This place is beautiful inside and out! Erin Roberts (sales) and Stacey Hunnicut (mgr) were exceptional throughout the whole process. We never felt pressured to look at something we were not interested in, all of our questions were answered directly, and setting up a financing plan was as painless as financing can be. We are certainly eager to recommend Erin and Stacey at Butler Nissan to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. They know their stuff, are easy to talk with, and take time to explain anything we didn't understand right away (without talking down to us). We have always had a very good relationship with our saleswoman and repair staff are excellent. They go out of their way to please us. We live an hour away and could go to a closer dealership but we are so pleased with butler in Macon that we make the drive. This is our second car from this dealership.

Thank you so much for the oil change. The waiting room was clean. There were plenty of magazines. There were television with a basketball game for patient customers and clients. My Toyota Camry received an excellent oil change. The steering wheel and doors were clean.And she is running smoothly. Mr. Brewster was nice.

Erin Roberts is an incredible salesperson. She listens, knows her Nissan product, speaks well of the people she works for and with, and was honest. Service department personnel were new. I had called and got an appointment to get my oil changed. When I drove up the guy acted as if I did not have an appointment. His name was James. He was not very friendly. They failed to ask me what type oil I used in my car and I failed to tell them my car had only used synthetic oil. Regular oil was put in my car . I just thought records were kept on my car. Also there was a sticker inside on the windshield that indicated the type of oil. I was assured that it would be okay. I miss the prior service department personnel. They were always so nice. I usually rate the service the highest. Thanks for listening.

I had been looking for a new vehicle for about a week. I thought that I had found the one I wanted in south Georgia. I talked with a salesman there about the vehicle that I saw on the internet. I told him that I would be trading my old car. I gave him the information about my old car and he said that he would call me back in a few minutes. Needless to say, almost 2 days passed by and I did not receive a phone call. So I got back on the internet and found a new Pathfinder at Butler Nissan. I called and left a message for a salesman to call me back. I received a phone call from GT almost immediately. I told him about the vehicle on the lot and my trade in. This was on March 24, 2015. I told him I would be in to see the vehicle and test drive it later that evening. When I arrived at the dealership, GT was waiting for me with the vehicle cleaned and ready for a test drive. He was great! The purchasing process was smooth and no pressure. I bought the vehicle that evening and have been very happy with it. Thanks GT and everyone else who was involved in my purchase of this vehicle.

I had a wonderful experience at Butler Nissan on April 13, 2015 when I took my vehicle there for an oil change. Steve Andrews was very nice, friendly, and professional and assisted me as soon as I arrived. He advised me that the oil change service would take approximately 45 minutes. I advised him that I had received a coupon from Butler Nissan and asked if I could use it at my visit. Mr. Andrews was very excited to let me use it. I even received a full vehicle inspection that was not requested. The experience that I had exceeded my expectations!! The other staff was very friendly and professional. Also, the facilities were spotless!!! I felt right at home!!! This is the only Nissan dealership that I will trust to service my vehicle!!

Alfred helped me make the decision to purchase my first car from Butler Nissan. Not only was he very polite, funny and helpful but gave honest advice from a personal perspective. When I first arrived Jesus not rush out to overwhelm me about buying a car, but waited for me to ask for help and more questions on a vehicle I saw on the lot. From the test drive to signing on the dotted line he was very nice. The entire team helped work with my budget to get me what I wanted and what I could afford without stretching myself thin. I am very happy with my first car purchase and will ride this thing until the wheels fall off, because I love it so much. Down the line if I have any problems or am looking for something else I will make sure to stop by Butler Nissan first!

Entered facility with minor problem. Service rep (Hunter) was at vehicle before I got out of car. Took name, number, nature of problem ask me if I needed lift to work. In two minutes was being driven to work. Approximately 6 hours later received call from rep. He explained what the problems were and confirmed the replacement of the parts. Asked me when I would like to be picked up for return to dealership. I responded anytime. In 10 minutes he called again and let me know driver was outside office waiting for me. Service was quick, to the point and complete in every aspect. No lets see if it comes back like last dealer stated. Super satisfied with service and personnel.

I had called to get my oil changed and my windows tinted on my 2014 Altima and stated that I would need a ride home if I brought my car and left it. And which they did. When I dropped it off they told me the guy would be back in 10 min and they would come get me to go back home. Needless to say I had to wait 40 minutes and had to go find someone and ask them how much longer. But other than that, the service and the price and quality were excellent. I will continue to get my car serviced there but not ask for a ride home.

Although I decided not to buy a vehicle at Butler Nissan, the customer service I received from Joey Hutchinson was OUTSTANDING!!! He was very friendly, willing to answer any questions I had, and extremely accommodating. The car shopping experience can be stressful but Mr. Hutchinson made it very pleasant. The only reason I did not purchase a vehicle from Butler Nissan was because I was presented with a better deal. However, I will definitely consider Butler Nissan for my future car buying needs and refer friends and family to them as well!

I'm a big guy so I was skeptical about finding something in my price range that would work but the staff and the salesman I worked with were diligent and honest. One of the main things I ask as a customer is to just be direct and honest with me so we don't waste each other's time. I came into the dealership to have one of my tires looked at and a battery replaced in my key fob, but once they lifted my car, the staff showed me how dangerously bald my tires were. The staff was generous enough to stay after closing for an extra hour to replace my tires and align them. Hunter was exceptionally personable and knowledgeable. Overall great experience.

I have 2 vehicles, one is a Nissan that I take to the dealership and the other is a Hyundai that I take locally to the Hyundai dealership. Butler Nissan is head and shoulders above! The service department is incredibly friendly and professional, the shuttle service is amazingly timely. Butler Nissan's service department has their prices posted and I'm never unpleasantly surprised with my bill. I just cannot compliment this location enough. I've not purchased a vehicle from Butler Nissan (I purchased my Nissan used 2 years ago), but I will certainly keep them at the top of my list the next time I am in the market for a new vehicle.
