Update: My first review was a year ago. They have not disappointed. You can not even get Peacock dodge on the telephone to schedule service. At this location Trey answers the telephone like she has known you all your life. She takes care of the customer and you feel like family. She is the number one reason why we keep going back. All the staff are great but Trey handles the service department like the boss she is. It is a nice distance from our home just for an oil change but the staff here are amazing. Friendliest I have seen around this area. Can’t wait to go back!

Very satisfied and all of the receptionist were very nice. Update May 21 2021: I am still satisfied with the receptionists and everyone was really nice. I had to take a star though. The only problem I had was how long it took to get my truck fixed. I brought my truck in on 3 June and had it diagnosed the same day. The torque converter was going out. I was told it was a 2 day job and I most likely wouldn't get it until 6 May. I called and was told the part had to be ordered and wouldn't be there until 11 May. I needed my truck because me and my wife are both active duty Marines with 3 kids in child care. I then brought my truck back 12 May. On 14 May I called and my flex plate was bad and they needed to order it as well. Then I finally got my truck back on 21 May. It was rough with only one vehicle, but we made it work. I still gave 4 stars because they fixed the problem and my truck is running good again.

Customer service/Purchase Nov.30,2020: I strongly recommend Butler to anyone in need of a new Ram! I had been in constant contact with my sales guy Danny for roughly 2 months before I actually made a purchase. We discussed what I needed in a truck and also what I wanted. They ended up getting a truck on the lot with almost everything that I wanted and what it didn't have wasn't a deal breaker for me. I purchased the truck Nov. 30 and have been pleased with it thus far. I love everything about it and am completely satisfied with the customer service and the truck itself. Highly recommend Danny at Butler! Service Department and GM Brian: I had to take my truck into service today Jan.8, 2021 because the trailer brake controller was not working with my brand new trailer. Come to find out somehow Butler acquired this particular truck from another dealer in which that dealer installed the trailer brake controller but did NOT install the module under the dash 🤦🏻‍♂️ Anyway Butler/Brian quickly Honored the fact that it was supposed to be included in my truck and they installed the module and got me out of there in about 2 hours total from the time I walked in the door at absolutely no charge to me 😃 Thanks Butler for your awesome customer service, salesman, service department, and purchase experience. Will definitely keep by business in the future!!

Been a customer for over 6 years now, they currently have a great caring GM. Trey heading up the service department is awesome. Her with the mechanics will do whatever it takes to get to the root of the problem and help you get it right. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my service needs!

So I recently had the brakes done on my Durango that I purchased from Butler in March 2 years ago. Richard was the salesmen at the time, wonderful to work with. We recently purchased a Bighorn truck, work with Charles this time, again, great experience. But let me just say, Trey in service, EXCELLENT lady to work with!!!
