Juliana was great. She went above and beyond and she didn't have to. My husband and I will from now on only do business with them. We live almost two hours away and it was definitely worth our trip. Curtis was nothing but friendly and did everything in his power to help us. He made the atmosphere fun and we felt like part of the family. A very positive buying experience! The team at Buster Miles did not sell me a vehicle, they helped me purchase one. I have been on the search for a 2016 F150 Limited for several weeks. My local dealer told me one was at Buster Miles so I dropped by to see it. When I got there, it had been sold to another dealer. Instead of telling me "sorry", the General Sales Manager, Phil Gwarjanski, began to search other dealers for the truck I wanted. He found one in Dothan on Saturday and made the arrangements for me to pick her up the following Wednesday! The interaction with the entire team to include sales, finance and the owners, Matt and Mim Miles was a true pleasure. Great folks and they believe in great customer service.

I drove more than 150 miles to view a truck that I saw online that interested me. My experience with Buster Miles Ford was excellent. My sales associate, Rocky, was extremely professional, honest, and understanding. We reached an agreeable price within a few minutes, as I had conducted research on the vehicle and came to the dealership with the KBB fair market price printout. They sold me the truck at very close to this amount and agreed to deliver the truck to my home, as part of the purchase price, since I was not trading in a car, but was purchasing the truck as an additional vehicle.

I was interested in finding a 2013 low mileage Ford Edge and I was able to find just what I was looking for at Buster Miles Ford. While I was in the dealership to have my Mercury serviced, Matt mentioned to me that they had several Ford Edges to choose from. Mr. Hurst provided all the information I needed to make a decision to visit the dealership to view the truck and take a test drive. My wife and I were completely satisfied with the service provided by Mr. Hurst. We made the decision to purchase the truck, completed the contract with Mr. Curtis Butler and a short time later drove the truck to Georgia. I am from Ohio and was searching the east coast for a new Ford Edge with the right colors and equipment. I found three in the general area of Atlanta (after carefully searching locally in Ohio) and got quotes / sales info from all of them. Buster Miles was the easiest to work with and quickly came up with a fair price for the Edge. I had a layover in Atlanta scheduled for that weekend and they took care of all the paperwork to make the transaction. They met me at the airport, dropped off the vehicle, gave me instructions and I was on my way. The sales manager even called me on Monday to make sure everything went OK on my drive up. Their sales and service culture is one more businesses of all types should adapt. Highly recommend.

We found our truck through Carfax online. I called the 800 number to make sure the truck was available and Spoke to Rocky. After talking they made an offer on my 05 truck that was reasonable and we drove from Fayetteville GA to Heflin AL on a Saturday morning. I was expecting some part of the deal to fall through. Did not happen. Meet Rocky and had questions about the truck. We went into the garage and met the diesel mechanic and he sat down with me and he answered all my questions. Went to the finance manager and expected a hard sale on their financing, warranty, and other add-ons. Didn't happen. Everyone was extremely nice and courteous. A great experience all the way around.

I drove from Birmingham to buy a car from these guys. I was able to make a deal over the Internet and with one phone call. Mickey and Becky Pritchett handled the deal for me and made buying my new truck enjoyable (and that is from someone who HATES the whole car buying experience). People seem to have a great buying experience at most any dealership. You are excited about the new car and everything is GREAT. But what happens after the sale? Occasionally, there are problems with a vehicle that are beyond your control or the dealerships control. Although, we had disagreements with Buster Miles Ford over how we felt the situation should be handled, we were finally able to work together to resolve the problem and come up with a compromise. Im still very upset with Ford Motor Company because they will not stand behind their products but Im thankful for Mim Miles helping to restore my faith in the Buster Miles Dealerships customer service after the sale.

Although I live about 90 miles from Buster Miles, Frank Gibson arranged to have a used 2014 Transit Connect driven to my home for a test drive. In return, I drove to Buster Miles to complete the purchase, with some minor trim work to be done on the inside. After an unsuccessful attempt to have the sub-contractor ship the missing pieces.to the dealer for replacement, Buster Miles replaced a much larger interior Ford assembly at no cost. Thank you Frank, Buster Miles (RIP), and the dealership staff.

Having looked at options further than 500 miles away this was a blessing being that it was less than 50 miles away. after to check the availability of the vehicle, the Internet sales representative made the process of purchasing the truck so painless. She was so helpful and got everything inline for us to be able to just come and sign for the truck. When we got to the dealership the sales representative she placed us with went above and beyond in streamlining the process. He took the time to explain every detail and stayed late to help us being that it was the end of their day before we could get there. Our sales representative and the financial manager gave such personable service. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and were so friendly it was like we had known them for years. All in all the entire experience was so easygoing and painless it was a great end to a very long search. The customer service they provided was some the best we've ever experienced.

Then we found the perfect truck for us that had everything we had been looking for at Buster Miles Ford in Heflin, AL. Having looked at options further than 500 miles away this was a blessing being that it was less than 50 miles away. after to check the availability of the vehicle, the Internet sales representative made the process of purchasing the truck so painless. She was so helpful and got everything inline for us to be able to just come and sign for the truck. When we got to the dealership the sales representative she placed us with went above and beyond in streamlining the process. He took the time to explain every detail and stayed late to help us being that it was the end of their day before we could get there. Our sales representative and the financial manager gave such personable service. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and were so friendly it was like we had known them for years. All in all the entire experience was so easygoing and painless it was a great end to a very long search. The customer service they provided was some the best we've ever experienced.

Years ago we purchased a used Ford vehicle that was still under factory warranty. It needed a few minor warranty repairs. After a bad experience with the Ford dealership in our town, we took the vehicle 25 minutes away to Buster Miles in Heflin Alabama. The service department took care of the issue immediately and treated us as if we purchased the vehicle from them. Later when we were shopping for a new vehicle, we purchased a new 2010 Ford Edge from Buster Miles from Becky Pritchett (then Salesperson, now Sales Manager). It was a positive experience and we have always had the vehicle serviced there. When we needed another family vehicle, we purchased a new 2015 Ford Explorer from Buster Miles Ford. Marcal Goode was the sales person we dealt with this time. It was also a positive experience. Marcal was very informative and helpful about options and features on the vehicles, he found us the exact vehicle we were looking for from out of state and had it transferred to their dealership for us to purchase. I highly recommend Buster Miles Ford to everyone due to the friendliness of all of the employees at the dealership as well as the amazing detail job they did on the interior and exterior of my jeep. I was not only approached by smiling faces as soon as I pulled in the lot but they made it a point to return my vehicle looking better than brand new with fresh tire shine and that "new car" smell. I recently dropped it off for an oil change where they informed me of a safety issue in regards to my brakes as well. The Buster Miles crew was definitely looking out for my well being! I had been in the market for a new Mustang for several months. Out of the 6 dealers I clicked the "eprice" and filled in my required information, this was the only dealer that responded how I asked, by email. You know about the "e price" button? The one you fill out with your information so the dealer can contact you? Well there is a comment section and out of the 6 times/dealers I requested to be contacted by email, Leslie at Buster Miles was the only one to honor that request. All the others immediately called my phone, which I could never answer because I was at work. That alone made me want to make the 4 hour drive to Heflin. Marcal was the salesman I met when I got there and he was a pleasure to work with. I ultimately left with car I was interested in and couldn't be more happier with the entire experience.

A short drive to look at the truck and take it for a test drive, and I was impressed both with the vehicle and Tommy. I began my car search closer to home and when the dealer could not pull through for me, I decided to look elsewhere. My husband knew of Buster Miles and we decided to look at the inventory online. I inquired about an Escape after hours on the weekend and did not expect to hear from anyone until Monday. It was not long after that I received and email from the Sales Manager who connected me with a salesman. The salesman contacted me by phone the next day. We set up an appointment and the car was cleaned and pull to the side for my husband and I to test drive. The buying process was smooth. We did not have to go back and fourth on price. Service, reputation and communication are several key components to this type of business.They showed how and where the trade-in I was buying was inspected and any problems found fixed. Great online ratings here and elsewhere on the internet reassured me of the dealer's reputation. Communication was okay. So the one weakness of the experience was communication. They replied to my intitial email with a phone call & e-mail. However, my next 2 e-mail's were met with dead silence. No "out-of-office." No "server-down." Just...silence. When I got back from a contract job in an area of the USA with no cell signal (Sprint), I called to find out what was going on. Turns out their computer system was down. It happens; it just would've been nice if there was a default reply to customer e-mails when the computer system is broken. Buster Miles Ford give great service backed by a solid reputation. Just be sure to communicate with both phone and e-mail as their computer system can be glitchy.

A couple of years ago, I began taking my '11 Explorer to Buster Miles Ford for service. Even though I did no buy it at Buster Miles, I was treated like I did. About a year ago, I had to get some minor bodywork done and Mark McAlpin and his team at the Buster Miles Body Shop made it like new. So, during the 2014 Thanksgiving holiday, I decided to look at buying a used Ford Expedition. My Explorer was great, but we need more towing and passenger space. I met with Wyatt Osman, Becky Pritchett and others from the Matt Miles Team at Buster Miles Ford and I was pleased with their ability to get me out of my Explorer into a NEW 2014 Expedition tailored precisely to every option right down to Tuxedo Black color! I have always been a savvy and motivated car buyer, but the Matt Miles team really made it a relaxed and stress-free experience at a great price. I am really glad I went to Buster Miles Ford.

Great working with Rocky on getting a good deal on a fine SUV, price was lowest I found for the year and model I was looking for. I shopped on the internet instead of going to each dealership. The price was agreed upon before I went to the showroom. They e-mailed me the sales proposal the day before I arrived at the dealership. No attempt was made by the dealer to change the amount agreed upon the day of purchase. The price beat all othe dealers I check out.. My salesman, Tim Pruitt was friendly, consistant, and honest. Our car overheated on !-20 West when we were 10 miles away from the dealership. We finally made it there. The Service Manager, Asst. Service Manager and Mechanic did a terrific job. They had to order a part and we had to spend the night. They loaned us a car and directions to hotels and restaurants in the area. They picked up the part and were able to fix it the next day. They were professional, polite and timely when we needed the help the most. If we lived in the area, we would purchase cars and service from them.

My wife and I made the 2 hour trip to Buster Miles after finding the F150 we wanted on their website and speaking to Logan Deck on the phone. Logan met us at our vehicle when we pulled into the parking lot and greeted us warmly. He was prepared and took us directly to the truck we came to see. After the test drive he answered all of our questions about the vehicle. We purchased the truck at a great price and my trade was evaluated fairly. The fianance manager and general manager were great as well. Keep up the great work. I would highly recommend Buster Miles.

I was truck shopping on-line looking for a specific F-150 with the color I wanted exterior & interior plus options. I found it at Buster Miles Ford, which I had never even heard of because I live in Georgia. After several phone conversations with my salesman Rocky Stemen we decided to drive to Alabama to look at the truck. I am so glad we did because I didn't leave that dealership without my new truck ! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Make sure you receive everything they promise you in writing. Our salesman, Rocky Stemen, now will not do what he promised nor will he return a phone call or message. I would recommend the dealership but will tell them to stay away from Rocky.

The paperwork was processed quickly and they made sure it was simple and organized. Because I wanted an out-of-stock accessory added, I returned the next morning and drove my new truck home. The truck advertised sounded almost to good to be true. I called and confirmed the information. I drove the 40-mile trip and we quickly came to an agreement. The paperwork was simple and efficient. We recently purchased a new 2014 Ford Explorer Limited from Buster Miles and the team there was fantastic. I had not purchased from them before and overall experience with dealers is all over the board. They found us the exact vehicle we wanted (Black on Black Leather) and did not try to push us into "something on the lot". When we picked up the vehicle the team sat with us for 30+ minutes reviewing all of the electronics and configuration in the truck which was a huge benefit. Buying a car can be a challenge. It is dificult to find a dealership willing to give an Out the Door Price and then deliver with no hidden costs! Not so with Buster Miles Ford. Rocky gave me the information I requested and then delieverd my vehicle for the quoted, Out the Door Price. From Rocky, the rest of the Sales Team, to the Finance Team, a pressure free experience that had me in and out of the dealership wihin 2 hours. The Buster Miles Team even bought lunch! The experience made the long drive from Huntsville, AL, well worth it!

Heflin was a long drive for someone who lives in NW Alabama, but the quality empployees of Buster Miles made it worth every minute of the trip!! They were freindly and easy to work with. The last vehicle I purchased at another dealer took 1/2 a day and I felt used at the end. The purchase at Buster Miles took about an hour and I felt good leaving the dealership. They even honored a lower Internet offer AFTER I had agreed upon a purchase price!!! They did not really want to, but in the end they did the right thing. I will drive the 3 hours to Heflin for another Ford before I drive the 45 minutes to the closest Ford Dealer.

We dealt with Frank Gibson on a used car purchase. Very easy car buying experience - no pressure and no games. We went in with a fair offer and were able to complete our purchase quickly and easily. The only minor issue is that the lady we dealt with to finish up the paperwork was gruff and seemed miffed that we actually wanted to read things before we signed them. Just a minor irritation in what was a very good experience overall. There were a few minor things to be repaired on the car - these repairs were done well and they were done quickly. Would highly recommend Buster Miles and Frank Gibson.

I drove from Tuscaloosa to this dealership. As I was escorted into the showroom with a salesman, I asked to speak to the Sales Manager. I told them that I had had a horrifying experience on trying to buy a new truck, from other dealerships, and that all I asked was for them to be upfront and honest with me. The Sales Manager appreciated me being frank and forward and told me that it would be their goal for me to have the best buying experience that I could have. He was right! These people were by far the best people that I have ever dealt with. I purchased a new Ford F-150 and was overwhelmed by the goodness that these people showed. I scheduled an appointment to have my SYNC for my 2011 Ford Explored worked on. Their technician fixed my problem and was very helpful in telling me things I could do to keep from having other problems with my phone. I also mentioned that I wasn't getting the gas mileage I thought I should be getting and they discovered a valve problem which they fixed and now I'm getting 3 miles to the gallon better gas mileage !

Ended up buying the car and he was able to get the finance manager to come in at the last minute as well and handle the paperwork. Couldn't have been a better experience. This is the 2nd internet purchase that I have made from Buster Miles in the last 14 months. I live over a hundred miles from the Buster Miles dealership. The drive is well worth it because of the great deals that they have made with me. I have dealt with Don Jacobs both times and he is great over the internet and in person. He was waiting on me when I drove into the dealership. He had the car waiting for a test drive and then we were able to get the paper work completed and I was back on the road in about a hour. They are a great dealership to work with and when my son gets ready to purchase in January, we will be talking to them again.

Bought a used 2006 Linclon Town Car and I am very unhappy. They failed to disclose that this car had a problem with water leaking into the front passenger side floor board. I feel that they took advantage of me. Now I am faced with fixing this problem out of my pocket when they could have fixed it before they sold it to me. I am very dissatisfied and will never buy any vehicle from them, ever.
