It has been over 2 months since our car purchase and in hindsight we are so glad we got to work with Mr. James Lynch! We did a trade-in and a purchase. We negotiated via text message. Once agreed on the numbers, we drove to the dealership to meet James and were done in 3 hours. Good team of sales people worked with us and were helpful. They attempted to meet every request quickly and competently. Very easy to work with and no pressure to "buy today". It was a good experience overall, except for the current shortage of inventory because of the chip supply.

The staff and Cadillac of Bellevue are top notch. There was ZERO pressure and they were very accommodating to what I wanted in a vehicle. Lancer (Manager) and Young (sales rep) were extremely helpful. My wife felt very comfortable from the start and again ZERO pressure to buy. I am very appreciative of the time and service these two provided me and my wife. When I buy another Cadillac it will definitely be from Cadillac of Bellevue. WELL DONE GENTLEMEN.

Highly Recommend Cadillac of Bellevue. The new dealership is amazing. Almost as amazing as the staff. Lancer and Ian were phenomenal to work with. Knowledgeable and very accommodating. Helped my wife find her dream XT6 sport. From start to finish they are top notch. Cant say enough about the customer service and commitment to excellence. Well worth the time and drive.
