My experience at Butler Lexus was excellent. My salesperson, Alex, was very patient and polite, with a wonderful sense of humor. He made both my grandson & me feel comfortable, without applying any pressure. He gave my the opportunity to test drive every vehicle I was interested in. Ultimately, he negotiated an offer that no other car dealership had made, & I was convinced. I am now driving a beautiful 2021 Lexus RX and totally enjoying the car. Also, David, the IT Specialist was very helpful in helping me with the many features the car has.

Everyone at Butler Lexus was very accommodating and responsive. Sean, Dan and David worked with us and was very patient with us as we were trying to understand everything. Sean has checked up on us to be sure everything was OK. David has given more instructions to us and our children. We are an elderly couple and do not easily remember everything we are taught. We wanted our children to have a basic understanding so they could help us in the future if needed. The U-tube videos have been extremely helpful in learning about all the features. I was able to understand and experiment with many features watching them. We are very pleased with our Lexus experience.

I found that the Sales and Leasing Consultants, Mr. Pierce and Carlos, were supportive in assisting me to take ownership of the UX200 under the leasing special program for May. I have a very busy schedule and they were accommodating throughout the buying process. Equally, pleasing was my experience with the finance Manager, Mr. Paul Mitchell. He explained thoroughly the importance of the addition warranties that would benefit me throughout my leasing contract with Lexus Leasing Financial Services. This dealership team has made me a happy and faithful customer. For they truly understand the importance of servicing the customer. From the time I walked through the door of Butler Lexus and was greeted with a genuine smile by my sales representative,Tony, I felt at home and comfortable. He showed me around and gave me lots of choices without pressing. They offered me financing that I couldn’t turn down, so I got the new car of my dreams! The manager was respectful , polite, and polished. The tech guy, Dave, is an invaluable resource and explained the car’s capabilities thoroughly in an easy to understand way. So happy with the customer service and feel at ease contacting them with any new questions that come up in the future. I’m thrilled with the purchase of my new Lexus NX!

Had a great experience with Butler Lexus. My salesman, Carlos, was extremely professional, helpful, and efficient. The Finance Manager, Paul, was also extremely professional, helpful, and efficient. And of course the new ES 350 is fantastic. Also drove an Audi A6 and wanted to like it, but for us was not on same level as ES F Sport. My only (small) complaint was that some of the adhesive from new-car wrapping was left on. Nothing is perfect, but the experience buying from Butler left little to be desired.
