I don't know how you sleep at night. I bring the 2017 Corvette in for an oil change and you break the transmission cable; a cable that you broke in May when you replaced the evaporator for the AC. You wanting to charge me $800 for a so called extensive labor and part job (the part was $71, not after market) was completed in my driveway by my husband in 5 hours. Had he had it on a rack, it would have taken less time. I watched! You pop the console (which you idiots did and lost 4 of the bolts and didn't bother to plug anything back in!), take the under carriage cover plate off and drop the exhaust, remove the cable and install the new one. Oh boy! real intensive labor for you! You are dishonest and I will never step foot on your property again. By the way, EVERYONE and ANYONE who has asked (or I just volunteered) about my car has heard my nightmare of a story. And strangely, many have said they've had similar encounters. Again, Larry, how do you sleep at night!

Service date was set up and details were followed up prior to appointment. Service staff was friendly and knowledgeable. All questions were answered and my concerns addressed. Time frame was spot on. Thank you one and all.

I was able to schedule my maintenance online got there early and they checked me in and took my car back before my scheduled appointment. I didn’t have to sit very long and wait and before I knew it I was driving off the lot !!! Great customer service and fast work
