I had some service done on my 2013 Edge: My AC water drainage tube was blocked by a large bug in the tube. the technician removed the bug from the tube, and the problem was solved. The service was done in a timely manner, and the service manager advised me what I should do if there were any remaining problems with the water that had accumulated on my floorboards in the front of my vehicle. Overall, I was completely satisfied with my service, and the staff was very helpful.

I bought a 2015 F-350 Lariat 6.7 diesel. I had 5 other dealerships looking for the same vehicle. I got the price from the other 5 dealerships and a friend of mine told me to wait for a few days and he will get me in contact with Jay. I waited a few days and spoke to Jay and Jay gave me a price that was $300 lower than any of the other 5 dealers for the same identical f350. Every other dealership told me that they gave me their best price which ranged from $300 to $1600 more. In fact the dealership that was $1600 more came back to me after I bought from C and M and said "I could have beat that price all day" and I said "if you could have you should have up front and you would have yourself a deal" Jay and Josh did an outstanding job and I appreciate it. I would recommend C and M to everyone. Thank you very much.Ben

C&M ford goes out of there way to make sure that their customer is taken care of. I live 50 miles from Hallock and they came and picked up my Expedition and dropped it off when the warranty work was done! I love working with a company that's willing to go the extra mile... or 50!

Everything went down as discussed by the salesmen and my wife and I. My wife was included by the salesmen not excluded like she has been at other dealers whom did not get a deal. When the finance papers were drawn up, again no surprise other than the payment was a little cheaper than discussed.

2014 F150 crew-service was great-the transaction was smooth and very efficient-got a tonneau cover installed on the spot-the owner even took the time to greet us both and gave us two C&M Ford jackets.The only down side to all of this and it wasn't the dealerships fault, was that we apparently lost a set of keys while test driving vehicles. So far they haven't turned up.
