I had the best car buying experience at Buss Ford, McHenry. They are family owned which is important to me as a business owner myself. Their staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. If you have a question they don’t know the answer to they will find out quickly. Drew, Dave, Ben and Brandon were awesome!!! Don’t even waste your time going anywhere else. Buss is the place.

This week we had another GREAT experience provided by the Buss Ford Family with the purchase of our new Ford Ranger. Drew & his sales staff, Isaac & Chris did an awesome job start to finish with the sales process. Vehicle was delivered as we wanted & Jacob in finance put a great finishing touch with the protection plans. Every dealer should take a cue from this true family business. Thanks again!

I would like to first start off by saying that Buss Ford completely changed the way I view car dealers and car salesman. Before I even walked in the door Buss Ford was hard at work for me, they helped me find a car in my price range and fit my needs. Juve was my salesman and he was incredibly guanine and kind. Brandon the finance manger truly made the experience and the two of them I highly recommend working with, you will not be disappointed. I have already began to sing Buss Fords praises and I have several family members who will be visiting their lot. Thank you Buss Ford for a remarkable car buying experience.

We were referred to Buss Ford by a friend as we were looking for a good car for out 17 year old. Upon arrival we were greeted and we had the pleasure of working with Tony Feucht. This was by far the best car buying experience my wife or I have ever experienced. There was no hassle. It was quick. And the time spent going over everything was fantastic. Even though we were buying a used car, we still felt like we were treated as if we were buying the most expensive car on the lot. The experience was so great that I returned last week and bought a car for myself from Tony. 2 cars in 2 weeks because of the care that was taken, respect that was shown and straight forward dealing. We would recommend them to anyone!

Not happy with my purchase. But bought the car "as is" ONLY because they said one thing was wrong with it... well took it to our long time mechanic and just paid $1300 for a repair and it still needs something else fixed.. bought a better car off the streets. This was actually my first time car shopping and definitely my last.

I was in Buss not that long ago look at cars for my child that will be 16 in a month. I spoke with Jeff. He was a great and very knowledgeable on the car all the different cars I was looking at. I definitely will be back to purchase the car from him.

Drew Buss and his team at Buss Ford are a true class act. They made the purchase of my vehicle very simple with no pressure at all. My family and I have been getting our cars at Buss Ford for the last 5 years now. We have had nothing but great service. Jeff Hawkinson is the sales guy that we have been working with and he is GREAT! After I got my new car from him, I sent my daughter in to talk to him about getting a new car for her. He went out of his way to find just the right car for her first new car that she would be paying for on her own. I love that when we come into the dealership everyone is very friendly and make you feel so welcomed.

I bought my 2006 Ford Freestyle from Hunter at Buss Ford / Mercury in Mchenry, Illinois. I was hesitant about financing but Hunter, my awesome salesman, found out there were mistakes on my credit report and helped me fix them in just minutes! He went above and beyond his job duties in my opinion. He was very affable and positive thinking. The vehicle only had 66,000 miles on it and they did a very thorough inspection to find minor issues that they fixed for no charge. It's my favorite vehicle ever. I bought it here because I've had previous work done on my previous vehicles here like my 2003 Ford Windstar. The service here is priceless and always the best deal when you consider the fact that the job is ALWAYS diagnosed right the first time and the repairs are done right the first time. I used to go to my "mechanic" but my lessons are learned when it comes to low end quality service shops. Plus, I get a loaner vehicle n/c every time and how can you go wrong with that? Very satisfied. Customer for life since Ford didn't take the government hand outs in Detroit! Henry Ford would be so proud of his brand now! I bought a used 2012 Ford Fiesta after shopping around online Buss was the place with the best deal. They are very low pressure and their vehicles are clean even for used. There wasn't much of a numbers problem when it came to price, the online price was honored and no sneaky numbers.

I bought a used Mazda 3 from Buss Ford about six months ago, and couldn't be happier! Hunter walked us through the whole process very smoothly. He expedited getting the vehicle through the service department, and even let us observe as it was being checked out by the technician. After that, he showed us the mechanical report and what repairs they planned on doing. Buss Ford was totally transparent in their process, and made us feel very comfortable... even while buying an "as is" vehicle. Six months later, I am still driving the vehicle, and still bring it in for service. I'm getting my second oil change today, and so far so good!

Being in my early 20's, I don't have a long history of credit. It's been very difficult for me to afford a car let alone finance one. Not many dealerships have been helpful. The moment I walked in to Buss Ford, they greeted me with a smile and made sure I was directed to the right person for me. Skip listened to my problems of the adventure I'd had car searching and helped me find the car I was looking for. He was not only helpful to me but gave me his undivided time and attention. I can't wait to drive around in my new car and I can't wait to tell my friends (in the same tough position) where they'll get the best service and better deal.

I recently was in the market to buy a new (to me) car. A bunch of my friends and co workers told me to try Buss Ford. I had some weird issues that had to be worked through, and my salesman Brandon was fantastic! Brandon and Drew Buss worked with me and found a car.and a payment plan that fit my needs and ny budget. I cannot say enough good things about the service antd the customer care that was shown to me. Brandon and Drew went out of their way to help me (seriously, way out of their way) to help me find the right vehicle for me. I cannot predict the future, but I do not see.myself ever buying another vehicle from anyone other than Buss Ford. To Brandon and Drew, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!

In my nearly 80 years I have detested car salesmen. I usually know exactly what I want and do not like to be pressured. I have spent much of my life in retail and know most of the "tricks" and techniques and really don't like to be on the receiving end of them. I had made an internet inquiry of Buss which was fielded by Brandon Wiley. I told him I would be in on a certain date and time. He met us as we got out of the car and used our names. When we told him what we were looking for he took us around to various vehicles. I had originally been interested in the Ford Edge but found it very difficult to get in and out of. We then tried an Escape and found it pretty good. Although it did not have some of the bells and whistles our Elantra had, it had a lot of different ones. A very nice selection of toys in the box! Brandon was very professional and friendly. He came up with a price that was a hair better than the 3 other dealers we had visited. He made ordering the car very simple and straightforward. When the order hit the factory he emailed us the VIN # so we could see what we were getting, when it would be built, etc. About a month later the car arrived and Brandon spent a couple of hours showing us how to operate it. His knowledge of all of the equipment and gizmos was impressive, to say the least. He set up our cell-phone, explained the rather complex electronic features and how to carry on a verbal conversation with the vehicle. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and we would and will, given the chance, recommend Mr. Wiley highly.

I sent inquiry if the vehicle i was viewing was still available for a test ride. I received an automated email asking me questions about trade in and financing. Really? No one contacted me again until this email asking me to grade my service.

Saw truck over internet. Called Buss Ford & Lincoln and got info on truck. Truck was parked and ready to go. Sent me off on test drive by myself. Salesperson was very friendly and informative. Got the deal and truck I wanted. Mr. Buss got involved in deal and was very friendly and informative. About 30 miles for me to travel, but was worth the trip. Very accommodating.

In the 36 years we've lived in Mchenry we'd never visited Buss (a family owned and operated) car dealership. Last week when returning from PT in Crystal Lake I had a automobile accident. Being just 7 weeks post-op from total knee replacement and now being adding new injuries, we find out my car was totaled. Wayne (Skip) Warren warmly created my husband and me when we entered the door looking around to see what they had in stock. Skip saw to it that he make me as comfortable as he could. We decided on purchasing a used vehicle, from 6 choices he thought we'd be interested in. I drove out the same day!! Now I'll be able to drive to PT. what a wonderful experience we had.

We have had service done on our two cars several times over the past 10 years. Each time the work was done well and quickly. The service guy and cashier were both very friendly and showed great costumer service. I recently went in to look at used and new cars. The salesmen and the manager were very helpful and went the extra mile to find the best car to suit my needs. They were not pushy in anyway, like car salesmen can sometimes be. They wanted to do the best they could for me. I haven't made a decision yet about buying a car and they have not pestered me with phone calls, which I appreciate. I know I can call or stop in at anytime to ask questions or look at cars.

Went there because of an ad I saw in the paper at $10,000 off MSRP on a F150, and heard a lot of good things about the dealership. It was an easy process and I couldnt be happier with the truck or the dealership. I would recommend anyone to go see them.

We had been looking for a car for many months and had many poor experiences at many dealerships. Buss Ford had the complete opposite experience for us. We were warmly greeted, had great service inside and through till the end of the purchase. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership (family owned and operated - which is always nice to support). Overall - great experience!

They made it real easy, and was ready to go when I got there.(I had communicated over internet)Dealership was 160 miles from my home, but I thought it to be a good deal. I wont probably go that far again, 3 hours is too long to go for minor problems. I wanted a car with AWD and heated seats. I find out the heated seat on drivers side is inop. and I keep getting an AWD system error. so I had mixed emotions, I do really like the car. a 05 mercury Montego!
