service we have always received. We would rather not trade anywhere but with Burkholders, because we trust them. They won't sell us something that doesn't meet our needs or expectations.

I called on the 2010 Ford F-350 on a Monday,after talking to Merlin we decided it might be a truck to look at and Burkholders were in turn wanting to see our trade-in . we farm and ranch full time and we are hot and heavy in the spring calving season so theres no way for us to go 100 mi+ to trade Soooooo whats Merlin do ? He brings the truck to us the next afternoon! We made the trade ! This is the first time for us to do business, needless to say we were very impressed with their honesty and NON pushy sales approach.I,m sure we"ll by more trucks from these guys again

I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle. The sales and service staff are very professional and provided all the help we needed. We bough a used car one day and went back the next day and bought a used truck. I will go back when we are ready for our next vehicle.

I went in needing to find a wheelchair van, and no idea where to start looking. I talked to Merlin and he agreed to make some calls and try to find me a van in my price range, which was very low for this type of vehicle. In less than 2 weeks he called to let me know he had found one that he thought would be very serviceable for our needs. The price was less than the limit I had given him and the van is very nice for the age and miles. This is the fourth vehicle we have purchased from Burkholder Truck Sales, and I'm sure it will not be the last. Great customer service and honest business people.

We were looking for a newer truck to replace an older model truck, and found exactly what we wanted at Burkholder Truck Sales. There was absolutely no pressure from any sales person, we were given all the time we wanted to drive the truck, walk around it, "kick the tires", and talk in private. We were given a very fair trade in value for our older truck, and the price for the new truck was reasonable and in line with book value. The entire process was painless and we completed our purchase with no stress whatsoever. Merlin answered all our questions openly and honestly and was very friendly and personable. We even had some extra accessories put on the truck and the prices were very fair and the work was completed quickly. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking for a good, fair priced used vehicle, or for any Line-X or truck accessories you might need.

We drove from KC to view this vehicle (about 3 1/2 hours). They were very honest about the condition of the vehicle and there were no surprises once we arrived. We test drove the vehicle and we were very pleased. One small issue noted during the test drive was corrected on the spot while we did the paperwork. A small town, honest, friendly dealership. The price quoted on the phone was what we paid, no added fees. Best car buying experience we've ever had!
