I was met promptly at the service door by Camille McClain, Service Advisor. She was able to get my car in for service right away, arrange transportation home for me. After service was completed later in the day I was able to pay over the phone and my car was delivered back to my home in perfect shape. I work from home, so this service allowed me not to miss any time from work. Great customer service and so appreciated.

If you’re looking to buy a new car, more than likely a used car too, you need to ask for Quintin. From the moment I was introduced to Quintin, I felt at ease and knew this would be a transparent and smooth process. Quintin is patient, kind, knowledgeable and extremely personable. He was easy to talk to, a great listener, and made sure that all my wants and needs were met, while still making sure he was doing the best of his job too. Working with Tim in your State Line service Department is always a pleasure. I feel he really values my business and he really works to keeps it. He works to keep me informed of things to keep an eye on so that I feel confident my car is in peak running condition. The dealership has also done a good job of keeping social distancing and cleanliness top of mind in our current state of affairs.

The staff at this dealership are all AMAZING, from sales to finance to parts ordering. They provided the best car buying and customer service experience that I have ever had. Always communicating where they were in the process, asking if I needed anything, even bought my lunch as my transaction took a bit longer :). I feel like I gained new family members!!

Bobby has been and will continue to be my service representative because he is prompt, concise, honest, and efficient. He is thorough in explaining the problem, solution, and cost, always making sure I am aware of the details and choices. The only complaint I have is that following our transaction, other personnel from Cable Dahmer call my phone while using Bobby's telephone line and name which implies it is Bobby calling me personally. I find out it is not Bobby at all, but another sales person using that line to attract me into thinking I need to answer the phone promptly for some information not discussed earlier. It is FALSE attempt at using Bobby's line for such purpose and I dislike it tremendously and request you discontinue the process immediately. It is not up to your professional standards and quality.
