Found the car we wanted online. Drove to dealership. Had THE car advertised. Was met by salesman Damian. Nice guy. Did not feel pushed to buy. Took the murano for a test drive. Damian answered all our questions. We were able to get a good price in the car and the transaction was fairly quick and smooth. The only downside is that I had to drive back to pick up the second set of keys and due to the fact the dealership was so busy I never received a good tutorial on how to operate all the electronic features. Had to figure out most of it on my own. Also, I've probably received 10 emails for all kinds of things from the dealership that are not really important. Maybe, they could just cram them all I one email so as not to fill up my inbox. But, all in all, a good experience purchasing a new car.

We were extremely pleased with the service at this dealership! I was in search for a specific vehicle that is no longer made, and found out that this dealership carried the car I had been looking for. I made a call and spoke with Roy and asked several questions about the vehicle as I was driving 45-55 minutes into Burleson to see this vehicle. He was super friendly and answered all of my questions and didn't try to push me to come like other dealerships did. We weren't able to make it to the dealership until 7pm due to our work schedules and traffic but Roy connected me with Gilberto and he took very good care of us. The car was already up front when we walked in, then Gilberto took us for a test drive twice, then he had all my questions answered and finally made the decision to buy. There was no pressure from any of the sales people here. They let us think, talk , discuss, ask questions and were available when we needed them. The finance team was efficient. Mr. Ayars and the finance manager Mr. Smiley were both GREAT! They took care of us and would check in to assure us that things were underway. We were there and hour and a half after closing and they still had a smile on their face until the very end of the transaction. The general manager followed up and gave me a call the next day to check in on my experience and on the car and I had nothing but raving things to say. If you want to purchase a car without the hassle, pressure and top notch customer service, this is the place to go. Even if your far away, like I was, the drive is worth it because your not only getting quality service but a quality and excellent vehicle! Thank you so much Team Burleson Nissan!!!!

I took my Nissan in for the routine oil change and scheduled maintenance check and was immediately informed of what I would need and options were given to me as to what I wanted to do. I was not forced to do anything I didn't select. The wait was not a horrible amount of time as I did go right before lunch to get this taken care of and the service rep was very nice and always let me know what all was happening and how much longer it would take. I have never had a bad experience in the service department at Burleson Nissan and will always take my car there for repairs.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told by my technician that I had not one but two nails in the same tire. I was so devastated and touch that it was repaired and no charges was applied. I have been traveling to and from Dallas for last two week with a friend in Hospital with severe Cancer. I am so thankful that I didn't have some kind of blow out on the road. I really do appreciate my services with this dealership. I purchased a 2015 Rogue from Burleson Nissan, the facility was extremely clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the finance dept was thorough and honest and forthright, which I felt was a surprising change. My vehicle was delivered in a timely manner, cleaned and gased, the salesman went over the details of the interior and accessories, set the blue tooth before we left the lot. I purchased a car basically online with a only few phone calls. Ed had all the paperwork completed and ready for me to test drive. He told me that if this car wasn't what I wanted, he had many other options. The car he presented was to my exact specifications, I test drove it and signed the final paperwork. No pressure or stress. Their cars also come with a LIFETIME warranty on the drivetrain. How could I not be completely satisfied!?!

I've been getting my car serviced here for about 2 years. In recent months they changed all service advisors in which I didn't like because I had grown to know the others. However the newer service staff (Barry and Will) are just as friendly and helpful as well. I was even able to get a loaner car for a few hours while my car was being serviced. The advisor took his time to explain things to me and kept me updated on the progress.

We bought a Nissan Rogue from here two years ago, and took it in for service. While waiting for them to finish oil change and Texas State Inspection, Jaime Delacruz, (sales consultant), asked us if we would be interested in seeing the newer models. We told him only if he could get us the same monthly payment that we are currently paying. Two hours later, we were driving home in a new Nissan Rogue that was the next class up from what we had previously purchased. Again, we are very happy with Burleson Nissan and all of the friendly people that work there. And on a side note, there is a Harley Davidson Dealership being built right next door to them, with in walking distance, which means if you bring your car in for service, there is something to do right next door.

I was informed of a Nissan dealership that had just recently opened near my home. I went in for the first time & was quite pleased with how knowledgable the staff ( Will & Chris ). The second time I went in for an oil change & was soooooooooo amazed at how at home I felt. ALL of the staff had an upbeat spirit. I felt like a person vs.a number. I showed up with no appointment and was told I would be waiting about an hour and 20 minutes, which my oil change and rotation was way late so I waited anyways. Sure enough, an hour and 20 minutes later it was finished and without me complaining or anything the manager waived my tire rotation for free. He didn't have to do that for me, I knew it was going to take a while from the beginning, but it showed immensely how they care about their customers satisfaction.

Went in to purchase my first car. Told a sales rep what my budget was. Got a notification at the time promised about a vehicle right within my price range. Checked it out. Liked it. Signed paper work. Drove it home . had a problem with the vehicle, but they towed it, put me in a nice rental, and repaired the car free of charge . I am currently back in my purchased car and enjoying a reliable sources of transportation. Overall I give the experience an 8 out of 10.

I was looking for a new SUV to replace my 2003 Trailblazer. I wanted a vehicle that would last me as long as my chevy but didn't like any of the newer Chevrolets out there. I first looked at a Toyota Rav4 and liked it but wanted to look some more and look at the Nissan and Honda SUVs. I next went to the Nissan in Burleson and meet Bill Thompson and he showed me the Rogue. I fell in love with it immediately. It had everything I was looking for from the keyless entry and start to the seat warmer but especially the backup camera and navigation. The test drive was amazing. Bill showed me everything and explained some of the features that I was interested in. However, I didn't leave with it that day. Had to check out the Honda, but at this time all I could think of was the Rogue. Honda didn't live up to the Rogue so I came back and purchased the car I test drove. Completely happy with my choice and all the employees at the dealership was great. Really loved my experience. Thank You

My second visit was better, but extended a day longer than necessary. Salesman wasn't knowledgeable of all discounts available to buyer, but in the end he learned more ways to help his customer. The sales manager was awesome. The owner was very friendly and eager to have my business. I experienced small inconveniences that were corrected and compensated. However, I was greatly satisfied to do business with my local dealership.

Purchased a vehicle for my son, three days after purchase the car broke down. Got it towed and fixed. Got it back and a week later I found the radiator was patched and busted. Brought it back and it went from they will fix it, to never mind it's your fault you fix it. I have bought used cars before and never been so upset, and disappointed in my life. I will not purchase another vehicle from this place and, I hope no one else goes through as much hassle as I have. In the 40 days that the car was "mine" it has only been driven by us a total of 15 days. The other days it was in their service center.

Good dealership experience I worked with Billy (William) Mitchell in the purchase of a new Nissan and found that he knew the inventory, found exactly what I was looking for, had a great price, knew all the features of the vehicle and navigated the paperwork without any problems. I appreciated being met when I came on the lot, his great attitude, and all of his help. I also worked with a very nice lady to get exactly the package of extras that I wanted in service coverage that I use on my vehicles. Mr. Mitchell and all of the staff were very helpful. I've had work done in their service department on a separate Nissan and found that they were able to take care of any problems quickly and correctly. Time means so much when dealing with transportation issues. I really appreciate the team at Nissan of Burleson.

We were in search for a car for our son. By accident, we stopped in Burleson Nissan and met Ed Horton. What a great, no pressure salesman. He went out of his way (several times) to make us happy and get all our questions answered. We chose a used Xterra and the dealership went over it (even though there was a Carfax) from top to bottom. The finance person, Michael, was so easy to work with once we got to her. She is delightful! If I could change on thing, it would be the length of time it took to actually purchase the vehicle. We are not first time buyers and we brought our own financing, so the process should have been quick and easy. In their defense.....It was a weeknight and there weren't very many employees present. Bottom line...Overall great experience! Will be first on my list for next vehicle purchase.

I recently visited this dealership to view the 2014 Rogue. Impressed with the vehicle, I was encouraged to return with my family that evening " I spoke with my manager and he is ready to make you a great deal if you return tonight .. said the sale rep". So we emptied our "trade-in" and returned only to experience the same old shell game that car dealers have played for generations .. low ball your trade in, tell you what a great deal the new car is and ADD dealer items I did not ask for nor want ..." the dealership requires it" I was told .$895.00 for wheel locks, nitrogen in the tires and window tint. Same old song and dance about the dealership isn't making any money ... blah blah blah. After an hour we left. Interestingly, three other customers that I saw earlier in the day were concluding their negotiations .. all in excess of three hours; I know of one that resulted in a sale. On a positive note, the sale reps were nice and friendly, the deal maker/breaker guy scored far fewer style points.

Researched and viewed a car, email details, days later, removed from email. Called them to see if car was still available - informed me yes. Drove 45 minutes to dealership - then informed once I arrived that the car was sold a couple of days earlier. Waste of time and gas.
