I was very happy with the maintenance and service of my vehicle. I do have some concerns as at the Oil Change and the throttle assembly serviced the car was given a 12 point check and everything was OK. 1 week later the vehicle leaked coolant and I took it back and it was the crossover pipe gaskets leaking coolant and they found a sway bar broken. My question is when they had it in for the oil change why didn't they find the additional problems. I asked when I picked up the vehicle but nobody seemed to know why. Just curious why this wasn't detected as I depend on the service at Bush's to keep my vehicle in good running condition.

I just bought a car for my wife and the sales representative was great, not only did he get us a great deal, he took care of everything. While me and my wife were getting to know the car better, our sales rep. hung out with my 2 year old boy. Don't really get service like that everywhere.

Everyone that I dealt with at Bush Auto Place were very nice and professional. The car runs great and it appears that the running mechanics of the car were checked and properly serviced before the sale. After I purchased the car and was washing it, I noticed that one of the rear passenger doors has rust on the inside. If I had seen that before the sale, I would not have purchased this car in that condition.

Let me begin by sayingI have worked in customer service for over 40 years. The folks who usually check in vehicles in the past at Bush's have always had on "Bush" shirts and looked professional.The lady who checked my vehicle in was dressed more like a cleaning lady than a "Bush Auto" service person. She seemed flustered and nervous. She asked me where my car was, I told her "in that bay" and actually pointed to it(the one near the outside wall} and she had to find me to ask again when it was obviously in the garage area. She also failed to call when it was completed and when we called to check on it we were told it was marked for "waiting on" status EVEN THOUGH I had given her TWO phone numbers to call when the work was completed. This is NOT what I've come to expect from your great Service Department and thought I should let you know. Bush Auto is a great dealership and the Service Dept. is very good and quick in their work. They cleaned and washed my car at my request and did a very good job.

Had a maint. issue with my 03 Chev Trailblazer .Called service dept. and had it out there within 30 mins. Problem found and repaired in a very timely matter. Bought this Blazer new from Bush Auto Place and they have serviced it from day one. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.Have no reason to go anywhere else for purchase or service.

Purchased a new Silverado 1500 LT double cab on 9-1-15. Zack was the salesman and did a great job, The truck was out front waiting for me when I arrived as I had called about it before hand. After the purchase was made they had it fueled up and cleaned again. Upon cleaning it they discovered that the rear bumper had a small ding and said they were going to replace it. I did not even notice it and appreciate them telling me and replacing it. That's honesty on the Bush team. I did buy a new Chevette from them in 1984 and was also pleased with it.

But seriously folks other than a bit of confusion during my Buick purchase several years ago and a dust up over a major truck repair made right. I have no complaints and do recommend Bush to my friends. All I want from y'all is a previously owned Volt for under $10K. Paul Hunter BTW recent turn over in Service staff is a bit off putting.

Recently bought a brand new 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT/Z71 Crew Cab 6.5 ft bed. Love the truck and the experience at Bush Auto was exceptional. The salesperson was down to earth, courteous, and friendly. The new car sales manager was very thoughtful and helpful and the finance person was outstanding. GMC incentives were pleasing and the 2yr/24000 mile free service is enticing. The truck was delivered on time and the extended plan that I purchased will keep it covered top to bottom way past the original warranty.

I went to Bush to look at a truck I had been looking at on line. So set up an appointment with Noland muscle man when I arrived he greeted me in a very professional Manor and the truck was warming up ready for me to test drive. After some negotiation and a great trade in price for my ranger I was ready to make the deal until the monthly payment was put in front of me. I was ready to walk. Due to some credit issues I couldn't get financed through my bank and was offered a very high interest rate from another. Then after more negotiations with the banks Tom the finance guy negotiated with my bank again and got the job done and a much lower interest rate and a lower payment then ever expected. These guys got the job done and I drove away in my new truck. Thanks Bush auto place

I went to Bush because the sales person who sold me my first car works there now. He wasn't my salesman. Instead I had this young fellow, Nolan, who was very informative & quick to show me the vehicles. He also worked it so I could drive them back in my area since Wilmington doesn't have any hills close by. It took me several months to make up my mind but everytime I stopped to look & drive Nolan was always there to help. My purchase helped Nolan get salesman of the month. I used to own a used 2005 GMC Denali xl. I was having problems with it and the service department was wonderful to me in helping me get it fixed. As time went on, I decided to trade it off onto a brand new Acadia in 2011. Nolan was very patient with me because I could not make up my mind what I wanted to do. He showed me lots of used vehicles and new ones. I was not sure which way I wanted to go. I had never owned a brand new car. Always 2 years or older. It was a nice feeling to purchase new and get the appreciation from all departments. I have had my car for 2 years now and still enjoying it. Thank you for the great support!

I bought a used Pontiac Vibe, which is what I thought would be a good car for my needs at the time. I was disappointed by how the vehicle handles in water and snow. It is very squirrely. This is not the fault of the salesman, he was very good to me. Just disappointed in the vehicle. It handles great in the weather that we had when I test drove it. For a first time buyer from Bush Auto, I believe I will return for my next vehicle. But maybe I will be there on a rainy day and test drive a couple of times. Lesson learned!

No high-pressure sales, no ridiculous claims or outright lying like I've dealt with from other dealers, I received a fair price with no games or gimmicks that was worth driving from Cincinnati for (and mind you there are a number of closer dealers in cincinnati). Most of the deal was negotiated online and the car was ready to go when I got there. Trade in went very well and the car was missing one piece from the manufacturer and the dealership replaced it as expected, but they even mailed it straight to my house since I lived so far away. Most dealers would have made me come in for it. Bush would be my first choice next time I get a new Chevy, and the only reason I didn't use them on my last purchase is the ZL1 was in limited supply and they didn't receive an allocation from the dealer, and I didn't want to wait for the next model year to order one, so I had to go elsewhere- This is certainly no fault of Bush. This just re-affirmed my happiness with Bush however as the other dealer was not nearly as good of an experience. I'll be back in a year or two when I'm ready to buy another new car!

I had gone to several other Chevy dealers before I came to Bush, but was not satisfied with their color choices, nor any effort to get my choice. I had decided on blue granite metallic or autumn metallic, and when I came to Bush, both colors were there, side by side. I knew then I wanted the blue granite. I had been in touch on the internet with Charlie Shoemaker,who was very courteous in his emails and on the phone when he called, and was very knowledgeable about what I wanted, so I sought him out, and he answered all of my questions truthfully, and helped me with my purchase! I love my new Chevy Cruze! I have been recommending both Bush Auto Place and Charlies to my friends!

Yesterday's purchase is the second I have made at Bush Auto Place. The first was also a used car. I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about dealing with Bush Auto, and especially Mike Campbell. Mike explains the process step by step (and there are a lot of steps) but is open to questions or comments. Tom Whitacre was also very helpful in finding the best interest rate in financing the purchase. From 1st purchase to 2nd, both have been very positive experiences with no pressure, only respect and courtesy on the part of everyone at Bush.

I recently contacted the service/ parts department looking for a replacement part and spent two days trying to get a hold of someone as a result I have gone somewhere else. I typically do not have my car serviced at the dealership due to my dad having a tire/service company and after this experience I'm glad that I don't.
