Awesome experience! From the moment we walked in, to the point that I drove my new car away, we were treated like guests. My Sales Professional, Saul, was professional and personable! He went into great detail explaining every facet and nuance of the new vehicle, which was quite impressive! Due to the times we’re currently in, I was fully expecting games when it came to the final price. Saul and Bill (manager) stayed true to what they advertised, and that integrity is what sealed the deal. Thank you gentlemen for making this a pleasurable experience! I’ve been a patron of Burns Honda for years, and have nothing but praise for them!!!

So many great things to say about Sarah and Jon! 1. They really care about costumers being happy and feeling confident in their purchase. 2. They exceed all communication standards and are very fast to respond to make sure questions are answered. 3. They are patient and dedicated to earning your trust and business. I wasn't exactly the easiest costumer for them... changed my mind a few times on which trim/color I wanted and they were enthusiastic the entire time. Sarah even offered her personal number which made it easy to communicate with her. 5 stars for Burns and their employees :)

It was a very good experience. Was helped as soon as I arrive. Jacob explained the details of my visit and the wait time. He updated me along the way, which I thought was very nice. Fantastic service and reasonably priced and timed. 10/10 would absolutely again 11/2/21 update: got my car serviced there again, was in a tough spot but my man ryan F. was very kind, courteous, helpful, and communicative. he explained everything wrong with the car and helped me select a set of services that my budget could safely handle. greatly appreciate the professionalism!

I had a great experience. The service advisor addressed all of my concerns and communicated very effectively with me. The car was ready the same day. I bought my car at Burns and have all my services done there as well. I have since bought a second Honda from Burns and will have that car serviced there as well. A++++++
