We have been dealing with Ken Harris and Burnsville Toyota for several years, we are now on our 4 lease vehicle and first purchased vehicle from them as of last night. We were starting to look at getting out of a 2014 Toyota Camry lease early due to a growing family. We had negative equity in the car from a previous lease and knew we would have trouble which is why we wanted to start now. We drove a venza and thought it was amazing so we decided to run numbers. That SUV didn't work out. We then started to discuss re-leasing which is what we wanted to avoid at all costs to break this cycle. However with the financial side, re-leasing was our best option. We ended up signing a new lease for a new 2017 Rav4, Its beautiful and more then i could have ever expected. My husband came for support and while we were trying to work out the numbers on my Rav4 they struck up a conversation about my husbands older Chevrolet truck and how he was looking at possibly trading it in for a newer used Tacoma. While we ran my paperwork, Ken said there was a new used Tacoma that had been traded in earlier in the day that he said we should take a look at. He went to grab it and we looked it over and drove it. The truck was in amazing shape, very well maintained and clean. We ran the numbers on that for giggles and before we knew it, we walked out of Burnsville with a new 2017 Rav4 leave and a 2011 Tacoma. Never expected anything like that to happen. Ken Harris and all involved last night were amazing. Helpful and kind and willing to bend over backwards to get the job done and just the way you want it. Price and Vehicles involved. I will never go anywhere else to buy or lease. I will recommend Burnsville Toyota to everyone i know.

All good except when I made the appointment I was promised it would be done more quickly if I used the key drop so it could be in line first. As it was, I got a call back at lunch time saying it was on the lift then and advising at that point that more work would need to be done. As it was, it was done by 3:00, but I probably could have brought it in for a specific time in the morning instead of doing the drop off and gotten it around the same time.

I had the extremely good fortune of connecting with Ken Harris about a month ago while looking for a used SUV at Burnsville Toyota. Ken actually rescued me after the first salesman I was speaking with abruptly left me. I had no knowledge of the Toyota brand, but Ken quickly shared his knowledge of the Toyota brand, specific vehicles and their features. When I showed him the vehicle I was interested in, he spoke to me fluently about it as though it was his. I didn't buy on my first visit, but Ken and I stayed connected via text messages and he arranged for me to take the vehicle to my mechanic for an inspection and also assisted me with arranging financing without having to go to the dealership. I have never had a better, buying experience in my life. Ken is trustworthy, genuine and who you should select to buy your next vehicle from.

Since his service desk is often next to Doug's, I have exchanged brief pleasantries with Michael. Having Michael handle the transaction yesterday, I was pleased that I experienced the same level of comfort that I feel whenever I bring the Toyotas in and Doug handles the visit. I had a question regarding the locking of my steering wheel after parking by making a quick right pulling into a stall. the tech next to mine recognized my problem and took the two minutes to explain that I should straighten out the steering wheel before shutting off engine. Jon Duea was the principle person that I communicated with. From the very beginning, it was very easy to communicate with him. I had a specific Prius IV that I was interested in buying. He searched, but it was not available in the usual radius. He did not try to sell me some other car, but offered to order the car from Japan, which was done. He was most forthright in working out details. He knew the product. He got answers to my questions. While waiting for delivery, he kept me informed. He adapted to a neighbor's push on doing Pass Through on my Trade-In Prius. Without doubt, he is the best Auto Dealer Sales Person that I have ever dealt with. He provided very excellent service and treatment. I was very positively impressed with Jon and the others that I interfaced with at Burnsville Toyota, including Mike, Bryant, and Business Manager Up Front, whose name escapes me at the moment.

A few things were notably great about Burnsville Toyota. First, my husband and I were left alone to be able to shop and discuss our true opinions of the vehicle, features and price without a sales person hovering over us. This included being able to test drive alone. I felt like I could drive how I would usually drive a car and have an honest conversation with my husband and get his opinion. Second, I kept waiting for there to be a "catch" in the negotiations about the cost of the vehicle (which was very good based on my research) and the trade in value of my older car. That "catch" never came. We felt like we were treated with respect and the negotiations were fair. Third, the process of purchase was smooth and fairly quick. Rick was very knowledgable about the car I was purchasing (my husband is also interest in a new Tacoma and he shared information about that as well) and showed me around my vehicle and how to work all the features. We were also very happy with the finance representative. He was informative, without being pushy and was quick and efficient at his work. We will be back later this year to purchase a car for my husband.

Burnsville Toyota always meets or exceeds my expectations. I travel 1.5 hour from Wisconsin to have my car serviced here. My local Toyota seems to always throw different prices at me for services. I find this method of business a big turnoff. Burnsville Toyota just does it right. Not sure if this is their training or discretion they use when they hire employees. Whatever their doing I'm just shocked. They run a tight ship over there by Buck Hill!

Guys friendly and professional. They listened.They answered questions. Told me how long it would take, about 3 hours. Came and checked on me half way through with update. I had a massage and cookies and relaxed in a recliner. They offered to drive me to the mall or anywhere if I did not want to stay. They explained the tires to me and helped me choose. They fixed my wipers, changed oil, sold me 4 tires on sale, and fixed a recall. Car is quieter and runs smoother, wipers don't annoy me.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Mentioned a slow leak in right front tire. Found out no charge for rotation, since I had purchased tires at Burnsville Toyota. Then was advised that tire was not "patchable" since nail was very near sidewall of tire. was asked to come back around 2:30 and a new tire would be installed. Everything was very smooth and my Service Rep. Mike McGee did a great job.

It is not often that I take the time to write comments but the exceptional grace in helping me find the right vehicle is something I want to share with others. Nancy Cheney is clearly at the top of my list for personal referrals as she is clearly a person trying to help me find the correct vehicle for my needs rather than cram a car down my throat. When I first walked into your dealership I was somewhat disturbed by all the salespeople just standing at the front door waiting for customers to arrive. I made it thru the gauntlet at your front door (very off putting) and found Nancy Cheney sitting at her desk just hanging up the telephone. This was the type of person I wanted to do business with. As you are well aware, I am sure, car sales people have not garnered a very good reputation, but after doing business with Nancy I can tell you that my view has changed. After our last car needed to have the head gaskets done a second time (not a Toyota), we decided it was time to buy a new vehicle, rather than pay a lot of money in repairs. Our past experiences with buying cars were pleasant at first, but always ended in high pressure pitches at the end. Given the strain of having to buy a new car sooner than we anticipated we were wary of the pressure the sales process could bring. To do some investigation, we went on-line and researched several vehicles. When the pop-up sales person came on (whom I typically never engage with), we discussed why we were looking for new vehicle and scheduled an appointment with Liz Sampair to test drive a Sienna and a Highlander. From the moment we arrived at the dearlership, through the entire sales process, Liz and the staff at Burnsville Toyota were a pleasure to work with. Even the dreaded paper signing process was not high-pressure and we came away with the coverage we wanted and payments we could afford. We ended up buying the Sienna that afternoon over the highlander as we have 3 kids and needed the space the Sienna allows. Overall it was a great experience!

I was honest, told them I had bad credit, and they worked hard to get me approved....and not with some two-bit Joey Bagofdoughnuts finance company, but through Toyota....I left with the vehicle that I wanted, and with my head held high. Went to untold amounts of dealerships trying to find my first car, but the Burnsville Toyota-Scion really stood out from all the rest. The salesman we had, Dave, was friendly and understanding and didn't push us to purchase anything until we felt we were ready and had found the perfect car. Which we did. While other dealerships put a lot of pressure on you to buy, buy, buy (!), this one seemed more concerned with making sure you got a good deal and a car you'd love for years to come. Hopefully my last experience in car shopping for awhile, but definitely a very, very good note to end on. Highly recommend this place.

A few weeks a go I bought a certified 2010 Corolla from Burnsville Toyota and returned it about thirty minutes later. The whiff of second-hand smoke I thought I could eliminate with a dryer sheet under the seat, became a full-blown stench on the drive home in the sun. Then, the sun visor actually came off in my hand while driving on the freeway. I returned to the dealer, visor in hand, and said I needed to return the car. I was told they have no return policy. They came up with one when I held the visor overhead and announced to the customers on the sales floor that I could see why they had no return policy. I was assured there was no paperwork to sign since it had never been processed. That evening I got a call telling me there was paperwork to process after all. I'd worry about any certified vehicle this dealer has for sale.

I was so grateful that my friend referred me to Burnsville Toyota and especially to Nikhom, salesman. He is so gentle, thoughtful and caring. I was so pleased with his service in completing the sale to me. He showed me all that was available on the lot in my specifications, and let me take them out for a test drive. My regret was that he had to share the commission on the sale of this vehicle because someone else answered the phone when I called Burnsville Toyota to ask a few questions. I called when Nikhom was not available, and that meant that another salesman got half of the commission. Bummer! My service at Burnsville Toyota has been wonderful! From start to finish! I highly recommend this dealership.

We had bought our Avalon from this dealership. We bring our Avalon and Lexus to this dealership for all maintenance work. We are mostly happy. Last week, we went to the dealership to buy a used car for my daughter. The salesman was Nikhom Khatthavong. He was a disappointing person, a literal "used car salesman". He took us out to the lot to show a few Camrys and RAV4s. He knew that we were not buying a car that day, as my daughter wanted to see a few more brands before she decides on her first car. The day was chilly. Nikhom showed us one Camry, and excused himself to attend another customer. He promised that he will be back in a minute to show us the RAV4. We were outside in the chilly day for about 15 minutes. We came back inside the dealership and did wait for him for another 10-12 minutes. Nikhom was nowhere to be found. None of the other sales persons ever asked if we need help. May be this dealership should get some training from Home Depot on customer service. I know my review is primarily about one salesman, who was less than a gentleman. However, I still think there should be better customer service in a place where you intend to spend 20-30K. Our local Home Depot has much better customer service and I spend less than $100 (or even less) when I go there. My previous salesman at Burnsville Toyota was Craig Jensen, and was a nice person to work with.

I was greeted by a very friendly and welcoming staff and directed to a salesperson that seemed knowledgeable. She listened to me and made a mental note of what was important to me in purchasing a new car. Over a period of a few weeks she would invite me to stop in at the dealership because a car came in that had some of what I was looking for. She helped me come to a decision and ordered the car. Each week she called me to let me know the status of the car and when we actually went in to make the purchase she spent ample time with me going over all the options. The staff from the owner to the people in the parts department have been super friendly, polite and helpful. Buying a new car has always been a stressful experience but not this time. This time it was actually enjoyable!

WARNING: once they have your money you are on your own DISCLAIMER: I have never written a review. I was so offended by our experience that I had to write a review We bought a vehicle from Burnsville Toyota a week ago and found out the sales associate lied to us. They have no interest in working with you after they've sold you a vehicle. The lie cost us $1,200. Including other frustrations, we also found out they hadn't cleaned the car effectively, hadn't taken care of the dents or scratches, hadn't placed the 21 day license in the window, and didn't provide us with two key remotes for the vehicle (the smell inside the vehicle is overbearing). We have been back to this dealer 6 times in 8 days to try to resolve this issue. I have called, emailed, and driven over there. They have shown no interest in working with us or keeping our business. I talked with every person I could (Tony Brown, the general manager, was especially rude). Every person, once they found out they had our money, said there was nothing they would do (we paid cash). This is not a business you want to give your money to. If I could give them a 0 for customer service I would. We will not be going back and we will be going out of our way to sway people from this greedy dealership. I can think of so many businesses where I've only spent a few dollars and they treated me like they wanted me to come back; they stood behind their product. We spent thousands of dollars here and have been rejected and treated with condescension. We could not be more offended or disappointed.

We bought our current vehicle from Burnsville Toyota. Everything went great. Patti was our salesperson and we love her. Only thing is shortly after purchasing the vehicle - it was time to change the timing belt already (was not familiar with Toyota vehicles at that time0. That was kind of a big hit right after buying a vehicle. Today I was chatting on-line with a salesperson trying to get a price of a 2002 Odyssey. The person said someone would be calling me. Why not just let me know the list price? Eventually they have to come up with one! No one ever called. I wanted to go and look at vehicles there tonight but instead went elsewhere and am on the verge of buying one. I think they may have lost out on a sale.

I got a used Subaru Outback from this company. I realize I got it "as is". Four days after the purchase the check engine light came on. The knock sensor was loose. Two days after that the check engine light came back on. The oxygen sensor needs to be replaced. The company's willingness to fix things? The first time they were willing to look at it and depending on what was wrong maybe they would cover it. The second thing - no way, it seems. I wrote a letter to the used car sales manager and got no response. They don't care after you drive the car off the lot.

Also the salesperson Bob did a great job for us to select the vehicle by showing more than 10 different colors and options.
