I was in Garden City for meetings yesterday when the vehicle I was driving had a battery light come on and the AC started blowing hot air. I went to the dealership to see if they could look at it, as I was getting ready to start my 7 hour drive back home. I didn't get to their shop until almost 3, but they got it in to take a look at it, found an issue and worked to get it fixed. We had to wait on the part to get delivered, but they got everything taken care of and I was able to get on the road again! While I was sitting and waiting the staff was very friendly and the owner even made it a point to check on things. It was a nice visit with them! I would recommend them for repairs or purchasing a new vehicle!

Sold me a car and helped me with a trade in 10 years ago. Couldn't take a vehicle with me in the Army due to size and no one would help me, until I stopped in here. Will have to travel here when I'm ready to buy my next expensive car. I hate driving to Kansas but it'll be worth it.

Probably the worst service I have evere received at any dealership I have ever been to. Staff is unfriendly and can not follow simple instructions. Minimal service preformed.

I had a very easy process when I purchased my car from Burtis. Everyone is amazing! They all go above and beyond to meet your expectations and needs. I notified them in advance that I was interested in the car and I took home the paperwork that needed to be filled out. I dropped it off and the next day I was able to sign everything in 40 minutes. If you think buying a car takes forever then go to Burtis they are fast and efficient!

I traveled by train 600 miles, showed up very early in the morning and was graciously picked up by Jose at the station who started two hours early just to accommodate my schedule. The vehicle was just as it was portrayed to me over the phone and by video and was very happy with the service by all at Burtis. Thanks again for making it an easy decision.

My husband and I were merely curious about a vehicle; we were able to test drive it and when it became clear that it wasn't going to work, there was no guilt or negativity. They bid us to return at a later date. We appreciated not being played.

I came in after looking on the website to see if what I wanted was still available. It was. I test drove it. The sales team was open, honest, and quick with the finalization of the paperwork. We were looking for a decent used pickup. The salesmen were patient and nice. They helped even when they weren't the first one to help you. They were also willing to stay past the closing time to get a better idea of what you wanted and answer questions. Every time I walked into the dealership, someone came out to greet me and ask how they could help me. As a woman, I never felt like I didn't know anything and talked to me and my husband. They have great service and would go back if we need a new or used car.

I contacted Burtis Motors to find me a slightly used Lincoln MKZ. Both my wife & I both work full time, & have very busy schedules, so we did not have the time to do the foot work to find a new car. I was very pleased with what they found for us as we gave then very strict criteria for what we were looking for. Ryan Kirtchoff found us the perfect car with everything we wanted from very low miles, to the like show room condition it was in. The entire process was very professional & quite frankly, a pleasure. When we first saw the car, it was hard to believe it wasn't showroom new, & actually used. We will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

The folks at Burtis Motor Co.are the definition of "team". The were all very friendly and knowledgeable. My wife and I are very pleased with the way things flowed during our visit. This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had; totally stress-free. They work hard to get you back out on the road. We needed two vehicles and drove them both home the same day!

It seems to always be a stressful headache to purchase a different vehicle. That was not the case at Burtis Motors. Our Dealer Brett Nelson was kind, considerate and very patient with us... There were no hidden surprises at the end or anywhere else thru the process.. It was very comfortable and exciting... We got just what we wanted without feeling talked into anything... We bought a "couple" vehicles from Burtis since 1986. So glad we have again!

Have never made a written comment on a purchase, although the staff asked if I would take a minute and answer how it was to buy a vehicle from them. Decided to put some thoughts into words. I was and am impressed with the level of professionalism Burtis group showed not only myself, but my family as well. The staff answered every question, and helped me in getting a fair deal. A couple of years ago I went shopping for the exact pick up and stopped looking after awhile due to the hounding I was getting from various car lots. Anyway, I never heard a bad thing about Burtis, and I see why, you people were great, the detail crew could do with improvement ( probably like me, over worked ), but THANKS for everything. You'll be highly recommended.

I bought a 2011 Explorer from Burtis, and it was the best car buying experiance I have ever had. They treated me like a person, and have taken care of me after the sale. They wash and vac my car everytime it comes in for service. I always have a loaner, and they have them readily available for me, no rental cars. They focused on what I wanted and made it happen!
